I'm usually very picky about my nails, but Lauren was an absolute sweetheart and made sure I was 100% happy with my color and paid close attention to details to make sure everything was flawless. I had 3 different people doing my manicure because someone else was waiting. They did a horrible job. On top of it, I was sat at a station with a dirty towel with clipped nails over it that had been used with a previous customer. When I pointed it out the lady told me she did not know whose station it was because she was only there a few days a week and did not proceed to change the towel until I asked her to do so. Never coming back here again. They rush and always have to fix my nails because they don't do a good job. I've had to go back multiple times for my nails to be fixed. Who has time for that? I wouldn't bother coming here at all.. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Read Less

I'm only giving this place 3 stars because the tech that I got botched my nails. I asked her to cut my nails short, and file my nails the ends the way I liked. She interrupted and told me she'd fix it after she applied the SNS powder..... Well she never really fixed the nails the way I liked. Some of my nails are longer than other nails, some nails don't match the shape on the same hand, let alone the other hand. The manager had me sit down and had the same nail tech refile my nails. My friends have been raving about SNS, so I wanted to give it a try. It was my first time doing SNS and going to Nouvelle, and Han did an amazing job! She was very friendly, sweet and gentle. Nouvelle has a lot of color selections for the SNS organic powder. I also love that SNS doesn't have to use UV light and doesn't take a long time to dry. It was just three applications of gel and dipping your nail into powder, followed by application with cuticle oil, lotion and a hand massage. For $40, I would highly recommend treating yourself to a fabulous, healthy manicure with SNS. Read Less

I'm new to the area and got lost, my nails looked a mess after moving over the weekend and start working on Monday! These wonderful people took me in with 20 minutes to close and completed a wonderful basic medi/pedi with perfect polish! 2 employees worked on me to finish by closing. Stopped in while waiting for something else in the area. Had some time constraints but these ladies did a great job squeezing in a mani & pedi. Large color selection, pretty well-kept nail salon. I'm very picky & always go to the same salon & nail tech - and I was actually fairly pleased with the services here. Would definitely return again should I find myself in the area! Read Less
