I went here for the second time today. Great service, great staff. I had a broken acrylic and needed a fill as well. I have kind of weird natural nail, being damaged and wide. Bill did a fantastic job on my nails, I love them! This is definitely going to be my regular salon from now on. Read Less

I DO NOT recommend this place, got a fill in the man obviously had no idea what he was doing. Left lumps where acrylic was applied even after extensive burning while filing. Polish is tacky even after 30 min waiting for dry. Not a satisfied customer. Read Less

Love Mai! everyone here is helpful and friendly, even if they aren't the best nail techs. i've been going here for a few years now and i've learned who I like and they know me and what I like.  Mai remembers regulars by name and if you tell her you dont want a certain someone, she'll make sure you dont get them again. I would give negative stars if I could. My discover card was never returned to me and 6 hours after I left the place my card was used at best buy for $6000 worth of electronics. Not to mention my nails are a week out today and the gel has all chipped off and looks terrible. Never going back here and if you do, keep an eye on your credit card. Read Less

MY EYEBROWS ARE DIFFERENT SHAPES AND LENGTHS I have given this place multiple chances and they continuously disappoint. There is one lady there who I love!! She really wants you to leave happy and with a smile. But unless she is the one doing my eye brows, my pedicure, or my acrylic or even regular manicure then it will be horrible. The pictures on yelp with the streaky nail polish, and the bubbles is a great duplication of this nail salon. When you walk in you are not greeted with a friendly hello, more of a "what do you want I'm busy" demeanor. When the only thing they are busy doing is each other's nails or on their phones. I mean I get it if you have nothing to do at work it is nice to take a break, but customers should have to not watch you lay around on your phone giving everyone dirty looks.The last time I went to get my eye brows done, the lady did not smile at me once. She did not talk to me. She didn't instruct me to lay on the bench, close my eyes, or even find a chair for my friend to sit in while she was doing my eyebrows. They really could not careless and it is so disappointing because I have taken my friends, family, and even recommended people to go to Mai nails. I called the next day to try and come in so they could be fixed or to request a refund. I was told no refunds, but I could come to get them fixed. I've been to this salon a few times and am not quite sure why I keep going back. I stopped in Sunday for a pedicure and got very quick service. The salon was fairly empty so most of the employees were just sitting around talking. It was very loud and not relaxing-this is a business, not your living room. Toward the end of my pedicure one of the employees curled up in the chair next to me and started watching a movie on her phone... she was barefoot and putting her feet all over the "clean" chair and foot tub next to me. My pedicure left a lot to be desired. I felt like I was rushed through and have uneven and streaky paint. I am not sure of the cleanliness of the tools as mine were just pulled out of a basket and put right back when she was done. Both the nail file and buffer looked like they had been used on plenty of peopleI gave this place enough chances; I will be going somewhere else next time. Read Less

Don't-There are too many others places in the area to bother with their poor service. They did not do callous removal during my pedicure. After painting the design on my nail, they did not wait for it to dry before putting on the top coat and it smeared. The lady just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. SHE NEVER CAME BACK. Another technician eventually redid the design and fixed the nail. Then, I was just left sitting in the chair. Finally when I struggled to get my shoes by myself someone came over. The lady next to me just got up and left with no assistance. I have NEVER had such poor service anywhere. Read Less

Mai Nails is great! It's the best place around! The attendants really know their business and are so kind! And Mai always remembers your name! Tried other people and they don't compare! Very reasonable! Read Less

I've been going to Mai Nails for 5 or 6 years and I love it! I don't even live close by anymore but still will only go to Mai Nails for mani/pedi --- lots of new nail places popping up in Crofton area but you can't get better than this place! Tracy is the BEST! Read Less
