DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here. I saw the average reviews and thought, "oh it won't be so bad". I was wrong. I got a mediocre pedicure but my manicure was horrific. The line was so incredibly crooked and then when it was messed up twice the lady was not so eager to make it better. I'm so mad I spent the money I did on a crappy manicure that I am going to remove right away. Go somewhere GOOD and not somewhere convenient. This was a waste of time and money.

Today I went for a relaxing pedicure and manicure that turned into a complete disaster. I got my nails painted with regular paint and a pedicure. The paint must have been older because it kept smearing and there was a lot of indents in the paint. I asked my nail tech if she could fix it for me and she kept covering it up with more paint which in turn made my nails a gooey mess that would not dry. When it came time to pay, I was tired and ready to leave. 3 of my nails were just destroyed but i was just going to let it go. We had now been there for 2 hours. When I went to pay I asked for a small discount (literally 5 dollars) because the paint was just ruined and I was going to take it off when I got home anyway. The nail techs and owners proceeded to loudly speak their language as if they were angry. She yelled loudly to her other coworker “she not pay!!!” In front of all the customers and everything. Some girl that’s onviously a regular got involved and called me stingy because i asked for a discount on my trashed nails!!! She said she would fix it but I asked her to fix it before and it just made it worse because she just kept layering paint overtop. So I gave her my card anyway, after a verbal altercation. Once out to the car I checked my bank account and they charged me $110 for a $45 service. I’m not like this but I want people to protect themselves!!! I had my card unauthorized used by these people!!! They charged me 77 extra dollars for my nails. Ridiculous and I will never be back, and you probably shouldn’t go here either!!! The techs also never spoke English or not one word to me during my time here. It was very rude.

ZERO stars.. I have been getting my nails done for years.. my tech from another nail salon is out of town. Trusted these reviews.. FALSE.. one hand longer than the other. Less than 24 hours had to go back for chipped gel. Uneven nails. Lumpy acrylic. Go back for a fix and daughter and I decided to try pedicures.. MISTAKE!! I.have white paint from my French all over my toes. Paid 38 for a 20 min pedi. My daughter's Mani and pedi was a nightmare. Tech used old thinned paint. Paint smeared. We asked for a small discount and told no, We re-do". Mind you we had already been there for 2 hours. Tech was alerted about the screw up, she proceeded to add more old paint to the mess she already created. Was attacked by one of their obvious loyals. Then the STRAW!! My daughter's debit card was chargedfor 110 dollars for a 45 dollar service. It's called TIP stealing!! They have been reported to the BBB. LADIES BEWARE!!!

This is by far the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I am new to the Frederick area and was looking for a place to get a fill-in. Belle Nails was conveniently located near my home. The salon is clean and all the technicians were pleasant once I walked in. Everything seemed fine until one day after i received a fill-in by one of the technicians, MY NAIL POLISH IS FALLING OFF. There is so much nail polish coated on my nails it is simply ridiculous. I will never go back to this place again.

Very quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. A friend and I made appointments for a full set and a manicure. We were both done on under an hour. Her polish began to ripple on the way back, but my acrylics are shiny and beautiful. Definitely a clean nail salon and would recommend. I only gave four stars because of the rippling on my friends nails

A friend and I went in just before Christmas to get our nails done. We were walk-ins, and the staff got us seated right away. I also had a newborn with me who was very fussy that evening. The woman doing my nails was super patient and kind while I delt with my baby. She even did one hand at a time so I could hold my baby and made me feel very comfortable.
It is a little more expensive than other places, but worth it for the staff and quality! Also very convenient location.

specifically told him not to because I
was going to have the fake nails taken off in 2 weeks. Then I asked for Chrome Powder Polish to be put on 1 nail on each hand. Instead of giving me the Chrome I ended up with Holographic Polish. They had no idea what I was referring to until I showed them the pictures off my phone. So I’m now walking around with on Holographic nail and one black nail on the other hand. And I couldn’t stay to have them redone because I had to be at the closing of my new home. Very, very dissatisfied and they should have refunded the entire $42.00. I will never use their services again.

I have gone to this salon for several years now and they are fantastic. They have done my eye brows, mani and pedi. Before my cruise this summer, they squeezed me in at the end of the day for a mani-pedi even though it was almost closing time. They are a very friendly staff and a great place to relax.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here. I saw the average reviews and thought, "oh it won't be so bad". I was wrong. I got a mediocre pedicure but my manicure was horrific. The line was so incredibly crooked and then when it was messed up twice the lady was not so eager to make it better. I'm so mad I spent the money I did on a crappy manicure that I am going to remove right away. Go somewhere GOOD and not somewhere convenient. This was a waste of time and money.

Today I went for a relaxing pedicure and manicure that turned into a complete disaster. I got my nails painted with regular paint and a pedicure. The paint must have been older because it kept smearing and there was a lot of indents in the paint. This is by far the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I am new to the Frederick area and was looking for a place to get a fill-in. Belle Nails was conveniently located near my home. The salon is clean and all the technicians were pleasant once I walked in. Everything seemed fine until one day after i received a fill-in by one of the technicians, MY NAIL POLISH IS FALLING OFF. A friend and I went in just before Christmas to get our nails done. We were walk-ins, and the staff got us seated right away. I also had a newborn with me who was very fussy that evening. It is a little more expensive than other places, but worth it for the staff and quality! Also very convenient location.

I have gone to this salon for several years now and they are fantastic. They have done my eye brows, mani and pedi. Before my cruise this summer, they squeezed me in at the end of the day for a mani-pedi even though it was almost closing time. They are a very friendly staff and a great place to relax.
