Walked in to this salon after three unsuccessful attempts to get appointment this week at my regular salon in Rockville. What a pleasant surprise!  Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very welcoming.  Almost all the chairs were occupied when I arrived around 4:45.  Patty said it would be about a 15 minute wait and I was skeptical, but desperately needed a mani/pedi.  I was actually taken in ten minutes, and Patty was gentle, efficient and meticulous, as well as very personable. I had called to ask how much for a manicure and was told $16.  Then when my daughter went for her manicure, she was asked if she wanted regular or gel.  Not knowing the difference, my daughter said "gel".  No one bothered to mention that gel was $22 more!  She was surprised when she had to pay $38 for the manicure we both thought was going to cost $16.  There were no signs anywhere that indicated the difference.  I felt they should have told her what she was in for. Best place for Manicures and Pedicures in the area! My nails are always perfectly shaped and even the regular nail polish lasts up to 10 days on my hands. All the ladies are very professional. Definitely a well managed salon! Read Less

Classy nail spot with hardly any smell. Very clean work environment and most importantly skilled and kind staff. My gel nail polish did start to peel 2 days afterwards but I am not sure if this is because of my lifestyle or their quality of gel polish. I went to this salon with my cousins mom and my niece. My niece is five years old and we had asked for her to get a polish change - they ended up "washing her feet and cutting her nails" when we did not ask for that. They ended up charging us 18$ instead of 12$ for her. My cousin had a pedicure for 30$ and they did not scrub her feet and scrubbed only twice and still her feet were really rough. My mom had the SNS on her hands done and the owner was working on her hands but all of the nails came out patchy and it was not smooth at all. We also asked for a student ID and they did not accept it. We spent over 250$ and were not happy. We were not upset about the price or that it was expensive - we did not appreciate how they did not explain the different options and values of each procedure. They said one thing and did another. On my nails, they charged me 4$ extra because I picked a "fast dry nail polish" when they never told me that's what it was. They basically charged us for different services before telling us the breakdown of each. I wouldn't recommend this salon and I was not happy for it. Read Less

My girlfriend came here because she was told the price was $60 for eyelash extensions. However, they didn't tell her that this price was for the inferior method, and when she got what she wanted done they told her it was $110. It was barely noticeable and she felt like they were poking her eye because they were too deep. Read Less
