I've been going here for 1 1/2-2 years and ken always do my nails for me. Last week I went out the country and someone else did my nails and toes well after 3 days the gel started breaking off while I was in another country. We I got back the next day I called ken to let him know and I feel my nails should be done at no charge since the gel broke off two of my nails within 5 days. He told me to come in the following Tuesday because he was coming in late Monday. Well Tuesday comes around no ken in the shop and other guy called him over the phone and they spoke in there language so I don't know what they discussed and next thing I know the guy told me he wasn't doing my nails over and he's only going to replace the two nails when tho the gel started to break on my other nails which I showed him and the nail polish on my toes was messed up because they act like they couldn't paint my toes right (which I didn't ask them to redo) he told me no he's no doing my nails I asked him to call ken the owner he told me to call ken (I don't have kens number) and he's not replacing my nails. Small intimate full service nail salon, and the nail technicians are professional and very good. I had my monthly pedicure and my nail tech was very. One of my best friends gets her nails done here all the time. She referred me to come in yesterday to get them done by Kenny. I called to see if I could come in and he said, "Yes, you can come in now." I arrived around 4pm and was immediately seen, but not by Kenny (he was taking care of another client). The place was smaller than I expected, but it was great. It seemed more intimate to me. Jason was the best! He kept the conversation going and made sure I relaxed as much as possible since it was my day off. He did such a phenomenal job on my nails that I can't stop looking at them!!! He convinced me to get a pedicure also. I'm officially in love with Professional Nails!!! This will be my new favorite place to come. Thank you Jason for making me look fabulous! Ken and Kathy are the absolute best! I used to go with friends every two weeks like clockwork until 3 years ago when I moved out of state. Went back in today for the first time in 3 years and they remembered me and the nails I always got! I have yet to find another salon that gives the level of excellent service they do! So two weeks ago we were in MD and my BFF and I wanted to get our nails done while the guys had a boys night and went to Baltimore to eat steak and drink and watch the Capitals game.We ended up at Prosessional Nails because BFF had been here a few times and loved it.My favorite part was when the pulled out the cheese grater type implement and proceeded to scrape off  the dead skin. At first I was like WTH is that a cheese grater? Then I realized what it was for and was all like here are my feet have at it.Now don't think my feet are nasty and corny but we all have dead skin and it was an awesome way to get it off. This was followed by a massage and then polish. I also had my finger nails done and they did the cutest flowers I have ever seen. It is a gentleman who bought the shop and started it a few years ago and asked his sister and brother to move from CA to MD to help him run it. They do a great job and are very friendly. DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went here after purchasing a deal on living social for Gel manicure, and parafin hand and foot treatment, added pedicure, crackle polish, got daughter mani & pedi with crackle all extra, with deal and extras, spent over $100. Gel polish was peeling in salon, they fixed, my crackle polish didn't crackle,then the next day my gel polish(which should last at least 3 weeks, was peeling off, and you can't remove normally and my nails are chipping. I called to have corrected- nothing more, and they are less than helpful. Rude, not to mention that the salon was dirty, dusty, peeling floors, they used my pedicure utensils-new for me- then used on someone else with our cleaning or sanitizing!!!!!!!!!!!
