Great with my nails but not waxing eyebrows. I’ve always had great nail service and they look amazing! However, I had them wax my brows and they handed me the mirror and I said it needed more off in one area and she didn’t get it I guess. I have blonde eyebrows, so it’s hard to see if they took off all I needed when I was in that lighting. I got home and saw she had missed a LOT of spots and had to fix it myself. Read Less

I've been there three times with different people. Guys seem to be doing better job than the lady I got. She was rushing through my manicure which turned out less than ok. The shape was different to almost all nails and the acrylic was all over my cuticles. I rarely give bad reviews, but i feel like no one should feel rushed through with their service. Also I'm not sure their tools were sanitized. Usually when I go to other places I see techs opening new packs with tools, these were just lying around. About to try Kim's nails and see how that goes. I came to pamper myself with a deluxe pedicure. Admittedly I get pedicures solely for the massage and could care less about the nail part. I asked for the deluxe and only received a basic. I realized when the water was being drained that she was skipping the deluxe part of my pedicure and asked about it. "Next time" they said, "sorry, no time today, next time." Quite honestly I would have just gone elsewhere if my request for a deluxe pedicure couldn't have been met. Thanks for wasting my time and money. We came to get my daughter's nails done for homecoming that night. They were super busy because of homecoming but they gave everyone the same professional treatment. They sat us in the pedicure chairs with our feet in water right away and even though we had to wait 5 or 10 minutes, they came to check on us a few times to let us know what was going on. Despite their customer load, they gave us great pedicures and manicure for my daughter. Will definitely be back! Read Less

So a nurse that I work with recommended Natural Nails to me. I called before I got off of work at 7:30 p.m. and asked what time they close. The lady asked what that I wanted to have done I said manicure with gel. She was kind of hesitant in her answer so I said it's okay I can probably stop by tomorrow and i asked for her opening time. So she told me that they opened at 9:30 a.m. the next day. About 40 minutes later she called back and said that I could come in tonight t 7:45pm and that she would wait for me. I came down and arrived exactly at my time and asked for one of the two people that the nurse had recommended to me. The lady who did my nails was Tracy and when I explained to her what I wanted done it wasn't exactly as quick as a gel manicure but she offered to continue to do them anyway even though they closed 15 minutes after I arrived. She initially took her time and caring for my nails but towards the end she seems a little rushed. None-the-less she did a fantastic job with the exception of cleaning up my cuticles. Granted she stayed open for me past closing time so I can let that slide. I totally understand doing things after you're supposed to be going home especially after you've been working all day. I gave her a decent tip but I'm not exactly sure if I would come back in the evening time. I would like to try them in the morning when they're a little more fresh. Now granted again I have fairly short nails and I did not want tips but I still feel like my nails with the gel on them look a little thick and chunky and again that may just be because my nails are short. See the pictures. I will see how these nails hold up and reserve my judgment until then. P.S. They had a dog in the nail salon and I don't know how I feel about that.P.P.S: after getting home and looking at my nails real good,  I don't think I like them.  Tracy was a little heavy handed with the file...and now I can see the results....see pics. I have to say I've jumped salons at times trying to save a dollar, a friend recommended it or I didn't have time to go to Natural Nails but guess what I ALWAYS end up back bc it's great service, friendly talented techs for a fair price.
