I just don't get all these negative reviews. I always have and see great service if i notice something I don't like they fix it, always clean. Always Awesome! I have been going here for years, I go every 2 weeks for a pedicure and fill in (on my nails) prices are decent and the service is great. Usually there is no wait (unless busy) but I have never had to wait. I usually just walk in and they take care of me. Price adjust depending on what u have done if u get a fill in but have ur nail shorten or fix it's extra. That's any nail salon. Read Less

HORRIBLE! I never write reviews but I am so angry! My boyfriend treated me to getting my nails done here as a valentines present but it was a terrible experience. On top of taking a ridiculously long time to get my nails done, they overcharged my poor boyfriend without him knowing (they realized he doesn't know anything about nail salons) and kept pressuring us to pay more. I wasn't going to write a review because maybe it was a bad experience but it gets worse. A month later and the nails are ready to come off easily but the woman who glued my nails COMPLETELY ruined my middle finger nail. It split into 2! I've already fixed it myself otherwise I'd show you how painful it looked. I'm beyond pissed and recommend people do not come here. Just go across the street to the better nail salon. EDIT: I see someone else got a pedicure and charged $29 when it should have been $20. THEY DID THAT TO MY BOYFRIEND TOO and insisted we pay even MORE. Garbage place. Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE! Getting a pedicure the lady was rushing. And sliced my cuticle all the way across my big toe, then claimed not to understand English she kept pouring alcohol on the cut to stop the bleeding. The owners wife insisted I pay $20. Awesome experience. Tom does excellent work! I got a full set of coffin nails(he shaped them perfect),a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed too. His wife Linda did my eyebrows and i was happy with her work as well. I was kind of hesitant at first due to the reviews. However, I decided to go and check them out anyway and I'm glad I did. They were friendly and greeted me with smiles from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. I was very pleased with his work! He took his time, he was thorough and very maticulous throughout the entire process. Of course I can't speak for any other tech, so if you do decide to go in my suggestion is to ask for Tom. My nails have never been done so beautifully Ahmed they lasted for a solid 3wks all the while they still looked as great as when i first had them done..It doesn't get much better then that and their service/attitudes are wonderful as well Read Less

I just got my nails done and I asked for a fill in. The lady charged me $25 dollars and couldn't explain to me why it was $25 when the sign says fill ins are $15 & up. She kept nipping me with me little file thing, she cut my skin, completely changed to shape of my original nails and made my pointer finger an Oval because she was messing up. When I asked why it was $25 even still after she messed my nail up she mocked me and was irritated and STILL forced me to pay $25. I went today to get a fill in and the last time I went I had them done for $18. I went to get another one today and they said it was $28! THEN I was about to leave and the lady said she was wrong, its $18, then another lady came and said no its $28. Then they both said $28. Be careful if you're not a regular, they'll play with the prices just to get more money. My sisters goes all the time to get a fill in and its $18. Never going again. If you go, make sure you have a regular with you! They get special treatment. Read Less

I loveeeee my nails after getting them done at Regal Nails. Holly did an amazing job, exactly how I wanted them. There was a point in time where another lady was doing my sister's nails and when she got up to wash her hands (she was supposed to, in the middle of the manicure) she takes on another customer to do a quick polish change. I don't know, I didn't like that part very much but my sister ended up loving her nails, and my mom loves her pedicure.Also, they're inside the Walmart, for those who don't know-- which made directions a little confusing at first. Rude people, starting with answering the telephone with a "huh, huh", to pretending not to understand that you chose the basic service and attempting to lead you to spending more money (who gets a cut back when you're applying nails on top?). Never asked me how I liked my nails shaped and hesitated to keep mine somewhat short. Skipped hand massage on my daughter in law's manicure and, generally, unclean conditions. Even hand washing request was made with a grunt. Outside edges of nails were missed. Two fingers were cut from vigorous use of emory board. When it was my turn, I was given a seat while she started 2 others. Finally had to ask her to finish me since she kept getting interrupted and carried away chatting with others. My 5 y.o.granddaughter's nail polish came off in 4 days and she doesn't even wash dishes. Bad experience! Read Less

Not too sure why this salon doesn't have better reviews.My experience was great and I was in and out .very reasonably price as we'll. I got gel overlay with gel polish and it was $ 35 .Usually other place charge extra for the gel polish ; however ,they did not .i will certainly come back ! Read Less
