This is my fourth time coming here. They've only given me a great manicure once (Donna). This last time I call before going, ask for Donna, they said she's here, she can do it. I walk in, see Donna, tell the lady at the front I'm here to see Donna twice. Instead they seat me in seat 3 (don't know her name) and she gives me a bum manicure like the last two did. Thick looking gel, mismatch shapes, and she has the nerve to tell me "your finger is crooked not the nail". When she finished she pumped some oil on my fingers and told me to just rub my hands together. Like it wasn't part of my manicure for her to massage my hands. I came here today, even after reading all the bad reviews. I got a full set with gel polish. Tommy took care of me immediately, even though it appeared to be busy. He was super friendly and did my nails with care and precision. He made sure I liked the length amd shape, before polishing them off. I got #65 & #87 polish and they had a huge selection. They are on the pricier side of the places I've been too. However this is Hanover, and Arundel Mills tends to be pricier. So it was expected. The service at this salon depends on who you get. I've been here a few times and I have loved and hated the service. It just depends. They have an ok color selection. The prices are a little expensive in my opinion but that's most nail salons in the area. The one good thing I can say about this salon is they have a good selection of pedicure services. Read Less

I'm not sure what's going on with all the bad reviews really unless someone was just having an off day, but I've always had excellent service here. I see Rose every time and, since she's been doing my nails, I haven't gone anywhere else. She's amazing and just an all around sweet person. Horrible!! Horrible! Rude! Worst pedicure ever. Girl was so rude & rough. She got irritated bc I asked her to make water warm bc it was cool. She didn't give a massage just quickly put lotion on my legs. Polish dented an hour after I left the salon. I'm so irritated! My daughter got a manicure from her & she was really rough grabbing her hands. My daughter put her head down to look at the nails & she told her "put your head up." You don't talk to my daughter that way!!! We are from San Diego & the prices at this salon are way more expensive. We were charged $35 for a gel manicure! I'm used to paying $23. I have been coming to Le for about 11 years. Le is an awesome nail tech and her customer service skills are impeccable. I love you Le and keep up the great work!!!! I give it 5 stars because of Le; however, on July 22, 2017, I arrive at the nail place to find beer bottles and trash out where customers can see. I think it is very unprofessional that you party and get drunk at your place of business. To add to my frustration the owners did not have the air conditioner on and it was 80 degrees inside the shop. Mind you I asked Le to turn on the air and she wouldn't for fear she would be reprimanded. It was hotter inside the shop than it was outside. The worst experience I have ever had. The girl who did my nails kept stopping to text on her phone. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and it is the sloppiest paint job I have ever received. I didn't noget the massage that comes standard with a mani/pedi. The color on my toes and nails don't match when I asked for a color change they told me it would be additional $20. This nail salon is terrible!!!! Do not go here. They charge too much for shabby work. I went in to get a gel mani/pedi and my eyebrows done. The total came to $117, ok cool, that's how much I normally pay at my regular salon. Two days later this is what my nails look like. IT was ok, I decided last minute to go in for a pedi- the workers are so loud talking with each other its hardly relaxing- my pedicure was okay- clean tools, lined tub- but Im looking at the polish now and its uneven.  They asked what type of pedi i wanted but never explained the difference.  I did try some eyelash extensions- they had a 20 minute special, but it was very uncomfortable in a room that was too warm, and she never explained what she was doing- I was nervous when she was applying alcohol near my eyes.  When she told me to go back to the room for the eyelashes, there were employees sleeping on the waxing tables- not the most professional place.  It was a spur of moment decision - most likely wont go back. Stay away from this nail salon, it's a rip off! Not only are the ladies rude, they do a horrible job. I paid $84 for a spa pedicure and gel manicure yesterday.  Which in my opinion, is not that bad, for the area. I got a gel fill in for my acrylics, they tend to seem like they are in a hurry (the price in the book says it's $20 and up) and I was charged $45 alone I have never had a fill cost more than $35. They kept offering other color choices to me after I had already said I wanted a specific purple. The lady rushed me as my nails were drying under the uv light (switched over hands while time was not out). Overall my nails do not look bad but not worth the price or the time it took sitting there. I came in an hour before the closed on Saturday 2/11/17night with a picture from Instagram of what I wanted. I  the way they came out. My only issue is I wish the stones stayed on longer but that happens an all nail places I go to. I got a full acrylic set by Angela 4 different colors one on each nail and one of 5 nails had a design that encompassed all those colors. Cost $57 Read Less

I have been coming here for 6 years and I have not had a complaint yet, and the people that have come with me have not complained. They work fast, they use better products and they really know their stuff, ask them a question and they are very knowledgeable about their work . 10 stars if I could. I came here 3 times in a row. The first 2 times the gentlemen was ok. He was nice and did a decent job. The last time I went the lady who did my nails did a horrible job. She rushed through everything even doing my eyebrows. I never felt so uncomfortable getting a fill in. She ran the file through my nail once which left all my ends rugged and rough. My nails are now different shapes. Well I can't say shapes because they aren't even a particular shape some ends are squares while the other side are a bit rounded. They look terrible. Some nails are thicker and some are more narrow. My eyebrows are also uneven now one is more  arched while the other is more straight. I have been going to this nail shop for almost a year. No complaints. Very nice and I always get great service. I get the pink and white powder on my nails and they always last until I go back for a fill in which may be any where from 2-4 weeks. The pink and white nails are very durable! Read Less

ANN did an AWESOME job (deluxe pedicure) - she was very sweet and pleasant...Mimi on the other hand had an attitude as soon as she started removing my old gel nail polish smh she snapped at me when I asked her if the shop had any charms that could be added to my nails-complained about the process of doing that...she was nasty when i showed her a design on my phone that I wanted - said she only does "lines", and come back tomorrow if i want other designs...she cut me at least 4x while doing my cuticles (clearly bleeding)...when i asked if the design she would freestyle could be completed with gel polish and she refused, I said nm-lets just add a charm because the last time someone used regular polish to do a design, it came off (idk why, but it did)...well she snapped again, and said her design wouldnt...i stated i would rather we just make it easier on both of us, and add a charm...she FLIPPED OUT- yelled at me, threw her hands up and said "make up your mind"...at that point, my patience and politeness went out the window-especially after i informed her fellow employee (only one left with us) of her rudeness, etc. 5 MINS LATER, Mimi apologizes, said she didnt mean it, but she is "sick"...i didnt know being sick rectifies you losing your mind, professionalism, etc. Although the place has been renovated since my last visit, I will take my business elsewhere. They try to take care of multiple clients at one time. They were doing a lady's feet and then tried to leave her to soak and come do my full set. That takes forever! So we both would of waited a long time. But when she came to sit down at her station to get me she didn't wash her hands after working on a different client. GROSS! I got up and left. Read Less

Loved this place. Came in for a quick eyebrow cleanup and shape up. (Ask for ANN, she is the best) Ann took me right in and even showed me a few spots where other artists had messed up. This is the only nail salon I frequent. My pedicure and uv gel manicure are consistently good, and I appreciate consistency. I've tried other salons in the area and my uv gel manicure would peel off in a week. I do like that they have different pedicure options based on price point. If you want to pamper yourself more you can, but for a little more cash. Currently they're renovating, but have remained open. Their new pedicure chairs are awesome and they probably doubled the amount of chairs they had before renovations. One tip I have is to bring cash, if not for your whole service then at least for your tip. Likely due to credit card fees they won't allow tips via the credit card receipt. No worries for me as my bank is down the street and I stop to get cash right before I go in. Read Less

This is a go to place for a friend so I get to go with her often. The staff remembers the patrons and are always friendly and nice. The massage chairs are nice and the pedicures my favorite. The foot massage is a great for relaxing. Time for a pedicure! Read Less
