They are the WORST EVER! So rode and tough. I always kind and friendly with the people I deal with. On of the ladies who works there told me you speak to much because I was talking with my sister!!! And I thought she doesn’t speak English well and doesn’t know that is so mean to speak with her client this way!!! However, I moved on and it was okay. Secondly, they over charged us. I payed $95 for my sister and I just to get acrylic nails with regular colors and haven’t say anything about it. Supposing it cost $21 each l. Finally, and was super surprising for me, I went again unfortunately because they are so close to my house and I had wedding the second day. Different lady told me we are booked for today and the she told me the lady got ur nails done before told us not to do anything for you again! What type of business is this. I didn’t even ask for something special and even they were so mean! Don’t recommend it at all.

Customer service is great, I love coming to this place today would be my third time coming here to see Lee, she is really good, and I also come with my daughter who is 6 years old, they all always make her feel so welcomed.. which is nice!!!
Oh btw if you pay cash they offer discounts.

Excellent service even though I came in last minute. They did my manicure as another tech did my pedicure and even did my eyebrows although they had closed. I've been to many many shops in the Germantown-Gaithersburg area and the service received at Acqua nails far supersedes the rest. Will I be back? For sure!!! You should try them too!

She was very patient and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Great great service. The service provided exceed their prices.. I will definitely go back. Thanks Lisa☺

If you're looking for a clean, friendly and reasonable nail salon then try Acqua nails! The staff is SO nice and everyone gives great mani and pedis. I was there with my little baby and the whole time...
If you're looking for a clean, friendly and reasonable nail salon then try Acqua nails! The staff is SO nice and everyone gives great mani and pedis. I was there with my little baby and the whole time the staff was wonderful to us. To make sure that I didn't have to be there for longer than I had to be they had a manicurist do my nails while I was getting my pedicure. Then when my little one got fussy one of the workers came and entertained him and was extremely sweet. My phone was low on battery and they charged it for me saying my phone should be charged in case of emergencies since I have a little baby with me. Again, that was very sweet of them! My nails and toes always look wonderful and lasts well over two weeks! Another plus--they have a wonderful collection of polishes! Give them a try! ☺

The place is very clean and the staff are all incredibly sweet. Usually salons have a very strong acrylic or nail polish remover smell but this one doesn't. That was important because I took my little one with me. My tech was Lee and she made the experience great. My son got a bit fussy towards the end and as my nails dried, she came over and made him smile! I thought it was a very sweet gesture. Oh and I love my pedicure and manicure!

First, they were late opening their salon. Sign says they open at 10am, they stroll in at 10:15am. Then they are rude and condescending at this salon. I wanted to use a spa liner for my pedicure and the nail technician rolled her eyes and started laughing. I was even making it easy, I brought a brand new liner for there bowl. They wear gloves, it only makes sense to use a liner for the pedicure tub. I can't spend money in a nail salon that laughs and rolls there eyes at proper hygiene techniques. Go to dejavu in Clarksburg, there spa liners are standard and they care about proper hygiene.

First, they were late opening their salon. Sign says they open at 10am, they stroll in at 10:15am. Then they are rude and condescending at this salon. I wanted to use a spa liner for my pedicure and the nail technician rolled her eyes and started laughing. I was even making it easy, I brought a brand new liner for there bowl.
