I was traveling for work and needed a last-minute manicure. Regal nails squeezed my coworker and I in for a 7pm appointment when they closed at 8. Ben did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. I noticed that he took a particularly long time to shape and perfect every single nail. For each nail that needed attention, he consulted with me about what I wanted (fill, file, or shorten). We had a slight language barrier, so when he could not understand, he would call over another employee to translate and clarify. It is not easy to provide a service to customers speaking a completely different language, but Ben nonetheless made sure that everything was to my liking. I don't usually give 5 stars to anyone but this was such a great experience! I went on Sunday 5-21-17 and the atmosphere was great! I was seated quickly and Ben was there promptly to take care of my nails. The most important thing to me was that he paid such attention to detail! I will definitely be going back soon! Read Less

I had the best time in coming here, i haven't had a manicure or a pedicure in a long time so I was embarrassed. I also was cover in bug bites for cleaning a pool earlier this week. The man who did my nails put anti itch cream on my legs and extra hot towels since he knew how itchy it was. I will be coming back here for more manicures and pedicures! This nail tech ( I guess is the owner) she doesn't do good nail or good design , she also make me bleed by drilling my nail to close to the cuticle . Then she doesn't say anything when she cut me but smiley at my cutting finger nail "hello it hurting ". I will never come back here again. Crooks! I have been to other Regal Nails & have had nothing but a positive experience. This particular store was horrible. The lady who claims to own this shop is very pushy in getting you to pay cash. I said I wanted to use my credit card & she keep saying she would give me better price for cash. If made me feel very uncomfortable. Not to mention I watch them use the same tools on different customers w/ out cleaning them. I won't go back. Read Less
