I have been coming to this place for almost 9 years and I never had a complaint until now. My Niece and I went to get our nails and toes done. My Niece got her Pedicure and I was next the Owner Kelly ...
I have been coming to this place for almost 9 years and I never had a complaint until now. My Niece and I went to get our nails and toes done. My Niece got her Pedicure and I was next the Owner Kelly even stated so, when a free chair became available a customer that came in after me hopped in the chair. I explained to the Employee with the Horrible Acne on her face that I was next. She continued to start on the customer. Kelly told her that I was next the Employee slung the chair threw Bath Salt in the water and told me Rudely to sit down in the Pedicure Chair . I told Kelly the Manager how rude she was and I would not be getting any service done today and I will not be returning. If my 10 year old Niece was not almost finished I would have left altogether. Kelly never had the Employee apologize or show any concern to her Employees Rude Behavior to a Customer. I will never spend My Hard Earned Money here again.

I wish I could give a No 🌟, customer service sucks (they only greet regular customer with a Hello) Every else gets a what are you getting. My daughter and I received a pedicure that we could have did in the comfort of our home. The Guy who did my pedicure clipped my cuticle until it bleed and thought he was going to put something on it and couldn't even tell me what it was. Charged my daughter for a gel polish after the Lady said it was regular polish. And never get Gel nails because it's not really Gel!!!!!!

I came in last Saturday waited 30mins to get a pedicure and fill the lady whom completed my pedicure left paint on my toes and my nails I had no complaints. On Tuesday morning I get up for work and notice my paint on my right ring finger had chipped mine you I got gel polish then Thursday my pinky nail just broke at midway it was previously fixed. I come in on Saturday explain my situation and they told me 40mins I gotta wait. I waited and 40mins came and went. They will never get another dime of my money!

I only came to this place since my son had basketball practice around the corner. I normally go to my regular nail salon in Annapolis. I signed my name on the list. I waited for 50 minutes and three people were called before me. All three of those people came in AFTER me. No sure how they operate, maybe they had an appointment. Fifty minutes is too long of a wait to not update someone on their wait time. They need to work on their CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is the only place I will go. Andy does the best nails. Takes his time and does them just like I want them. I would recommend that you ask for him, but almost all of the techs are good.

Very hard for me to find good nail salons when I’m traveling. This place is a good one. I am so excited to have pretty nails again. After two different salons took my money and gave me horrible nails....
Very hard for me to find good nail salons when I’m traveling. This place is a good one. I am so excited to have pretty nails again. After two different salons took my money and gave me horrible nails. I was happy to tip her $20 for doing a great job!! I recommend this place if ur looking for a place and don’t know where to go like I was.

Sold my credit card information to someone in Albany, NY!! Do not trust this business. Had to cancel card, have transactions refunded, and file police report. BEWARE!!

Very nice place. Went there at 10am when they open and by 10:15 there were 5 employees there ready to work. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very professional and nice! Prices are very reasonable. A great place to go relax and get your nails done! No complaints!

I wish I could give a No 🌟, customer service sucks (they only greet regular customer with a Hello) Every else gets a what are you getting. My daughter and I received a pedicure that we could have did in the comfort of our home. After two different salons took my money and gave me horrible nails. I was happy to tip her $20 for doing a great job!! I recommend this place if ur looking for a place and don’t know where to go like I was.
