I FINALLY may have found the perfect place to get my nails done.I stumbled upon this place after attempting to do a walk-in appointment at my usual nail salon, Kim's Nail Care, which is less than 3 minutes down the road. She was booked until 4pm, so that's how I ended up at Love Nails because I was in dire need of a fill-in. I can honestly say I do not regret my decision of coming here.I walked in and was greeted right away, it was only me and a gentleman who worked there in the salon and he allowed me to view their gel color selection before seating me immediately. He took his time with my nails and made small talk, and he also made me aware of other services they offered since this was my first time visiting!I really appreciated that he kept working on my nails and stayed focus on them during the entire time, he didn't talk to his coworkers much and I can really appreciate that because it gets me out in time! The paint job I received on my nails is one of the best I've received. Ken (I hope I got your name right, if not I'm so sorry!) made sure that he got every centimeter of my nails painted and also made sure that they were not crooked. Although this place is a tad more expensive than my original nail salon, racking up to $30 for a gel fill-in, the quality surpasses them by far with the shops cleanliness, the friendliness of the employees, and the vast selection of polishes to choose from. Will never be going back.. You can still see glue on some of the nail.. The paint is coming off in places.. some of the nails are thicker then others... I asked for a manicure the women didn't understand what I said and they got fully painted red.. she stopped several times to talk to her co workers.. Best nail salon i ever been too in Glen Burnie. Very clean and great customer service. They use a plastic for each customer that gets a pedicure. Prices is reasonable. Visited here today with my mom for the first time based on yelp reviews, however the experience was not pleasurable considering we just moved to the area and I am looking for a good nail salon. Firstly the service was rushed. Secondly, I always walk with my personal nail polish because shops usually thin down their polish and they start chipping before I hit the car. The technician had a problem with me using my own polish, so and I asked why? She kept going on about if it is gel? I repeated to her it is not gel and even if it was gel what is the problem with that. She began speaking in her language to other employees about me. Quite honestly I knew what to do, I requested someone else to do my manicure. I had a regular pedicure with French tips here $28 plus a $5 tip I enjoyed the service but the polish & white tips completely peeled off the 2nd day after getting the service done. The first time I was here, I gave the place glowing reviews but the second time was not ok. FIRST, I felt rushed choosing my color. SECOND, The lady had to ask me THREE TIMES after I made my choice: This one?.... This one?... This one? To each I answered Yes but the third time I got really annoyed that I asked her what's the problem and she said "nothing". THIRD: Same thing when I was getting the pedicure, I got questioned about the color choice I picked. FOURTH: The lady had a look of shock when I said I'd love to have acrylic nails when in fact, I told them the services I wanted when I checked in. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. It's not the BEST salon I've been to, but in my opinion, it's the best in the area. The past two times I've gone it's taken almost two hours to get my nails done. I have very short, small nails though and they do a great job. The only thing that's bothersome from the last few times I've gone I've felt the pricing was different so now I just ask up front. It also seems like they have some cheap polish so make sure to hold the palette up to the light and make sure it's the same brand as labeled. The store could use with a remodel and I think the large open sign is broken (or they don't turn it on). Overall, the ladies that work there are really super nice and I appreciate the work they put into their nails. If your looking for a decent nail place in glen burnie be sure to stop here! My fav nail salon in the area. I have acrylics and come here for gel fill-ins and they do an excellent job. There's a ton of options to choose from. I've gotten a pedicure here before too and it was really nice. Prices are competitive and everyone who works here is super nice. They make sure your nails look exactly how you want them to. Me and my girlfriend came here last minute for Christmas Eve to get nails done and brows waxed. And I explained to them that my friend has very sensitive skin to wax and it needs to be cooled down. I'm late to do my review but I visited here about a month or 2 ago before I had my baby, my feet were killing me and I just wanted a pedicure. The water was way to hot and when I was telling the lady that she didn't understand me another co worker had to translate in her language, half a$$ job of a pedicure, then she left polish all on my skin around my nails the same lady that translated about the water came in and helped clean my nails up with remover, what a waste of money I could of did a better job at home 9 months pregnant! I went to go get a French pedicure done at this place and I had to return twice !! this was the first time I had ever had a French pedi done. The first time I had to return was to fix the bubbles in my polish and the second time was a day later because the nail polish on 2 of my toes had come off completely, and they tried to rush me out the door when I came back and do a half ass job. Then still they did a very lazy sloppy job and the polish is still coming off!! White polish is very heavy and uneven!! Very disappointed!!!!!!I also got a manicure as well and the polish came off the same day . they dont deserve any stars. Will never return.Never was offered any of that gel!!! And you know it !! I really love coming to this place! Just got a manicure and pedicure last night from here. They do a great job on French manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. They work fast, but diligently. My French manicure on my hands and feet were perfectly done. Every place I have ever been to other than Love Nails, doesn't get the nail polish all the way to the edges. Decided to try this salon after reading positive reviews.  My experience was not so great.  I went for a gel manicure which took over an hour and turned out horrible. I did not get a massage and my cuticles were not trimmed properly.  My nails were painted so poorly that it looks like they were not professionally painted.  They are different shades as the girl painted some fingers more than others. I come to this salon on a regular basis (my husband too) and they are very personable, clean and do a great job! They remember repeat customers by name, open their tools from steri-packs right in front of you and always leave my nails looking great! I love that they have a "build your own pedicure" option too. This place did an excellent job on my nails. I have never seen people pay such close attention to detail when doing nails before. I got a gel manicure and although I liked it, I wish they had more gel colors. So many of their colors are bold colors but I jumped on the Essie, OPI bandwagon and prefer nudes, tans, grays, pastels etc. Just something more neutral, which they really didn't have. I'm getting married next year and wanted to try out different colors but this place just doesn't offer colors that suit my style for gel. Perhaps I will come in again and just get regular nail polish and see if their selection is any better. This place is quite a drive from where I live (close to other places I frequent though) but it is totally worth me having to 1) hold out or 2) making a special trip to get my nails done. While it might not seem to be any different than any other nail place you might consider, this place is a cut above all of the rest in the quality and skill of their services AND without charging an unreasonable amount. I get acrylic fill-ins and then a simple painted manicure (usually french or just tipped with glitter). I am REALLY hard on my nails/hands because of my day job and I have had no issues with my overlays lifting or splitting, etc. unlike far too many other manicures and acrylics that I have gotten over more than a decade now. They also never seem to be too busy even with walk-ins (though I always schedule an appointment) and they never rush you out. They are welcoming and accommodating and I will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs for as long as I can. Read Less

Went to Love Nails for the first time a little more than a week ago. My pedicure was amazing and my lady was very attentive. She did everything I asked and even took the time to help me choose the colors and designs I wanted. She made sure all of her attention was on me. Not to mention the massage chairs were awesome! Just started coming to this salon, and I'm just pleased with the service and the quality of my nails. I love that my nail polish lasts two weeks in between fill in, theres no "lift to the acrylic"  and that they really pay attention to what you ask for in the shape/contour of the nail. I like the fact that they sterilize their instruments and they wash the pedicure bowls immediately  after they finish your pedicure. They are very friendly and professional.
