This girl Tammy she is really a good Nail Technician. She used to work in Hagerstown, but now she are here at Nails Expo in Frederick. She can design anything that you wants and the way shape your Nails is amazing. I would recommend all of you to come to Tammy she is a amazing technician. I would give her a 10 stars.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came in with my mother hoping to get a manicure with her. They took me and completely disregarded her and never asked her if she wanted a service even though I made reservations for two people!! That’s not the worst part, I picked out a color and the man who was doing my nails did the wrong color on me. I said something to him before he had finished my first hand, and he went to go get the color I actually wanted and I said that was the right color, and asked him if he could fix it. He immediately got an attitude and told me he would have to start all over and that it was too much work. I let him finish and ended up leaving the salon with a color that was nowhere near what I wanted. Customer service was terrible but the end result was even worse.

Awful. Ive been one other time and the service was ok-although my gel nails only lasted 8 days. I went in today- I asked to have my gel nails soak off(as I have very thin nails)-she got an attitude. When I asked the girl to fix my uneven nail, she argued that it wasnt uneven.
Then she ripped off her mask and stood up. I asked what the problem was. She said smartly-someone else could do it. I told her it was fine-Id take my business elsewhere.
Oh and why is it legal for them to reuse gloves? YUCK!

I think they are rude. They are also too expensive for shoddy work. My nails are too wide and the side profile is totally flat. They don't want to do the work that is required so they mark up the prices to detour you from asking for something as simple as shaping the nails. I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years so I know how things should go with the process of getting your nails done. This place is sloppy and does low class work.

They will never get my business again,i had my toes and hand painted.i was not happy i left that day and went back request too get my toes painted over,she did it speaking her language.then my nails had gel chome polish it started chipping the next day ,i return back there in 2 days the color under the chome started showing,she had an attitude doing my nail using her fingers too applied the chome on and speaking her language they are too rude when they mess up.......NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I've been going here since I moved to this area 3 yrs ago and I love them !!! I usually get Tommy,the manager, and he does a fantastic job. I always get a design. I never tell him what I want ,he just free hands and I have NEVER been disappointed.

I went here to get my nails done and even though the nail tech was super nice he didn't put the proper top coat on my gel nail fill in and the art I asked for wasn't done. I decided to just go with the design but once I left is when I saw that my nails we're sticky and lint was stuck in them. I called and was told to come back once there he didn't redo my nails as promised on the phone instead he just put regular clear polish on them and sent me away. The owner Tom saw that I wasn't happy so he made me sit down and he took everything off the designed nails and redid them and freehand painted new designs but the whole time they were talking in thier native language talking about me and I know this because every now and then he would point to me. When I asked what was said he told me nothing. I was pleased with the end result of my nails but never the less the customer service sucked, the lack attention to detail, and I paid more then what I was told.

Stopped by on a rainy sunday. Looking for a nail salon close by. I brought my toddler (who is very well trained in salons). They were wonderful. They were sweet with my son and did a great job. Besides from that they were clean, very large and seated me right away. Will def be back.

This girl Tammy she is really a good Nail Technician. She used to work in Hagerstown, but now she are here at Nails Expo in Frederick. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came in with my mother hoping to get a manicure with her. They took me and completely disregarded her and never asked her if she wanted a service even though I made reservations for two people!! That’s not the worst part, I picked out a color and the man who was doing my nails did the wrong color on me. I said something to him before he had finished my first hand, and he went to go get the color I actually wanted and I said that was the right color, and asked him if he could fix it. He immediately got an attitude and told me he would have to start all over and that it was too much work. I let him finish and ended up leaving the salon with a color that was nowhere near what I wanted. Customer service was terrible but the end result was even worse.

Awful. Ive been one other time and the service was ok-although my gel nails only lasted 8 days. I went in today- I asked to have my gel nails soak off(as I have very thin nails)-she got an attitude. When I asked the girl to fix my uneven nail, she argued that it wasnt uneven.

I think they are rude. They are also too expensive for shoddy work. My nails are too wide and the side profile is totally flat. They don't want to do the work that is required so they mark up the prices to detour you from asking for something as simple as shaping the nails. I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years so I know how things should go with the process of getting your nails done. This place is sloppy and does low class work.

I went here to get my nails done and even though the nail tech was super nice he didn't put the proper top coat on my gel nail fill in and the art I asked for wasn't done.
