I had an excellent pedicure at this nail salon. The technician was easy to communicate with. The equipment and surroundings were exceptionally clean and orderly. The atmosphere was relaxing. I needed my nails done quick and close by while I was on my lunch break at work. I googled nail shops and they were one of the ones that came up. Upon pulling up to the parking lot, I was nervous and thinking what kind of place is this the appearance of the outside will make you not want to go in. So I gave it a try, I went inside and it was clean. They were nice and friendly. I asked questions so they told me that the shop is under new management. I was satisfied with my manicure. I can't believe this place gets 5 stars. I went there for a gel manicure and color change. The gel manicure was $30 and it chipped 3 days later on 3 nails! By the forth day they were peeling off. My toe polish chipped as well. It is obvious that they put nail polish thinner in their polish. I usually pay $30 for gel manicure in Bethesda and it last 3 weeks. I literally can't eve take off the gel by myself because it's coated so well. Never again! Read Less

I've been to this place twice for my eyebrows and they have not failed me yet. I love it!!!!! This is definitely my favorite eyebrow place go to and just for $8 dollars. Next time for the summer I will try their mani pedi. I'll update my review then . Read Less

I just walked in at 715 to get a pedicure. Sign says open and flashing outside.  Four women are sitting around talking and they said they were closed and no longer taking pedicures. Not a single customer. Just lost any future business from me. Read Less

Polish all over my cuticles, she cut my nails on my left hand and my right hand nails she filed. So my nails on my left are way shorter then my right. I asked for square shape, and I didn't get that. She was on the phone while doing my nails as well. Oh did I mention I had to wait an hour? There was literally no people waiting in line and about 4 people working. I went on a Monday for the mani/pedi special for $25. The lady who did my nails was Josie. Also there was a young child probably the age of 9 cleaning the place up and putting things away. I had to get my nails done, and since I'm in the neighborhood, I stopped in. Gotta love a Monday special! The place is super clean. I've never seen a nail place this clean. I wanted to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I picked the gel color, but I wanted a matching toe color. No such luck. The manicurist told me to go look. I'm used to manicurists helping me match the color since they know. I picked something close.She started doing my pedicure, and she was thorough. The service here is awful.  I went the other day and the woman who did my nails was not paying attention and the water tub for my pedicure overflowed all over the floor.  I was calling to her to come over and she ignored me.  She texted her husband or boyfriend the whole time she was doing my nails (I know this because she also called him on speakerphone), despite wearing gloves.  Great hygiene.  And then another customer walked in at 7:15pm.  They are open till 8pm and she told her they were closed.  The woman said, "I thought you were open until 8pm" and she said no.  Ridiculous. If you are open until 8pm, have more than one person working till 8pm so you can actually see customers till 8pm.  I am sorry, other woman, as they were open till 8 and she just lied to you. New business, just opened on Friday! Fantastic job on my toes, once I'm done adding them to yelp I'll get my manicure! :) still pretty bare bones, but will offer hair, massage and facial services as well within about a month.I've been in a few times since this first review, and I've had great experiences every time. I came in today and it's the first time I've ever had to wait. My regular pedicurist isn't here today, so I'm hoping for the best. Read Less
