I wish I could give this Salon no stars. The price does not match the quality service. My nails were uneven, polish all on my skin, acrylic clumpy. Its just the worst. I went here about 3 times and they struck out. They are also very disrespectful and racist. Read Less

They did an AMAZING job with my 12 and 8 year old little girls. The women who did their pedicures kept them engaged in the process and made it a really fun and pampering experience for them. It's very hard to find a nail tech who does a good job on your nails and does them exactly the way you want them. However, that's the ONLY reason I've continued to patronize this particular nail salon for the last 3-4 years. Customer service here is horrible. The nail tech Alex does a great job but is very rude and unaccommodating. I've sat and waited numerous times to be assisted and have been ignored and conveniently overlooked because the the salon owner/receptionist Helen failed to communicate the fact that I would not be able to get serviced at the time. I've also been discriminated against because I like my nails done a specific way and have been labeled a difficult customer. I would rather be told that my nail tech no longer wishes to do my nails than to be mislead and treated poorly as a regular paying customer. Not to mention the sidebar conversations between the nail salon staff that make you feel uncomfortable as a customer. I will never step foot in that salon again. Read Less

I usually don't write reviews but I had to share my recent experience at Super Spa & Nails, where I had TERRIBLE experience. I have been going to this nail salon for a while out of convenience that it is right down the street from me. I always receive gel nail polish on my nails like this particular time. A couple of days later the nail polish chips on one of my nails. I come back to get it fixed and nicely asked the nail technician if the nail polish was the reason for it chipping, but he ignores me. About a week later, another nail chips. I call the salon to ask what time they closed because it was the July 4th holiday. The guy who answered, Alex tells me 6pm. I arrive there an hour before and the lady says "we are closed" with an attitude. I proceed to tell them that I called before hand and was told 6pm. They discuss it between each other and then he decides to fix my nail. The next day, ANOTHER nail chips. I go back to Super Spa & Nails and as I walk in no one greets me. They proceed to talk to each other (obviously about me) and ignore me for about 30 minutes. Finally, a lady decides to ask me what I need and I tell her that another nail has chipped. Alex, the one who fixed my nail the day before, tells me that they are busy and to come back tomorrow to have the guy who did my nails originally to fix it. I tell him that I cannot come back tomorrow, so he says "we will have to charge you $3," even though he fixed my nail for free the day before. He then walks away from me and decides to take a lady that walked in after me. So I stood there until someone acknowledged me and finally a lady fixes the ONE nail I came in there for. I say all this to say, if you are ever in the area DO NOT support this place! They need to learn what customer service is! Super Spa & Nails, you will NEVER get my money again! Read Less

Poor service. They are only concerned about money even to the point of sacrificing customer service. Mimi was pleasant to work with the first time. On the second visit the man was rude. None of his colleagues stepped in to remedy the issue or to correct his behavior. For this reason, I would suggest trying one of the many other nail salons in this area. Read Less

If I could give them zero stars I would. The girl who did my toes didn't put the clear coat on top so the paint is coming off and I got no chip on my nails and 3 of them have peeled off already and it hasn't been a week yet. I will never go here again. Such a waste of money! Read Less

One of the worst manicures and pedicures I have had in the area. The tech trying to rush through the job to get to the next person and was scratching my skin with the nail filer. In addition, was very rough and made the eintire process not so relaxing. I will never come back and don't recommend anyone else does either. Read Less

When you walk into Venus they're always very friendly. Everything is clean and nicely decorated for the season. The ventilation is good. I have been to other places where the acrylic smell will give you a headache. The temperature is usually comfortable but they have hand fans at all the pedicure chairs if you need one. I like that you get to choose the scent of foot scrub you like. The best part is the foot and leg massage. They massage your feet and lower legs longer than all the other places on 173 and probably most places. I highly recommend Venus Nails. Read Less

This is the only nail salon I will go to. I live 45 minutes away and I'm moving almost two hours away soon, but I refuse to go anywhere else. I don't make it in as often as I'd like because of the drive and I always get a playful ribbing when I finally do return... Everyone is so friendly and fun and it's nice to know that every time I walk in the door, I'll be greeted by name and given the best service imaginable! Read Less
