Poor service. Older woman rushed through my gel manicure. The only time she spoke to me was to ask me to pay before she polished my nails and to ask if I wanted my eyebrows done. I gave two stars for ...
Poor service. Older woman rushed through my gel manicure. The only time she spoke to me was to ask me to pay before she polished my nails and to ask if I wanted my eyebrows done. I gave two stars for the selection of colors and a decent but nothing special nail job.

Make sure when they tell you few minute wait you ask how many few minutes the wait really is! I had an event and gave them 2 hours to do a fill-in. Needless to say I left without my nails done pissed...
Make sure when they tell you few minute wait you ask how many few minutes the wait really is! I had an event and gave them 2 hours to do a fill-in. Needless to say I left without my nails done pissed and no time to try somewhere else. They are so pressed for money they don't value their customers!! Switching salons where they value their customers as much as the money!!

This was my second time patronizing this establishment and it will be my last. I came here for the $25 mani/pedi special. The last time I was here I had a decent experience but this time it was anything but that.I'm not a fan of the nail drill. The nail tech used it on my toenails and I told her that it hurts. While doing my manicure she was very rough & sloppy in applying the polish and nicked my cuticle. At that point I definitely knew I wouldn't be returning.Proceed at your own risk!

Now I hate that I'm even on this site to post. I've been going to this location for several years, and the person I usually go to, Terry is AWESOME; however, she's out on maternity leave. The owner of the shop has the worse attitude of a business owner that I've ever seen. I went to get a manicure, and she was agitated because I asked her to clean her tools before she starts my manicure. That was the beginning of the end. I then asked her a simple question, "Can you cut the little skin around one finger", and she jumped up, put away her tools, let me stress, WITHOUT CLEANING, and told me someone else would be doing my nails. I was totally caught off guard, as I was very polite, and it was a simple request. Granted, there is a huge language barrier, but language barrier or not, I'm sure by the tone of my voice, she couldn't have possibly thought I was saying anything negative, and that reaction was totally unprofessional. I will NOT be returning until Terry is back from maternity leave. Unless you're requesting Terry, STAY AWAY

The people there were very friendly toward me and my daughter. I came there to get my nails done a few times. They speak in their own language quite often, but that didn't ruin my experience. I only wanted to have my nails painted for the holiday. I liked the atmosphere and the how friendly they were (except for one lady, but that's why I didn't get my nails done by her).

Now I hate that I'm even on this site to post. I've been going to this location for several years, and the person I usually go to, Terry is AWESOME; however, she's out on maternity leave. The owner of the shop has the worse attitude of a business owner that I've ever seen. The people there were very friendly toward me and my daughter. I came there to get my nails done a few times. They speak in their own language quite often, but that didn't ruin my experience.
