I wish I could give this salon zero stars. I went to this salon last weekend when I was in town with my girlfriends. We had an 11 am appointment. After waiting for 40 minutes, three pedicure chairs were available. My friends pedicures started right away, while I waited in the chair for ANOTHER 20 minutes. The massage chair was broken. The water was now cold. And my friends are almost half way done. I asked how much longer it would be, to which they responded by having a guy start on my toes. He had NO IDEA what he was doing and took at least 3 minutes trying to get the gloves on. I asked what was going on and they explained that he would work on my toes until the other pedicurist was available. Thankfully about 5 mins later, the other guy came over. He because cutting my toe nails and ended up breaking the skin in TWO different places. The rest of the pedicure was rushed and uneventful. Fast forward two days, I can see that my toe is infected. I called the salon and asked to speak with the manager. Diane explained that she knew who had done my toes and that she “knew he wasn’t good.” She offered to have me come back for a free pedicure. First, I live an hour away. And Secondly, WHY would I go back to a place that had cut me?? We go back and forth as I asked for a refund. She said she would not do that because I had paid with a gift certificate. I did pay $25 with the gift certificate and then another $15 for the pedicure package I had selected. When I explained that to her, she said that I was wrong and I had only paid $25 With the gift card. When I offered to send her a copy of my receipt, she changed her tactic explaining that she would give me store credit for the $15. Again. No. Not acceptable. She said she would have the manager call me. No call. I followed up another 3 times, and no response. So disappointing. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else. Read Less

I got there at 7:15 on a Tuesday, and they were so friendly and helpful. Hai took care of me and I was so happy with the work he did. They are a little pricey, $60 for a full set with chrome gel, but worth it. Read Less

They don't listen, cut my toes way too short. Made them switch colors on my nails because he didn't do what I had asked. Most annoying thing is when I have to go to a nail place and argue with the people how to do nails. I shouldn't have to tell you that it's crooked or lumpy gel. These are things you should know! How does gel color start peeling two hours after the service?! I called back the same day and told them what happened so I went back two days later since that was the only time I could schedule around work. It was incredibly inconvenient that I had to make time to go back when I work Monday through Friday. The older lady (which I assume is the owner or manager) was VERY rude when I explained the situation to her. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences nor explain why my gel color was peeling. She just kept muttering under her breath in Vietnamese, glaring at me while speaking in Vietnamese to her co-workers (who all seemed uncomfortable) while she was ranting in her language, and just kept telling me that they're re-doing it. A part of their industry is customer service and if that's how they do their business, I do not see why anyone would go there when there are SO many more nail shops in the area. Read Less

Also realized he never cleaned under my nails or smoothed out edges after filing, there are snags all over parts that aren't fused to skin. I have visited this place a couple of times now.  I really love that they open at 0800. This allows me to visit right after I drop my kids off to school. My pedicure was superb. The tech was very thorough in removing cuticle and dead skin, and she shape and polished my toenails perfectly. I've also had a manicure and gel polish services as well. Some techs are rougher on the hands than I'd prefer but you'll just have to figure out a good match for you. I think I've narrowed mine down. I also like: that all tech licenses are posted, each implement used is in a sealed autoclaved package which says sanitation is important here, and also that prices are clearly posted. The only negative happened during my last visit, I got a small cut from rough filing. In the future, I'll stick with the same nail tech. Read Less

Diane and Tammy are absolutely wonderful!!!! Tammy stayed after hours because she wanted to FIX my last "professional" nail job I got somewhere else and I was so happy and she was happy that her client was ecstatic, now that's a pro!! The staff was friendly and hospitable. They really took their time with the services provided to make sure their work was perfect and it most certainly was. I got a pedicure and a full set acrylic nails with almond shape. Be sure to bring cash to tip because their outdated credit card machine doesn't offer to do so separately.Read Less

I enjoyed the pedicure while I was there but it started chipping off in less than a week! I've never had that happen from a professional pedicure. Mine usually last at least 3 weeks and I end up redoing them because I'm bored of the color. Today marks 2 weeks since I got the pedicure and I have two toes without any nail polish and 3 more toes that are chipped. I will not be going back. Read Less

There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. Professional, Friendly, Fun, Relaxing, Exceptional Service. They go far and beyond any salon I have ever entered. It is well worth the drive from where ever you might live. All the technicians here are licensed and experienced. This place offers all kinds of great services you need . Wish I could leave zero stars. I have never written a review on yelp, but my experience here was pretty bad, so this will be the first. My sister and I arrived around 10:30 am this Sunday, to a packed shop. I was going to get a gel mani, and pedi, my sister a gel mani. Instead of just telling us to come back, a foot bath was made ready for me, and my sister was told to take a seat at a nail station. My feet soaked long enough for the message chair and the bath to stop running. I still had to wait almost another 15-20 minutes before a nail tech assisted me. When I looked over to see if my sister was finished, she still had her nails wrapped in foil. At this point it's been close to an hour, so her nails had been wrapped in foil for that long. A few customers had come in after us, and they were seen before my sister. Finally, she was seen around the time my toes were finished drying. The nail tech who began working on my nails ( I think the manager, -_- ) was rushing so fast she managed to buff ( yes buff ) my finger until it began bleeding, and of course knicked another finger. I was concerned because earlier I had asked if the tools she was using were clean. I didn't see her remove them from a package, or clean them. At this point it's close to 2:00 pm, we've been at the shop over two hours with barely anything done. After I saw blood I was done, and decided not to go through with getting my nails done. This displeased the associate / manager as she started to raise her voice to someone. Not sure who. Of course we were charged full price ( they charged me for a regular mani, not a gel mani). I was mislead by the high star rating. It does seem like they have a lot of regular customers so that could be why. Wouldn't have had a problem with coming back, or being told to wait, instead of pruned feet from soaking that long ( I did remove my feet multiple times from the water to rest), foil wrapped fingers for almost an hour, or bleeding (hopefully not infected) fingers. I was really excited to try this salon but unfortunately I will not be returning. The young man who was scrubbing my foot took a chunk from the side of my foot. Charged me full price. The next day even after cleaning it well I ended up at the emergency room with a fever. I was diagnosed with cellulitis, given two antibiotics, and a work bite to keep my burning swollen foot elevated. Read Less

My wife took me for a pedicure on Father's Day it was okay nothing to Rave about not as good as some of the other places she has taken me the vibrating chair didn't work and for the money she spent I thought it would have came with it least a good leg and foot massage as I've gotten before at other salons the hot Stones were nice though Read Less

I have been going to this place exclusively for almost two years now. The technicians are friendly and experienced and the place is clean . You can get a bare bones pedi for 23 bucks or something like that. I recommend calling ahead, and I also recommend Dan. He's attentive and does a good job with your nails. This shop also doesn't pressure you to buy other services, they usually only bring them up if I got both a mani and pedi my last trip in. I didn't give it five stars because it is a very light and bright space and sometimes it isn't as quest as you'd like but bring some headphones or a book and you'll be fine! Read Less

Found my new nail salon! I absolutely loved my experience here. I had Guynh (pronounced Gwen) and she is the best I've ever had. I picked my main color and let her do the rest. What a great salon!!!  The place is clean, bright, and comfortable.  The staff is welcoming and accommodating.  Today I had an appointment for a full set of acrylics.  I was early and wanted to also get a pedicure.  The staff was more than happy to accommodate me.  The entire experience was relaxing and I felt pampered.  Prices were competitive and I was not pressured into extra services.  Best of all, they listened to my requests and I am thrilled with the results. I got a manicure today and my nail tech did a very good job with my manicure. However, the customer service was average to low at best. He told me that it will be 5 dollars to remove my gel manicure from before and 13 for a manicure which adds up to 18. I gave him a good tip before I handed him my credit card so he could charge it while my nails dried. When he returned the receipt it said $20 instead of 18. When I asked he said he made a mistake and it adds up to 20. I was turned off by the fact that he charged me before letting me know and didn't mention it until I did. I would not have minded paying more if he explained, but the fact that he didn't was unprofessional. Read Less

I paid $50 for a full set with gel polish. The nail technician had to be inexperienced. He took and hour and a half to do the nails. He repeatedly had to add more acrylic to fix each nail (after he'd moved onto other nails). My nails ended up warped and shaped like a duck's bill. Another technician offered to fix it but I'd lost confidence in their capabilities and I didn't have anymore time to spare. I'm NEVER going back there. I walked in w my sister and daughter for pedicures and saw they were busy, so I asked how long the wait was.  The lady in charge said she could take us right away.  I was apprehensive, but she said it would only be a moment they were almost done.  15 min later they take my sister back, and 30 min later they take me and my daughter.  I don't mind waiting, but I don't appreciate a business lying to keep me there.  My husband had dropped us off so if they were honest about it actually taking awhile, we could've eaten next door and come back and been seen together.  I said something to the lady who seemed to be avoiding me, and she didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting much longer than she said I would.  The pedicure itself was pretty good, pretty standard, and priced averagely.  I won't be back. I went to another nail salon for about eight years but the customer service went downhill terribly over time. After trying a few different other local places I gave Luxury Nails a try after my daughter recommended it. I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love this place! Van (who has since left) and Diane are the best! I never feel rushed or pressured to add on additional services like everywhere else I've ever patronized. They are kind, professional and really listen to what it is that I'm asking for. Plus, this salon is really, really clean. The prices are definitely in line with and in some cases, less expensive than, other salons I've gone to, but WORTH twice as much! I'm so glad I've found my new nail salon! Read Less

My first visit here was today, 6/4/16. First they had me waiting about 45 minutes to get my acrylics filled after repeatedly telling me "a few more minutes ok" I actually began to get impatient and I was about to leave but I really wanted that fill. Shame on me! If I had known a fill in with gel polish would cost me $40 I would've left sooner! I just told them I didn't want polish, so I walked away with bare nails.When the technician filed my nails she left them crooked, after I asked her to refile them, they were STILL crooked. I asked her how much a fill in was with regular polish and she said $18 since I have long nails. When I went to check out, she said $20!!!! I came here for the first time about a week ago. I was assisited my dan who was awesome. I usually dont take the time to write reviews but he deserves one. I got a full set and a pedicure. The massage chair was great during the pedicure and he offered me water. He gave me options of the different pedicure services. He didnt rush the way most nail places rush, he took his time the entire time which created a good experience. By the time he finished my feet were soft. My nails came out great. He put this gel fingernail polish on there so it would last longer. He catered to my needs asking questions the entire time. I will always go here going forward. I would recommend this job to anyone. I  usually wear a lot of sneakers at work so these toes  of mine  rarely get out  except for the weekends. I know that's no excuse for the lacking  of service but I promise to do better.. I really  felt like i was given extraordinary treatment.   I definitely did not feel rushed.  I loved both my gel mani and my pedicure and l definitely would return. The prices are little on the high side but that foot massage will make you forget anything and everything  Including prices .  Oh and they have a wide selection of colors to choose from which is a plus.  So are you Ready?  Nothing wrong with spoiling your self after a hard day... I went in for a gel mani-pedi. I decided to do the deluxe pedicure and I thought I said deluxe manicure as well but apparently not. I was in here for 2 hrs! Although I was the only one in there. They took they're time The pedicure was excellent. 1 hr of pampering. Feet are nice and soft. The color didn't come out like I want but that's ok I chose it. The manicure was good but it was a regular manicure and I wanted a deluxe. And i didn't get a hand massage or any lotion. Maybe after spending so on my feet they forgot. I spent $45 for the deluxe pedi and $30 for the gel mani for a total of $75. Then I asked what would it be if I got the deluxe mani and pedi and they said $60+8 for gel. That's $68!! Less than what I spent and for more services. I don't like that trickery. I am not sure I will return. They also asked if I wanted eyebrows waxed even thought I just got them threaded today. They are clearly done. Smh. I don't like pushy people. Let your service sell its self. When I left I noticed that my pedi needed some nail Polish remover on some skin spots and same for my mani.I tipped $5 in cash and got the evil eye. So I said add $5 to that. They re-rang my card. Really $5 is not enough. I was okay with $10 tip since the pedi wa so long and good. $85 total!! Yikes. And they said come back in 2 weeks. Yea right!! That's $170/month on this ! No way! Read Less
