This was the worst experience,I have ever had with a manicure and pedicure. When taking off polish and putting polish back on I have never had anyone charge me for taking off polish if I was putting on spolish. Also, When taking off the gel on my nails the female technicisn didn’t give it time to be removed she Dug it off and damaged my nails. I have worn gel over 15 years so I know how it works. Plus she had no Patients with getting the Gel on my toe, I know it needs 60 seconds between coats she was only doing 30. I started timing her on my phone and finally said something to her. I didn’t left he finish my nails and asked to talk to a manager to get someone to fix the problem.them. They both saw and agreed there was an issue. This place sucks, I'm a male who likes to take care of myself and figured the place had a nice ambience. Stopped in for a pedicure and manicure, and they sent me to a high school student. Not judging her education or experience in nail care, but unfortunately a terrible experience for my time and money. Got the spa manicure without the extended massage it advertises. Was also going to get a manicure but after the lousy spa pedicure I figured I cut my losses pay for the pedi and get out of there. My last visit involved a gel mani. It cracked and chipped, which is not what I am accustomed to. I chalked it up to the DND gel brand and was prepared to choose from their OPI selections. Today,  I tried the color powder after they told me that they are so great at it.  I should have taken note at how poorly the sample nails were done. It took over 1.5 hours to do, they had to redo them because the first tech didn't know what he was doing and it was gummy, there are air bubbles, and my fingers are filthy. I went in to get my nails done since I was at the shopping center and it was close. At first, I just wanted regular and no gel. I wanted white so it goes with my maternity dress. Oh man, all of their white nail polish must be old! And they looked so bad!!! She had to remove them and reply them. I had to go to my son’s doctor in 30 minuets so I suggested let’s just do gel, if it will be better! I need those nail done so I can get my maternity photo taken next day! The gel wen very well. I’ve gone twice and both times were terrible. I only went back a second time because it was convenient. I was rushed, both times, to the point that I felt disrespected. The first time I received lash extensions and the guy dropped glue in my eye, having contacts in my eyes saved me (and them), I was just able to take it out and throw away. I should have known it would be a disaster when he tried to tape my eyes open to glue on the lashes. Both times my nails looked sloppy, and I had to give direction to make them look presentable. I was given much attitude. I will never return and I advise no one else to waste their money. They seriously need new management and nail techs. Such a shame! Helen was amazing! I went in not sure about what to expect. I was greeted immediately, was encourage to sign up with their rewards program. The technician was available almost immediately. Before she touched my hand I told her specifically what I wanted and what I did not like from the previous place I had gone to. She helped me pick out a color based on what I was looking for. I've come to this location a few times. Today I've had a great experience with the nail technician Mia. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond while I was there. I came in during the morning and was promptly guided to the back - she allotted me time to decide on a pedicure service without trying to sell me on the most expensive package. After a long weekend of wedding work, I was so tired, aching feet, and my nails were terrible. I decided to stop in to Classy Nails, as they are located close to my floral design studio. The service I received was great! I had a Relaxing Pedicure by one gentleman and the best manicure I've ever had was done by a Young Lady. Both of them worked meticulously on my nails and it was clear that they take their work seriously. Their passion for nail care was evident in the time and effort they both took. I am a former licensed nail tech, so I'm very picky about who does my nails because i am attentive to detail. The service was performed in good time, without the rush job I've had at other salons. I'll never come back here.  This was my second pedicure at this place and it was a completely different experience than the first time.  They are a little more expensive than my regular salon but I would be okay with that if the service was excellent.  I only went there because they open at 9 and most others only open at 10.  The first pedicure I had was great!  I only got the basic but the girl treated me like I ordered a higher-priced one.  The water was perfect temp., the towels were hot, the massage was amazing and lasted longer than I expected.  She spent 40 minutes with me, taking her time and pampering me.  Now for today's experience.  The technician I had was older and had glasses.  She acted like she was in a trance or stayed up all night.  She was distracted the whole time and mumbled with a heavy accent which I could not understand.  She pointed to my heels and mumbled something I didn't understand so I didn't get my heels filed.  She kept getting up like she was confused and walked with her head down, shuffling her feet.  The water in the tub was lukewarm as was the one towel she tried to drape over both legs missing most of both of them, but not the bottom of my pants which got wet.. The "massage" lasted 2 minutes and consisted of her rubbing lotion on my legs.  No massage, no feet.  Just rubbing and rubbing my legs while stopping and starting because she was so distracted by what was happening in the rest of the shop.  The other techs were on their phones (on loud speaker!!!) and laughing and talking amongst themselves.  Really obnoxious.  She is obviously their worst tech and as with most shops if you are a new customer that's who you get.  You would think they would give you the best when they're not busy to get you to come back!  Do not patronize this place! I had a massage here as a gift. Not sure which one - whatever massage it was cost $75 for one hour. The technician was kind and pleasant but her hands were rough to the touch and during the massage her nails frequently dug into my skin which was not desirable. I didn't note any special massage oils or products only hand lotion and a bottle marked cuticle oil. As I left the massage room I noticed a roach on the pedicure chair. Would give this 0 stars if I could. I came in to get a regular gel manicure. For starters she was VERY rough, did a horrible job with my cuticles and filing. Then started saying how black women shouldn't wear acrylic. Ok?!! Well I'm not wearing acrylic hun. Wow. I should've gotten up and left after that racist comment but I'm patient with people's blatant ignorance when it comes to race. Some people just don't know any better, which is so unfortunate for them. She's picking up her phone texting the whole time...But then she tried to lie to me about the color I picked out. Not sure if she thought I was dumb, illiterate or just blind but she tried to tell me the company mixed up the numbers and she has the right color. Creamy Macaroon 536 is what she brought over when I picked Royal City 535 from the swatches. I even showed her the nail swatch and name again proving she had the wrong color. She went back and forth with me and instead of owning up to getting caught in a lie she says I can go pick a new color myself off the shelf. Picked a new color. Then she paints my nails just ignoring the lint stuck to them from the polish brush. When I mentioned the lint, she blamed me for "touching my shirt" the lint was black. Really?! My top was white FYI and at what point did I even touch my shirt? I decided at this point I needed to leave. Asked her to remove the bad paint job. As she's doing this she again, is super rough and ends up burning my finger with the file drill. Never again! A nail shop that can't even do a basic manicure? Horrible experience. This place is far from LUXURY! I typically go to Mai Nails across the street but since my girl was on vacation I decided to try this place. Never again... the water was cold, she barely touched my callouses, barely trimmed my nails, barely filed... it was like she grazed over everything... the warm towels weren't even warm and the massage was almost non-existent. Is 1/2 star possible? I was looking for a quick pedicure with my sister after a long drive from South Carolina and needing something to do to kill some time. We were greeted immediately and told to pick our color-never told where to pick it  from,  even though there are multiple walls around. I told them that I wanted a classic pedi and the technician tried to upsell to a point of being rude. The water for my pedi was freezing cold and the hot towel was scalding! The pedicure was rough and painful. I have NEVER had a pedicure hurt SO bad!! At the end, I was just told to go up and dry by my friend. I had to wait around way longer than I liked just to be able to pay for the service. The tech wanted nothing to do with me until she saw some cash come out of my wallet and then she became too attentive. Needless to say, a painful pedicure that even has paint left on my toes was NOT worth a single penny I paid for it. I recommend staying way far away from this establishment! Read Less

This was the worst pedicure of my life. I was bullied and tricked into a more expensive pedicure every though I told her I had no dead skin she insisted I get the foot scrapper. Then she tries to use it and realizes i have no dead skin. The manicure was worse. Giving this place a two stars mainly due to the pedicure experience, had it not been for that experience, I would give it one star. Overall appearance of the salon is nice and appears clean.  The salon is pretty big, I visited during a time when it was somewhat busy, between 3-4 in the afternoon. The guy at the front desk with his beats on, is a bit of a turn off and unprofessional in my opinion. I was never presented with a price list, this is  especially concerning if one is a new client. I just rolled with it because at this point, I'd spent way too much time running errands and was in a chill mode.  The lady that did my pedicure, (seems to be one of the more senior people) was nice, but was turned off when I told her I was visiting relatives nearby, She did a great job on my feet; my feet were pretty beat up.  The way they do gel manicures is a bit weird and very different from my regular salon. One of the guys that did it and he didn't get the color right that I asked for  I didn't have time to argue about it, as my gel manicure took a while, they only do two fingers at a time, again, weird. By far the worst pedicure I have ever received. The technician barely touched my nails with the different tools and seemed to be distracted the entire time. The package mentions an extended foot and leg massage, but I would hardly call what I received a massage, let alone for an extended period of time. There was nail polish all over my skin and my cuticles when he was finished and my skin was burned from the hot towels (see photo taken an hour or so after I left). Been here two times and brought my husband recently. Tess is the girl who did my nails. I like her and her service but I think I won't be back here. First, this place has the worst receptionist. At first I thought he was just an intern or a friend of someone who works there cos he's definitely not helpful, always on his phone with earphones on and even naps on the manicure tables. I legit have no idea what he's there for. Today I brought my husband and asked for Tess and what time she'll be available, this dude told me to go to her and ask her myself. Great customer service. A+. They got a lot of nail techs but they're just all over the place. I really think they should have a room where they should hang out when they're not doing anything. Worst gel manicure of my life. I came in on a Monday afternoon when they had next to no customers, all the staff was sitting around on iPads. I wasn't allowed to pick a color before they began to wrap my nails to remove the color. The man doing my nails reeked of cigarettes and was in such a rush that he cut EVERY single cuticle on my hands. The gel polish was applied sloppily, and not allowed to cure all the way. Not even a full 48 hours later the uncured gel polish began to side off my nail bed revealing the sticky gel polish underneath. They charged me $35 for such a service and didn't ask if I wanted any change when I handed them cash! They took off with the additional funds! Rude. Unprofessional. Far from luxury. Just walked out without even getting services done here. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me and was very polite, asked me to pick out my color. A woman walked me to her station, had me sit down without picking my color out (was rushing me). Once I sat down, she started to wrap my nails to take the color off and then got up. She came back, picked up my purse and my phone and said, "my other customer is here. Someone else has to do your nails. Come over here." The staff then began arguing over who was going to do my nails so I asked for my purse and phone back and walked out. Is this how a "luxury" spa treats customers? Glad I didn't stay. Worst place ever. Don't take your kids. They wouldn't let my two kids, 6-year olds, sit together. They put them on opposite sides of the room, even after it was said that I wanted them together so I could watch them. They wouldn't let the kids pick out their own color. They grabbed my children by their shoulders and pushed them around. I had to tell them not to put their hands on the children. My children were being very sweet, not disobedient. I don't know why the staff was so anti-children. They charged FULL price just to get the kids nails painted. I will never take my business here again. I wish I could give ZERO stars. I liked visiting this nail salon until today.. a older lady cut me twice while cutting my cuticles. Each time I winced in pain and alerted her that I was injured. she started mumbling under her breath in a foreign language right in front of me but continued to grab my ankle back to continue working. Whatever she was saying It must not have been anything nice to say because the lady servicing my friend next to me raised her eyebrows in disapproval at her words.. She continued to mumble words throughout the rest of my service. And was angry that I would not put my foot back into the water as my foot was still stinging from my skin being broken.  Needless to say I will not be coming here again.. so very disappointing. If you decide to go make sure you request one of the younger girls here cause the older lady with glasses is angry & bitter. Two stars cause at one point I actually did enjoy services here. I used to come here all the time-- probably once every other month-- for a pedicure, but lately the service and work has gone downhill. I typically get a signature pedicure ($40), which is a step up from the basic. Sometimes they perform the callus removal that comes with it, other times they don't. It specifically says it in the description, so why is it not performed consistently? Plus, I'm paying for it! Wtf!? Today, the lady next to me asked for the same exact service (signature pedicure). Her technician did the callus removal, mine did not. She was offered a complimentary bottle of water, I was not. Here's the thing that really irked me today-- my pants are soaking wet at the bottom! I had them rolled up past my knee and she managed to soak at least 4 inches of the bottom of my pants. The guy technician next to me actually laughed! Um, okay awesome... Now I get to run errands looking like an idiot. I really wanted a design on my big toe, but could not trust that I would be happy with the outcome.
