I love this place!  First time here, and they were very attentive and customer service oriented.  My nails looked fabulous too.  The place is clean, and my nail tech Lynn was fast!  I haven't had great service from a nail place in a very long time, until I walked into this place.  I came in as a walk in and there were huge assortment of nail colors to select from.  I live all the way in Clinton, and I personally don't mind the drive here just to get my nails done. I am very particular about my nails so I came here off the reviews alone. 1st visit, Judy was fast and I was very worried as I felt rushed. However my nails turned out...well...almost perfect. I will not return to this place. I read all the reviews and thought I would give it a try. Not a great idea and I never write a review but don't want anyone to waste their money here. Nail salons don't typically vary much from one to another, but if you're in this general area and you're in need of one's services, this place will do just fine.The women are attentive and down-to-business, as per the usual in these types of establishments, and aren't pushy or persistent to get you to add on anything you hadn't initially intended to ask for. I don't make a habit out of getting my fingernails done, ever, but I get a pedicure from time to time (like...twice a year tops), which is what I got here. I opted for the standard option, and I was in and out of there fairly quickly. They did a great job, I don't have any complaints, my feet looked great, and the pricing was reasonable, $25 I believe. Kind and welcoming on my first trip here. Certainly won't be my last! Ann was wonderful professional and still personable which I appreciate. Gel pedicure was relaxing and the end result is gorgeous. Same for my manicure and even had my eyebrows done after being butchered by a place elsewhere. She cleaned them all and made a plan to get them back to normal by my next visit! I use Yelp often and have had a few bad experiences at places rated well. This is not the case. I just moved to the area and like my toes to look good. They are outstanding!! Holy Applesauce! I haven't even finished with my pedicure yet. I literally have no polish on my nails, and I'm 100% satisfied.Tom is doing my pedicure right now and let me tell you what! This is the best and longest massage I have ever received. I got the Dream Dream pedicure. They have this weird gel ball foam stuff and feels really cool. Tom washed and washed my feet and calves. Over and over! It was amazing! It lasted probably 10-15 minutes. So when he put on lotion, I thought 'well I probably won't get a lotion massage because he just massaged my feet and legs with the soap.' I was wrong. He spent another probably 10 minutes massaging my legs hard (which I love) and even doing reflexology on my feet! I've never had that before and by golly, I want more! Tom is amazing. Doesn't speak much English. I think maybe he only knows 'My name is Tom.' It doesn't matter though! I don't like talking when I'm trying to relax anyway. The nail salon is a quaint little place. Everyone was super super friendly. I got seen right away. It's clean. I got the Dream Dream pedicure, gel polish removal, and regular manicure for $55. Sweet deal, bro!Only thing I wasn't really feeling was the Saturday morning cartoons playing fairly loudly. There weren't any kids there either, so I'm not sure what the dealio was. Read Less

After a failed attempt to get a pedicure at another nail salon nearby (because of their horrible customer service) I ended up here.. I was greeted the moment I walked in, I picked my color and was in a pedicure chair within 5 minutes. The young lady that did my pedicure was very polite and and a great job! The pedicure room was separated off from the main room and the chairs were really cozy, I love the fact that they weren't side by side which gives the illusion of privacy from the chair next to mine. They also opened a new pack of sterilized tools for each person and that alone makes me what to return to this place!! Based on the cleanliness, the customer service and the price I will be back! Average yet above average cost "dream" pedicure, not much of a massage like advertised on the "menu" but for great callus removal and moisturizing.  Tech got polish on my pants, didn't apologize. Overall, I would still shop around for another place for a walk in pedi. Read Less

I've read some negative reviews on other sites, but I can't say I shared those experiences.  For me, a guy, I came in for one thing: professional looking nails.  Yes, even guys get them done (or should), especially if you're in the habit of traveling and meeting folks, as I am.  (Not sales, don't despise me ;) ).Seriously, though, simple manicure for me: $12.  Simple manicure with color for my wife or female cohorts: $12.  Professionalism: totally.  Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom playing in the background in what I thought was supposed to be a relaxing environment: sadly, yes.  That was their biggest fault, though.  So, for a good price, a solid job on the nails, and friendly staff, look no further than VT Nails.  Can't believe I'm reviewing a nail salon... but, whatever, you know what?  I put the 'man' in manicure!  *grunt grunt grunt groan* Read Less

I just moved to Crofton and was looking for a nail salon. The first one I went too was really bad I hated the way they did my nails and they just weren't very friendly. I forget the name but it started with an ""M"" anyways after that dissapointment, I tried V T. As soon as you walk in you notice the staff is so friendly and the place is very clean and pretty. I got a fill in and the lady fixed the mess of my nails that the first place had made and they looked GREAT! Then I turned around and saw the price list! you can't beat it! I payed 15$ for a fill! I havent payed that in 2 years!!! I'm going back today to get another fill, my eyebrows waxed and eyelash extensions which I'm really excited about! My daughters and I went to VT Nails for manicures and pedicures. Although we missed the 5pm closing time by a few minutes (it was a Sunday) they stayed open and provided us with excellent service. The staff was very friendly, attentive and did a great job! We'll be back! Read Less
