The Atmosphere is amazing, very clean and very laid-back. This is my first time going there and the staff was very friendly and explain to me the different packages they offered for a pedicure. I would definitely go back however, they love some of my toenails for my pedicure so sharp that I actually got cut and they look my toenails too long after I had asked for them to be cut down. I have been trying to reach the salon for four days now to try and tell them what happened and they don’t atmosphere is amazing, very clean and very laid-back. This is my first time going there and the staff was very friendly and explain to me the different packages they offered for a pedicure. I would definitely go back however, they love some of my toenails for my pedicure so sharp that I actually got cut and they left my toenails too long after I had asked for them to be cut down. I strongly recommend this nail spa. It met all of my needs and in a timely manner. Very convenient location for most people. The shop is kept very clean. They offer water and fruit compliments of the service. The staff had good attention to detail and great attitudes. The prices are affordable , standard for the area. The offer plenty service on their pamphlets. I plan to be a repeat customer and recommend this service to friends and family.

I'm so happy to be here on my birthday. The service is so good. The technician is so friendly and did very good job. I will come back again. Moreover, they have new massage chairs, so cool!!!

Went for an acrylic fill in. Had a terrible job done, I had to check and correct the length and shape of my nails. When it was bought up to the manager he proceeded to make a spectacle telling me I never needed to come back. I had to pay for a bad job and now will pay someone else to fix their mistakes

I've been to several places in the area. Exquisite is a tad bit more expensive (like $5 per visit for what I get done) but James is THE best! I usually get are a pedicure (as with many places, callus removal is extra) and just a fingernail gel color change, no manicure. Cost with no callus removal is $58. So first....the pedicure...he gives THE best leg and foot massages in life!!!! As for fingernails, he does a great job at painting close to the nail bed which is essential for me because my nails grow quickly and I don't like coming out of the salon looking like I had my nails done a week ago. And finally, he's also nice :-)

Horrible experience! I was so excited to try this salon and now I wish I hadn't. The tech was so rude. I told her I was trying to do my nails every two weeks but could not afford the $40 she quoted me...
Horrible experience! I was so excited to try this salon and now I wish I hadn't. The tech was so rude. I told her I was trying to do my nails every two weeks but could not afford the $40 she quoted me for a fill with acrylic nails and gel nail polish. I asked what other options there were for me and she said "you have a job right?" To which I responded "yes but that is still expensive " and she just made a noise at me and nothing else! No other suggestions. I then asked if she could keep me nails short and she said no! I couldn't believe this! I said that's how I like them and she said no again. She refused to talk anymore and when she was done she didn't say anything, she just stood up and walked away....well ok....so I guess I'm done then?! She barely filed my nails and no lotion or oil at the end. This was so pathetic a job and it still was more than other places. I definitely won't return.

I got ONLY a polish change, no manicure, filing or shaping NOTHING but gel polish and paid $43. I got "chrome" polish and glitter on one nail each hand. The chrome wasn't even chrome it looked like sparkly silver. The next day it started to rub off around the tips of my nail like it was regular polish. So I basically paid $43 for my nails to only look good for one day! So disappointing!

I went to the same tech for 18 months but she got to be so busy, rude and pushy I was glad I had to go to another tech one visit. The other tech was new and did a great job but when I went back she wasn't there. This place isn't worth the risk of a hit or miss visit.

Good service for the price. 40$ for pedi + sugar scrub. Their menu showed several options (sugar scrub); however, she never asked which one I would prefer & just brought over what I'm assuming was a lavender scrub. After she finished she just left. She didn't say anything, she just left. So my friend and I sat there.. and sat there until we realized neither of the girls were going to return. Aside from that, their work is great and definitely worth the awkward sitting-around you may encounter. :P

Good enough, nothing spectacular. I had a refill on acrylic nails with gel polish $45. They give 5% back for paying cash, which is nice. Overall a good job done.

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars!!! They rushed doing my nails and they didn't even paint them all the way plus they are already chipped off after ONE day. Plus when I went to go pay the receptionist asked me who did my nails and I pointed to the lady who did my nails and she said back that she didn't do my nails and they went back and forth for like 5 minutes. They also did my moms nails and it looks like a 4 year old did them. They are all different shapes and sizes I could've done a better job and saved 40$. They don't take their time they rush you and don't care. I will never go back again EVER!

I go here at least once a month. The place is beautiful but some of them staff isn't really nice but I feel like that's kind of any nail salon. The only person I will let touch my nails is Phoenix. She is absolutely the best person there. She always makes sure all my nails are even and just the way I like them. She takes her time and the results are phenomenal, my nails last me a week longer than they should. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH PHOENIX!!

Beautiful place & friendly staff, but don't get your hair done by The lady who's chair is on the left side. 1st chair.. she messed up my long hair. Kept chopping it off. I gave her a picture with very specific directions. She misunderstood. I kept telling her not to go so short. She made it seem like WE.. meaning her & I miscommunication. More like she didn't pay attention to detail and cut my hair how she wanted. Another woman pointed out that it's being done wrong. (Very thankful for her pointing it out) the hairdresser tried to salvage the damage.. but then chopping off the front of my hair. I told her to look how I wanted my hair. Basically I got a wrong haircut style.. BTW it took me 3 years to get long hair. For it to be chopped off with total disregard to directions is a huge problem!

The Atmosphere is amazing, very clean and very laid-back. This is my first time going there and the staff was very friendly and explain to me the different packages they offered for a pedicure. I strongly recommend this nail spa. It met all of my needs and in a timely manner. Very convenient location for most people. The shop is kept very clean. They offer water and fruit compliments of the service. The staff had good attention to detail and great attitudes. The prices are affordable , standard for the area. Went for an acrylic fill in. Had a terrible job done, I had to check and correct the length and shape of my nails. When it was bought up to the manager he proceeded to make a spectacle telling me I never needed to come back. I had to pay for a bad job and now will pay someone else to fix their mistakes

I've been to several places in the area. Exquisite is a tad bit more expensive (like $5 per visit for what I get done) but James is THE best! I usually get are a pedicure (as with many places, callus removal is extra) and just a fingernail gel color change, no manicure. Cost with no callus removal is $58. So first....the pedicure...he gives THE best leg and foot massages in life!!!! As for fingernails, he does a great job at painting close to the nail bed which is essential for me because my nails grow quickly and I don't like coming out of the salon looking like I had my nails done a week ago. I told her I was trying to do my nails every two weeks but could not afford the $40 she quoted me for a fill with acrylic nails and gel nail polish. Good service for the price. 40$ for pedi + sugar scrub. Their menu showed several options (sugar scrub); however, she never asked which one I would prefer & just brought over what I'm assuming was a lavender scrub. After she finished she just left. She didn't say anything, she just left. So my friend and I sat there.. and sat there until we realized neither of the girls were going to return. Aside from that, their work is great and definitely worth the awkward sitting-around you may encounter. :P

I go here at least once a month. The place is beautiful but some of them staff isn't really nice but I feel like that's kind of any nail salon. The only person I will let touch my nails is Phoenix. She is absolutely the best person there. She always makes sure all my nails are even and just the way I like them.
