Longest wait time ever! Another lady came after me and was told that there was a 20-minute wait time. I had already waited 10 minutes. She said that she would be back and she came back close to closing time. They were refusing to service her because she didn’t come back within the 20 minutes. They were lying to her face saying that they had already finished with everyone else...I was still waiting... Since I was on my phone, I didn’t even realize that an entire hour had passed already! Horrible! Yes, that's how I'm started the review. The place looks nice and clean, although the sink was clogged when I went to wash my hands. The lady who did my nails (she sits closest to the wall and had red or pink eyebrows) wasn't professional! She was rude and did a horrible job on my nails. First, I had to greet her when she sat down and she seemed like she didn't want to speak. Then, she became friendly when she wanted me to get gel nails. I told her no because I didn't want to pay $14.00 more for nails. She asked about 5 times to the point I got irritated. After that, she seemed to have an attitude. As time passed I realized she was becoming very rough on my nails and I had to tell her she was filing my SKIN and on other time I pulled away, letting her no get it together. My nails wore not even and and when I pointed it out (after washing my hands) she literally filed the nail, ONCE, and then looked at me like "are you happy?" I let her apply the polish and it was sooo bad!! Streaks, paint on my skin, she didn't paint the tip of my nails- ALL WRONG! I told her I didn't like it and her attitude became worse and that's when I said "where's the manager?" When I asked for her to get the manager, she said "no, you can go over there" I said fine and went to talk to the manager who stayed calm and tried to help me. I refused to go back to her and didn't tip, obviously. The lady who painted my nails were no better. I have cuts on a total of 5 of my fingers. I left there and went straight to the nail place that always does a great job and the people there are excellent. When I showed them my nails they first slapped my arm for going somewhere else and then they even said it wasn't a good job. When you find a good nail tech stick to them, even if it's a little pricey. Cheaper isn't always better! Never again will I go to this place. 1 star for the manager. Will post pictures. Read Less

Hard to communicate to the ladies doing nails since they don't speak English very well. It took a few minutes for them to clearly tell me the price of getting a mani/pedi. The prices kept changing and was just very confusing. Getting acrylics was very painful here. But they do look beautiful. (For a reasonable price) Read Less

I have never been more displeased in my life. The waxing was fine, it seems many others are very pleased by their services except for direct nail care. I made a yelp account just to write this review. I got a mani-pedi and it was the worst thing ever. Thirty dollars I will never get back, I asked for a simple matte black paint on my nails. The manicurist was painting my nails and she made quite a few smudges. She got up to attend to a customer that just came in and I asked her very kindly to fix them. She hurriedly pulled out the paint from her drawer, slashed a couple of marks on my nails and then left without asking if it was good with me. Worst service I've gotten. As soon as I got out of the store, my thumbs paint wasn't even and therefore dried in globs of paint.I got them done for a party I was going to. My friend, looking at my nails, said, "So you didn't end up going to the nail salon, huh?" It was very embarrassing. Now it's two days later and all of them are hard and smudged. This place is a hidden gem!  Tina is so good she spent so long getting my pedicure RIGHT.  There is not much to cut on my toenails cuticles wise and all that but she made sure everything was cut to perfection.  I was recommended to her by my aunt and am so glad I came to try it out for myself.  Of all the nail salons I've been to.  Tg and Mimi's are my favorites.  Currently getting my toes painted but wanted to review even before the paint.  Will update with a picture later.Update: 1-26-15I went back to Tina and she did it again!  Wonderful service!  It took forever but I'm glad because my nails and toes are flawless.
