The one time I decide to "just stop in" and get a mani, turns into the biggest nail shop disappointment of my entire life. Seriously, I looked at my nails this afternoon and was like 'REALLY??' So, I decided to stop by a nearby nail shop and get it together. First, upon walking into the establishment, the workers entertained not a single greeting. No hi, how are you, what would you like...instead, a little lady yelled, "What chu want?" That should have been the first indicator to leave. Second, I sat down to a dirty towel and suspect equipment. I thought she might have changed the towel out when I got up, but she didn't bother. She did, however, clean the utensils before using them on my nails. The whole process of removing my cuticles took about 10-15mins and afterward, there were still pieces of dead skin around my nails. If that wasn't enough, she painted my nails as if she was a novice in this profession. There was nail polish on my skin and bubbles and ripples because she didn't thin the apparent OLD nail polish. If I could give this "salon" zero stars, I would. I went in on Saturday night, December 17th, to get gel polish for my college graduation and acrylic tips for my daughter as a birthday gift. I love pink nail polish, so that was the color I chose. Overnight, my nails turned a hideous neon yellow. Because my graduation was in two days, I couldn't even go back to get them fixed. Came in with my mom for 2 fill-ins. Was told there was a 30 minute wait. At the time there was one gentleman doing 2 pedicures. We came back 30 minutes later, still only one man working. Waited another 30 minutes to be seated at nail booth. He started on my Mother's nails. He didn't file off all the previous nail color. Did a very sloppy overlay. Then filed her nails into these God awful "ovals." Her nails were ridiculously pointy and misshapen. Her nails aren't even uniform. He put 4 coats of polish on her nails. Then proceeded to file them AGAIN, after he polished them. I didn't even bother wasting my time or money getting them done. Only one person working on a Saturday. Pitiful. I probably should have went elsewhere from the start since there was only one person working, but I didn't! Lesson learned! The guy who serviced my daughter and I started out pleasant. We asked for specific prices for our services due to the sign not being clear to understand. He quoted us both $52 a piece for our services. OK great! Half way through my daughter's pedicure he tried to raise it to $70! So we both said NO! He laughed it off and said he was joking, but something told me he truly wasn't joking. (Before anyone starts with the jokes about maybe extra for hard work...not the case here. If it were I'd gladly would have paid!) He continued to service my daughter and then did my pedicure. When it was time to do our nails he became very careless. I'm not sure if he was worn out from working on both of us back to back or what, but by the time he'd gotten to me all hell had broken loose!!!I'd picked 2 colors...one a solid and one a sparkle. I specifically said to him I want the sparkle color on my ring finger and thumb BEFORE he started polishing. He began polishing the solid color and he started to look confused so I said again sparkles on my ring fingers and thumbs. He smiled and said oh yeah I remember. Then he painted my thumb the solid color. I immediately said no not that color, but he continued anyway. I asked him to remove the color and put the sparkle color there he said okay. He then started using the sparkle color on my ring fingers and grabbed my other thumb and began painting. Mind you my daughter and I are holding a conversation at the time. I'm assuming he's still using the sparkle until my daughter points to my nails. So I said to him No I don't want the solid color on my thumbs...please remove the solid color from my thumbs and put the sparkle color there (I was very polite when saying it mind you) and he blew a gasket! He started yelling at me and telling me he didn't want to do it the way I wanted it done, because it would look stupid. At that point we argued back and forth and customers were walking in the store for services. He began drilling the polish off my nails very sloppily and I asked him to take his time and do it properly...well needless to say he broke my nail on my left thumb!!! Yes I had tips on but I actually have nails underneath and he not only broke and artificial one, but my real one also!!! Then he got angry, because I required him to fix it properly!!! One lady walked through their door on the side and he screamed at her go to the back...she said no eyebrows today I want my nails done, and he SCREAMED NO NAILS GET OUT!!! She was like no nails why not? And he told her sit your stupid self down!!! At that point I'd made it my business to pay him what he was due and leave and never to return!!!Once he was done he had the nerve to tell me I owed him $148!!! BULL CRAP!!! I paid that man what he originally quoted me and left out of his shop!!! My real rating is 0 stars but that's not an option. This place is absolutely horrible! There was only one guy in the whole shop working. When I got there he told me to come back in about 20 min. So I'm thinking more technicians were on the way. There was one customer there getting her nails done but I thought maybe because they had just opened was why.  So I get back 30 min later and he is still working on the lady's nails. After I waited another 30 min or more ... He stopped working on her to do another lady's eyebrows that had just walked in then came over to me and got my water ready for a pedicure.  My feet soaked while he finished the lady's nails and then another lady came in for a pedicure.  So she waited beside me. He finally came to me and started my pedicure.  Omg ... he used that tool that they normally file down acrylic with on my toenails ...I have never had that used on my toes before.  He quickly cut around my cuticles and shaved on my heels with some contraption ... then just puts the tools in my water and rinsed everything off and puts in back in the drawer. Nasty! He then stays the other lady's water. I tell him I want French tips with cotton candy polish on the background.  He proceeds to polish my toes with no base coat and then tells me to come for my manicure.  I'm like where are the French tips? Oh you say you want cotton candy was his response and he had an attitude saying I never told him I wanted French tips and he doesn't have time.  So he angrily takes off the polish and quickly does white tips and throws the cotton candy polish on and apply a top coat before my nails are even dry! It looked like a hot mess.  I'm looking at my toes thinking I know he's not leaving this like this.  So I keep looking at the uneven polish on my nails and he's asking me what's wrong as if it's not obvious!  I told him forget the manicure it looked unprofessional and he is arguing with me saying he will take off the polish and I will pay $35. I told him that I would not.  We got into a huge argument.  He told me to pay $25 and never to come back as if he needed to.  I told him I would tell everyone I know to never step foot in that ghetto place.  Absolutely amazing! The lack of customers should have been a sign. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a Sunday and it had not long opened. I never saw any more customers coming in and I had been there for over an hr at that point. Mind you the lady beside me still had her feet soaking.   Just trifling. I hope and pray that I don't get a fungus or worse.  And on top of that I am 9 mths pregnant and he treated me the way he did with no respect at all.   Very upsetting.  I really wanted to punch him in his face.  Please avoid this place at all costs.  Not worth it! Horrible experience as well. Took my mom to get her nails and feet done for her birthday and the absence of customers should have been a flag.  So we proceed to go in. My daughter gets her nails polished, I get my nails Polish changed and then he proceeded to do my mother's pedicure. After spending 30 mins in front of the fan, with thinking my nails were dry, go to the restroom and they smudge. The guy refuses to fix them as I wish, saying that he can't and threatens to call the police.  Never will I ever go back! Read Less

The worst. The techs tried to force us to opt for more expensive services when they couldn't get the basics right. Pedicures were super fast and sloppy and the nail services were well below subpar. We couldn't wait to get home and grab the nail polish remover. We will be back to our regular shop tomorrow.Read Less

yesterday, 8/25/2015, my sister and i saw a roach just crawl by like it was nothing. out dated everything. small and sad color selection. my sister had color acrylic they just drilled down and applied a clear acrylic and then he wanted to apply a clear coat but her nail still looked like she needed a fill in. the speed in which her pedi was done was amazing. I think her feet were in the water for just the initial soak and not ever again. this place will never see my sister or i again. Read Less

Sorry...If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. My Pedicure was horrible. They didnt scrub my feet, clean my cuticles, and I had to tell the guy to put a base coat on my nails before the actual color!! What idiot puts the color on first? I could have done my Pedi at home! The place is disgusting! The Pedi chairs look gross, and there were only 2 techs working. And they are horrible with your brows! Save your money and go to a better place! This place is terrible in every way.  Avoid it.The salon is a dump!  They need a serious upgrade.  Furniture is in terrible condition, lighting is bad, it even looked dusty and dated.  Service was terrible.  My pedicure didn't include any type of foot massage and I told my tech not to cut my cuticles because he didn't clean his tools or use new ones.  That's reason enough to never return.  Service was just plain lazy.  There appeared to be two techs that sat around reading magazines while people were waiting for pedicures.  One woman kept saying she had a client coming and couldn't take anyone.  Then proceeded to do her own nails!  The other tech didn't say much of anything, just didn't do anything.  Meanwhile, two gentlemen sat with their feet in water that was getting colder by the minute.  Save your money.  There are too many nail salons that will be happy to take your business and deliver good service.  Super Nails just can't be taken seriously. Not impressed. They do not greet you when you walk in the door,  instead they look at you until you finally say something to them. Then they have extremely long wait times due to being short staffed. One nail tech yelled to me "Hey girl you want eyelash?" I didn't ask for eye lashes and I politely corrected her and said "It's excuse me Miss."  I won't be back here. Read Less

If I can give this place no stars I would. I went there to get my nails done because my normal nail place was packed that day. Henry took me did my feet and nails, he was nice but did not understand CRAP. Which is fine I had a picture of what i want simthing very very simple. HE STILL DID WHATEVER HE WANTED ON MY FEET AN TOES after me showing him the picture. I paid for designs and for gel and not even three hours later the designs rubbed off when i took a shower... came back to the salon the next Day and shown henry and he just wiped it of and did a regular color on my nails... even though I already paid for a design. Btw the design was just black strips nothing crazy. Now not even two weeks later and the paint is CHIPPING!!!! Never had I ever had my gel nails chip I dont do anything crazy to have them look like this... I keep calling and henry keeps picking up and hanging up. I will go in to talk to Mr Lee if this doesn't get resolved I am taking it to the BBB this is the worst service ever. Read Less

If "0" stars were available that would of been my selection. I went in for a full set and requested that they file my nails to an "almond" shape. Not only did I verbally explain to the technician, I also showed her a picture. She ended up shaping them in a weird triangular shape... not stiletto. Then she informed me that I have small fingers that is why I cannot have almond shaped nails. I was not the only one that was disappointed another client was requesting cheetah print designs on her nails... none of the 3 available technicians were unable to do what she requested.  I will not be returning. I went in today 1/29/2015 and I got a deluxe pedicure which included the paraffin wax treatment. First off another technician went to the sink and proceeded to blow his nose IN HIS HAND and then just rinsed his hands     I didn't say anything because he wasn't my tech. After my tech did the paraffin wax treatment which they put the wax in the plastic bag, they polished my toes and I sat under the dryer. I watched him as he took the wax that he used on my feet and put it back in the same wax warmer to use on another customer. This was the most disgusting thing I have every seen and will not be back to this shop at all!! Read Less

I recently visited here with my sister and father and we went in there and the man(Henry) greeted as we asked if they were open and they replied yes and then sent my sister to one chair and I went to the other. The man started working on my hands as my dad sat in the massage chair.he soaked my hands very quickly and continued working on my hands. He did a great job and such a cute design. My sister on the other hand had another nail technician(Danny) he did super awesome designs. Everything was nice besides the place looking a bit rough! Read Less

What can I say ? This salon and spa is conveniently located near the mall entrance, I guess that's the best thing going for this place. The technicians are rude and rush on everything that they do. The tools and instruments that are used at this location or beyond the description of disgusting and filthy. I sat in a hard, loud, and half broken massage chair with my feet soaking in water.    The technician took over 40 minutes to start on my feet and by then...you guessed it, the water was freezing. I eventually started working on my feet before he even got a chance. After waiting 45 minutes at this point, the guy began working on my feet aggressively and cut me. I wanted to swing my foot up his ---. I decided to not continue to be tortured and immediately left. People if you want a half job, rushed botched job, and filthy tools used during your services - I would highly recommend this salon & so called spa. Read Less

I wish there was an option to NOT choose a star! They opened at 12 noon today, 7/20/14 and got there around 12:15. Well, I asked to use the rest room and when I walked in I stopped in my tracks. It was FILTHY! I mean the sink was grayish black from dirt build up and the toil seat was up a and had gold colored urine on the basin and the seat! I have been to a lot of salons and have NEVER known them to not clean up before closing for the night. When I showed him the toilet had pee on it he just took toilet paper and wiped it off and said "okay honey". Not to mention the entire place was dirty because they were sweeping up when I walked in. The bathroom floor also needed to be swept as well as the entire bathroom needs to be cleaned and the walls were dirty too. So I lined up the toilet with toilet paper and squatted. As I was gazing at the floor while relieving myself, I saw something with a lot of legs come from under the wall across from me and scurry back under. So, I hurried up and got myself together flushed the toilet and ran out the bathroom. (NO, I DID NOT WASH MY HANDS!!!) I picked up my bag out of this spa chair and I ran out the door saying "OMG!!!! It's a big bug! I'm sorry, it's dirty I can't stay! I can't!!!! It's dirty! " They seemed totally unbothered by my reaction and just sat there looking at me like I was crazy. Things have clearly changed since 2013!!!  That place is a breeding ground for fungus and disease so beware if you want to keep all of your limbs/digits intact! TRIFLING!!!!! I went in today to get my feet done because it was loooooong overdue. It was empty when I got there and I was suprised because its usually busy but more time for me so I want complain. I got #4 pedicure which was the foot scrub, the leg scrub, the leg and foot massage, the hot stone massage, the hot leg wrap, the hot oil and wax on my feet and of course the callus remover. I'm glad that they use this instead of that pumice stone. Anyway, I was seen by Kristy, who I recommend because she took her time and she was very nice and she did a great job with my feet and my design. She does good nails because my friend goes to her all the time.   The mall had even closed and they wasn't rushing me out the door so they have really have my business now. They do more than the average nail shop with the massage and wax room in the back and other unique features. Oh and the massage chairs are nice. Put it on vibrate versus knead because it will dig into your back. Overall, I prefer this shop versus the one by the target because my polish stays on longer and the service is soooo much better!!
