Save yourself & do not go to the nail tech Shay. Shay is very unprofessional & rude. When Shay doesn’t have an attitude & isn’t making snide comments she does do a pretty good job at nails, that is the one positive thing that I can say about her. Unfortunately a nice manicure isn’t enough to make me overlook the issues with her poor attitude and customer service. I have never received such attitude/poor customer service from anyone providing a service that I was paying for before. If you don’t believe me just have her do your nails a few times and you will understand exactly what I am saying. She has lost several clients due to her poor attitude and will continue to lose clientele if she does not improve her attitude/customer service. Read Less
