So i needed a nail repair and this nail salon is right next to my job. I go in an hour before my break to see if they can do it. They said yes, i asked if they had the color to match my nail they said yes. I come back an hour later, and she was already helping some one eles. The light skin girl put my arcylic on so messy it loooked terriable. They this rude old guy comes and start filling it down but it all crooked and the surface is uneven. I tell him the acrylic was layered too thick, he start getting an attitude about how all nail shops are different. Yea they are different but you are suppose to be a professional and make it look the same not ugly. Then he put on a regular glitter polish when i told him i wanted gel because all my other nails are gel. This other lady came took off the polish and put on the gel but the color didnt match, im beyond appalled on the terriable awful service i received . My nail look so ugly and nuffin like my other nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. Terriable customer service and technic. Especially that old man. Decided to stop by for a quick re-fill during my lunch hour. The place is located in a weird kind of shady shopping center. The place didn't look very clean, and they only had 3 people working, given that it was a slow day. My refill was done within 20 minutes if... I appreciated the quick service since I was in a hurry to go back to my office (however they didn't know this). The attention to detail was really poor. The paint job wasn't done well and they even left a piece of nail polish brush hair stuck in one of my nails. The price was the same as other nail salons. Not sure if I would come back. Read Less

Don't go!!  oct 14 walked into the nail shop everyone is lounging, sleep, or watching tv. me and my cousin were bridesmaids in a wedding and needed are nails done the same color. first i got a full set the man was very rude and i got a bad vibe that made me want to leave but i stayed because one i had a day til the wedding and it was friday so by time i would've left other places would be booked up. so i continued he did my nails crooked and i had to tell him to do it again because of it. he yanks the nail right off not gently or anything as if no glue was applied hurt so bad. then proceeds to argue about how long i wanted my nails and kept hitting my fingers telling me to relax but his drilling of nails was painful and on the skin most of the time. he tried to fix his crooked mistakes with drilling and filing which still i had to give direction. ( i have had my nails done too many times not to know how they do nails) finally finished all that error construction  he sees other customers yells for me to pick a color in which i already said i wanted the same color as my cousin but he wasn't having it. he passed me off to this older lady who paints nails really good so didn't understand why she didn't do my nails from the beginning. i should've went to my normal nail salon but thought this was convenient to where i was headed. Quiet, clean and timely! I walked in around 4 pm today and was out by 5 - my services were a polish change on my toes, removing gel polish from my fingers, and getting a gel manicure. I was helped immediately, and only paid $32 total.My technician (didn't catch her name) was nice. She wasn't perfect but she did a better job on my gel manicure than the last shop I went to. I had to remind her a few times to make sure all the previous polish was removed or to clean up my nail beds a bit before putting me under the UV lamp. She always smiled and said thank you each time, then proceeded to correct the mistake.I wish they would have allowed me to tip her on my card. I hardly ever carry cash. Everyone was friendly. HAVE BEEN GOING TO THEM FOR OVER 7 YEARS NOW... BUT WHEN THEY MESS UP THE LIKE TO PLAY CRAZY. YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE LEARNED WHEN I GOT A TOE FUNGUS LAST YEAR NEVER TO GO BACK BUT NO!!! I JUST STOP LETTING THEM DO MY FEET AFTER THE FUGUS MEDS IN THE LITTLE BROWN BOTTEL DID NOT WORK WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR TWICE. I ENDED UP IN THE ER WITH MY BIG TOE ALL MESSED UP ALMOST LOST MY WHOLE NAIL. YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR NAILS UNTIL THE COLOR IS REMOVED IT WON'T START HURTING UNTIL IT IS TO LATE.
