I regret to say I will not be returning to this salon. I work 3 jobs and haven't had a pedicure in 2 months. My tech rushed the entire service, and talked to her colleague in their own language the entire time. Very rude. My toes left a lot to be desired and had to repaint them when I got home. She never thanked me after the services were done, and during the manicure, laughed at me when I went to the wrong sink to wash my hands, and asked for a towel, instead of telling me where to wash them. She was arrogant and just wanted to get out of there. I called and complained, and was told I would get a call back. Of course that didn't happen. I’ve been going tho this place since they first opened the doors. Lately, my experience has been slum but today was the absolute worst!! I didn’t get the nail techs name partly because she was rushing and moving so fast. I told her I needed the shape of my nails to be touched up (Just to make them looks neat and sharp) she instantly got an attitude. She ends up COMPLETELY CHANGING THE SHAPE OF MY NAILS. And it was disgusting. I asked if she could fix it and she pushes my hand out of her face and said my nails were bad. My nails were PERFECTLY FINE befoshe started her hack job. I've been visiting Bella for a while and very happy with service. I've always been happy with the technicians, however today, not so much. I asked for a gel French manicure. The technician proceeded to use dipping powder without asking. I wasn't aware of the price difference, and now I'm required to pay more. After leaving, I noticed the manicure was very cloudy and you could see the powder. I returned to inquire as to why, I was told this is "how it is supposed to be", but it looks terrible. Tech offered to take it off, but unfortunately no time to stay and do this. I'll just visit another salon and ask them to make it right. My gel nails are chipping and it’s been not even a week. Very disappointed. The girl who did my nails rushed through it and didn’t do a great job. This nail salon was convenient and the hours are good. However I have gone in twice and have been disappointed with the service. I'm still a fairly new customer. I love the atmosphere but some of the nail techs rush and make you feel uncomfortable. I don't know her name but I will let anyone else do my nails besides the lady with the big tattoo on her back and tattoos on her right wrist. She did my feet so fast as if because I was only getting basic service I wasn't worth the time. The others take there time and really do a good job. So I can't give five stars there not great but there not horrible.Well a few minutes after posting this review on google (did it while i was in the shop drying) learned the name of the tech Belle. She came up to me asked me why i gave her a bad review telling me I didnt know how long a pedi is supposed to take basically yelling at me because I questioned my service. The manager did try to apologize but that experience did it for me. I will no longer be returning. My niece who only got color on her toes sat down maybe two minutes after me and was done just getting color on her toes a minute after me who had gotten a basic pedicure. So i know im not crazy. This is a very long post but PLEASE READ!!!If I could give this place a -15 I would, but let's just move on to the review as my hands are still sore from the horrible experience I had on 3.17.18 with Lisa.This was my first time going to this nail salon. Yes, the inside was nice but I was not impressed as I've seen way better. First, off the lady in the front checked me in and said someone would be with me soon. She later called me back to get my pedi first. I waited back there for at least 15 minutes before anyone started. The water was super cold that was in the bowl so my feet were just sitting outside the bowl.Lisa finally came and started on my feet, kool. She finished up and placed the hot towel on my legs after my pedi and proceeded to take off my nails as I was getting a fresh full set to get the solar pink and white. She left the now cold towel on my legs while her and another lady started the massacre on my nails. They pulled, tugged and chipped away at my nails. I was telling her it was hurting and she apologized but just kept on. I said they are hurting can you stop for a minute. She is at the last nail on my right pinky and let me tell you, it hurt so bad I was about to scream.She pulled it off so hard it bled, yes it was bleeding. She pulled up some of my nail and it ripped. Also, my left thumb and left pinky also bled a little bit from all the pulling. So now I'm about to get my nails done but I was in so much pain by this time I told her to stop drilling on my nails. I said are you going to stop the bleeding, she said yes and proceeded to put some green stuff that made it worse. I was about to scream out.To make matters worst she put glue on the darn part that was damaged and bleeding. I was in tears now at this point and told her to call over the manager. It was burning so bad that all I could do was put my head down and put the fan on it to try and relieve the pain. I've never felt so much pain before in my life.After, all that she still tried to put tips on my brittle, throbbing and weak nails. I said DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ON MY NAILS. She just kept apologizing, I was not trying to hear that.  After, that I just received a gel mani. She was done and I went to the front to pay. The lady tried to charge me the full price after Lisa ripped the entire middle part of my right pinky nail off....what the #^%/÷%&.I said I will not be paying full price for the pain I just experienced just now. She said I'll take off $10 dollars.....I'm smh at this point. I paid and got the heck up out of there before I said something unpleasant. I love going here and love the nail techs Mimi, Sonny, Nikki and another girl I wish I remembered her name. But do not get Belle. Tattoo on her right wrist and side of her right thumb. The one time I had her she complained about my gel set. It needed a fill and she asked who last did it. I said I come all the time to their location and it's one of the the techs there that would do it. She sighed excessively, continued to make such negative remarks, spilled white power onto the station and onto me, she was very rushed and I could not feel comfortable at all. I come to get my nails done as a way to unwind and enjoy myself, not to be tense and stressed because this girl is having a bad day and laying her hang ups on me. Not sure if she's new, was having a bad day, or what her deal is, but she needs customer service training. I've had no problems with any other nail technician but this one tech Belle with the tattoos on her right hand is too aggressive, rushes you through your visit and complains constantly. This was my first and last time going there. I had called weeks ago to get an appointment. The person answering the phone was rude. I should of stuck with my first impression. The nail tech never spoke one word to me. She spoke perfect English to other techs. So it wasn’t that she couldn’t. She was to busy checking her cell phone. Went for a pedicure with my mom. Both of us got a basic "classic" pedicure.  Clearly this was not the choice the salon would have preferred that we picked. They were very pushy about picking a more pricey pedicure. When we declined the pedicures were done quickly and rushed. My toes are very uneven and 1 of my big toes is cut so low it hurts now. We paid for callus removal and you can't even tell from how rough the skin still is.  They have raised their prices by $2+ for each service.  I was completely disappointed and won't be back. With so many nail salons in the area why pick an expensive pushy one that does a bad job. Michelle Nguyen is an amazing nail technician and is great for men. I started going for a pedicure several years ago when an Army Flight Surgeon in Afghanistan threatened to pull off an infected ingrown big toe nail with a pair of pliers. I have been to other techs but Michelle has really been able to tame my wayward nails and to keep them growing the right way. I am pain free thanks to her. They look good too. Plus, a little pampering never hurt anyone. It's well worth seeing Michelle once a month. Unfortunately, after I wrote the above 5 Star review, I had a horrible customer service experience with the salon and with the salon manager. The salon staff have had issues with their cars being vandalized when they parked behind the salon. Their solution was to park their own vehicles in front, where customers would normally park. Customers, like me, would have to park in the rear, unaware that their vehicles are now subject to being vandalized instead. On my last appointment there, I had to park in the pouring rain behind the building. I rushed from my car to the rear entrance, not noticing a small sign stating that entrance is for employees only. I walked in, smiled and said hello to a technician who was standing there, and then popped into the men's room briefly. When I came out, the same woman was standing there, obviously waiting for me to come out. I smiled again and began to walk to the front to check in. The woman ran past me and directly to the manager at the reception desk I was headed to. When I walked up to them, they were both glowering at me. The manager asked if I needed something. I said that I'd like to sign in. The manager hautily asked if I had an appointment. I said that I did and told her with whom and what time. I was still getting attitude so I asked if there was a problem. That's when she unloaded on me about the crazy sin I had committed by coming in the "clearly marked" back door. I apologized for my error of not noticing the sign in the pouring rain and said that I'd be sure to walk through the front door and again through the pouring rain when I left. She tried to smooth things over and play nice. But it was all pretty fake. I continued with my appointment with Michelle, which was excellent, but I couldn't help but find another place to go to after being exposed to such rudeness. As a stay at home mother of 3, I was REALLY looking forward to a little pampering and relaxation. Unfortunately, my pedi was the furthest thing from relaxing. First, I soaked my feet for maybe a minute. Then Bryan, the guy who did my pedi was very rough with the cuticle nipper and cut the skin. Then I repeatedly had to tell him to not to be so rough when he was removing callus with the metal foot file. My leg massage was much of the same...way too aggressive. I couldn't relax. When I was finished, I was walked to the table to put my toes under the drying light. I was appreciating the quiet time and since they were NOT busy, I was in no hurry. Bryan however was and after a couple minutes he walked up to me and said "can you pay me?". I looked at him shocked and speechless. I stood up and walked to the front counter to pay. As I was waiting, I asked him if he was leaving for the day thinking maybe this is why he was in a hurry. His response was "no". Michelle is a great technician who does superb work, I recommend going to her if you are going to get serviced. However, I REQUESTED a polish change for my 3 yr old and the technician gave her a pedicure WITHOUT my authorization and then overcharged me. When I asked to speak to the mgr I was told that he was not there and they didn't know when he would be there. I asked for his contact info and they said they could not give it out. They even refused to give me his last name. An hour later I was told that he was on vacation. This place offers horrible customer service. I will NOT be coming back. I wasn't refunded my money until they saw my previously posted bad review that they asked me to take down. I had to repost this review on the matter of principles. Overall this is a very nice facility and friendly staff. Been there about a dozen times. Only downgrade is that nail techs are not all consistently good/attentive. Only had one bad experience tho and the front desk went out of their way to fix it. If you have a problem say something and they do try to fix it. I went here for my first dip manicure. I am not from here so this is my first time experiencing this salon. While my nail technician was super nice, I was not pleased with the work. I've visited this nail salon 4 times now. My first 3 experiences were great, but the experience both my sister and I had this afternoon was absolutely terrible. Neither of us will ever return unfortunately, which sucks because I hate having to find a new place. Both technicians were extremely rough with our natural nails. My sisters cuticles were CUT UP, as in bleeding pretty seriously.  Instead of stopping or cleaning it up the tech continued to dunk her bloody nail into the SNS powder. It's always fun to pamper yourself so I decided to join my sister and mom for a relaxing pedicure and manicure at Bella's.  My first impression was great.  The salon was very clean and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door.  We all picked out our colors and headed over to the massage chairs.  They offer you a small bottled water in your chair and being the lush that I am I noticed they also had a small bar that had red wine sitting on the counter.  Not sure if it's for the customers or not, but I'll probably inquire about the next time I'm there.  They have various pedicures that you can choose from with their classic starting out at $30.  I decided to go with their milk and honey pedicure because I knew that my feet needed a little TLC :)  This option is $45 and is supposed to reveal the softness of your feet.  It's basically a milk and honey sugar scrub accompanied with a organic butter cream.  When I was at the salon it seemed as though my feet didn't feel any different.  I originally thought that maybe the milk and honey might have been a waste of money, but I did notice later that I could feel the softness in my feet when I got home.  It really only lasts a day or two so I don't think I would recommend this option.  It's probably cheaper to buy a scrub from your local retailer.  Overall this is really good salon, but the prices are a little steep.  I gave them four stars because although my technician was friendly my mom and sister thought that their ladies had a bit of an attitude.  My sister didn't like her toe design and asked her lady to remove it and she seemed annoyed after that.  I suppose that service is hit or miss here, but it's still a great nail shop. OMG, just had probably the worst pedicure ever. The girl (probably the youngest one working here) was rude, condescending and cut me multiple times. Now, don't get me wrong I understand that as a heterosexual man most nail spas treat you like a quick in and out job but dang I've never been treated this bad. From the start the girl asked what I wanted and when I said just a classic pedicure she said "well first let me check out how bad your feet are . Seriously, do u know I'm paying u trick! After that she was like "oh, is this your first pedicure ever?" I gave this place two chances to earn more than 1 star and even a chance to fix their second flub but alas, here I am. First visit I got a gel manicure. The tech (Mimi I think it was) had her husband and child visiting and while I love family, all attention was spent on them. I was rushed and left with gel creeping up the sides of my fingers, uneven, and it peeled off literally within 3 days. With a ft job and young kiddos I couldn't come back to get it fixed, but I decided to give this place another shot. Second visit I came in for a pedicure. It felt like I'd just sat down in the chair and then she was done.  Completely rushed through the pedi. Looked at my polish after it dried and was amazed with how bad it was. One of my nails was cut into a spike (really) and 3 out of 10 nails had full spots/divots missing polish, not on the sides which happens, but on the tip of the nail.  Others had uneven polish application and looked different colors. One pinky nail hadn't even been filed as there was clearly polish over a significant amount of cuticle.  I have never made a salon redo polish... Until this visit.  They had a different person do the new polish but no one apologized or acknowledged there was an issue. My new favorite nail salon in the area! I've tried a few other places in the area but wasn't ever really happy with how my nails turned out. I am very pleased with the manicure and pedicure I received today at Bella. A coworker and I decided to try it here despite the fact that neither one of us had ever been here. After a few dismal experiences at a neighboring salon, I decided to turn to Yelp to find a new nail place. The 5 star ratings for Bella and raving reviews made me hopeful for a new, promising experience. Well Yelp, you guys steered me in the right direction!I arrived around 9:50 this morning and was surprised to see people already walking in the door and lining up. I dodged the raindrops and ran inside to 5 people in front of me. The lady working the desk expedited the check in process efficiently and I was well on my way to a comfy pedicure chair in less than 5 minutes. They have a wide selection of OPI (my FAVORITE!) nail polishes, as well as some of the newer OPI collections. The pedicure area is separate from the manicure stations, creating a relaxing and spa-like experience. My technician, Rachel, was very nice and professional. I got the deluxe pedicure ($40) with added toenail designs ($5). She did a great job! I'm very particular about my nail designs... nothing too cheesy, just a little something to jazz up my nails. Her design work made me (and my feet!) very happy!Overall, I will definitely return to this salon. I loved the modern decor and overall cleanliness of the facility. I walked into this Salon with my daughter expecting top notch service from the reviews I had seen. They sat my daughter down for a pedicure and she waited almost 20 mins for a technician to come over. Once the lady came over she stated that we are short staff and would not be able to complete all of the services we needed done. This is all while my daughter has been sitting in now cold water for 20 mins. I was furious this information could have been told to us when we first walked in the door instead of having us waste our time of 20 mins and more. I have never gone to a nail salon that opened their doors to customers and then want to force them out because they need to go home. This new "gem" of a nail salon/spa just came on the scene about 4 months ago and when I tell you that it whole heartedly impressed me, it truly did! It's like I stepped inside of a music video for nails. Everything was so clean, stylish, and calming. I came in for a pedicure and as soon as I walked in, the modern Asian chic decor slapped me in the face! The decor in here is fabulous! Wall water fountain, bamboo, chandeliers, ceiling designs, are just a few items that impressed me. A wall of fingernail polish is located in the front and they have every color of my favorite polish, OPI, from the rootie to the tootie! It could literally take you a while to make a decision. Walk-in's are welcomed but you can also call in to make an appointment. I was greeted by the receptionist and she seated me promptly. With 28 pedicure basins, they have plenty of room to work on multiple customers at once. My nail technician greeted me and brought me a bottle of complimentary Deer Park water. Throughout my service, she was very nice and conversed with me. She provided me with an excellent and thorough pedicure. While getting my pedicure, other passing by technicians greeted me in a very friendly manner. The entire staff was truly nice and very friendly. I opted for the milk and honey pedicure for $40 and it was ever so relaxing. The pedicure section is so serene and quiet with spa music playing in the background, and big comfy massage chairs to relax in. They also offer spa services in the rear of the shop, i.e. Massages, waxing services, and facials. In addition to women and men nail services, they also offer special pricing for children. This is far from some of the seedy nail shops I've been to in the past and the prices reflect it. It's not super expensive, I consider it to be in the moderate range, but I also know, you get what you pay for. The decor and customer service alone is worth the extra money. I don't usually write reviews on places I want to keep all to myself, but this place was too good for me not to write a review.
