Google really needs to add an option for zero stars because this place would certainly deserve it. I walked in and before I asked for any services, the person at the front desk stated that they couldn't see me. While I was asking them when there next available appoinment was, two other ladies walked in. As soon as he told me 'maybe Monday' (mind you: today is Saturday), I see that the two ladies who walked in behind me were told that they could pick their colors and being led to a chair. I said to the receptionist 'I thought there were no appointments available?' To which they tried to come up with an excuse. Love thyme customer service, I’ve noticed quite a few others pitching in to help the client from getting them water, coffee or a different device nail polish if they are free and their team member has a client. So if my tech wasn’t there if gives me other options I would be happy to have done my nails. Andy is running the salon with dignity and respect . Many techs from passion nails have come over because let’s just say poor management & poor attitude. horrible service ! from the owner Andh to the rest of the staff. i wish i could give no stars. came in for a acrylic soak off w/ gel manicure. anyone who has been doing their nails for a while knows after having acrylic your nails thin. with this in mind i asked a lady by the name of fee what can she do to strengthen my nails so they won't break ( one had slightly cracked) she suggested sealing the nail. after seeing how my nail was much more stronger. i asked for the rest of the weak nails to have the same. maybe she didn't want to do the work, but told me i didn't need it. my nails would be fine without it. even the manager jimmy said i would be okay and suggested dip powder. no! not one time did they say i would be charged extra or even mention price. long story short. i had to waste my time and come back and tell the owner i was unsatisfied with the service and your nail tech. he could care less. he proceeded to tell me i was in the wrong and that he would charge me. at the advice of your staff i didnt get exactly what i wanted. what a way to run a business. i hope no one decides to step foot in this place. save your self a headache. go to amber day salon in rockville. they know how to treat their clients. its not all about making a dollar.!!! I came in for a full set and they are awful. He refused to make them the length I want, none of my nails are the same length, there is more polish on my cut up fingers then my nails. He grinded over my fingers several times until the bled. And any time I asked for something too be fixed I was given attidute. Very disappointed.
