Really disappointed! I had an appointment for 7:00 and waited until 7:25 to finally leave when it was obvious I wasn't going to get a mani/pedi in before close. On my way out I found out the 2 others waiting had appointments at 7:00 as well. Poorly managed. Read Less

Customer service oriented. The spa is spotless. The equipment is always autoclaved. The staff are highly skilled. But on top of that they truly care about your comfort, asking you if you want a beverage, if the water temperature is to your liking etc. Best nail spa in Ellicott City! Read Less

If I could I would give ZERO stars. This place is a joke.  The owner Aaron is a complete douche bag.  I went in with a girlfriend of mine and he called her stupid to her face for not wanting to have her acrylic nails ripped off and not soaked off after having a new set a couple weeks prior.  My technician was ok, but I'm not going to a place who berates and yells at their customers.  Save your money or go somewhere else. I've had pedicures and gel manicures there on several occasions.  Hannah does a nice job and is personable, but on two occasions I booked appointments with her ( once in person and once on the phone) and when I arrived for the appontment she was not there.  I quit going there partly because of that and because I thought the two men were a bit rough.  Instead of letting the remover sit a good time on my nails they used metal instruments to scrape it off.  My nails were paper thin, and I believe this rough handling was a contributing factor.  I've been without gels for four mnths and my nails are in great shape.  When I want the occasional gel manicure I'll go elsewhere. I have been going to beauty Beauty sense since it was open. Until today I have been very satisfied with the service I received. I walked in today at 6:53, signed in and sat down as usual they talk amongst their selves. After waiting 15 minutes they told me they can't take care of me and my daughter because they will be closing at 8. I am very disappointed I wouldn't have mind if theywould have told me they couldn't take care of us when we got in. The fact that they waited 15 minutes it's quite disappointing. Read Less

I will never step back into Beauty Sense, I had the absolute worst service. Before my most recent visit, I had gone there about 4 or 5 times and received decent service; however, this time around I had someone new do my full set and gel polish. He was not the nicest person right off the bat, and as my appointment continued his attitude became worse. He cut me and made me bleed multiple times, messed up on my gel polish, attempted to redo them and messed up again, and made my acrylic nails extremely thin (causing them to break throughout the week); this is when the manager stepped in and was very accommodating. I said before that the original nail tech had made my nails very thin, causing them to break throughout the week. When I went to get the first two nails fixed, they did it right away; however, when I returned the following day to get another fixed, they laughed at me and made me wait 15 minutes before telling me that it was an hour wait without an appointment. I understand a wait, but there were only 2 people ahead of me and at least 5 people working. Read Less
