I have no idea why this place has bad reviews. I am so happy I gave them a try. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I got a full set of pink and white nails done. I have moved here from NJ and haven't found a nail salon down here that does them like I used to get them done. However this place did them perfectly. Worst nail experience ever!!!!!! They do not know how to do ombré nails! It just looked like blurry clouds! Nail tech was rude and judgemental and racially profiled me. Will NEVER be coming again. If you’re looking for ombré or gel nails DO NOT COME HERE. You told me to upload and I did. Nails were $55 . 1 of my nails broke TWO DAYS after I got them done . I told him I didn’t like how it looked BEFORE he finished. He told me to let him continue because they would look better in the end so I let him, and didn’t look back down at the nails until they were finished. I told him it clearly wasn’t what I wanted when I finally looked down at the end result. He didn’t try to negotiate to at least take my nails off so he could re-do them and I get what I want and pay happily or at least give A discount, but no he told me just pay and never come back again. Then he said he would cut the tips off and to leave. Cut the tips of my nails? That would leave me struggling to even take the rest of the nails off. I told him if he wanted to take the nails off that was completely fine but to take them completely off. Is that how you deal with an unhappy customer? I gave him $40 instead of $55 and I honestly shouldn’t have paid at all because I wasn’t happy. The only thing he kept saying was “if other people saw it they would like it, upload a pic upload a pic” is what he continued to say. But What does another persons opinion on my nails have to do with anything ? Does not change the fact that I do not like them and it’s not their nails regardless. Nonetheless, I was nothing but respectful to him though he showed the opposite. I kept Telling him I wasn’t trying to give him a hard time but was askingfor a solution to the problem and he wasn’t open any. Ontop of that he (THE MANAGER) comes on here talking & making it seem like I left without paying. When if anything he got more than what he deserved. In the end we both wasted our time. Would not Recommend to anyone to come here. This was my first and only time I left unhappy and dealt with a hard time . I thought customers satisfaction was number one priority . Got my nails done on a Saturday. Sunday my gel polish was peeling. I had one repair and the lady put a curved nail on my finger. Mind you none of my other nails were shaped like that. I tried telling the lady it was too curved and it would break. She insisted it would be fine and sure enough thay nail broke. I had to work so I went back on Wednesday and got that nail fixed and my polish fixed. Only for a few days later the "gel polish" to start peeling again. I'm pissed because I don't live in that area had to come back and my nails are still not right. And to top it of the shape of my nails are uneven. So disappointed. The lady did a great job on my feet. I was out this way visiting my homegirl for dinner and we got pedicures. The lady that did my feet was very good and had great customer service. If I am ever in this area I will visit again. Read Less

Did a good job on my nails...great massage during pedicure. However, they lack in manners. I called prior to coming to make sure I could put my tip on a credit card and was told yes. When it came time to pay the person doing my nails questioned if I had cash stating that they don't take tips on cards. I assured her that I called prior to coming in. She complained two to three more times. Not one thank you in her complaint...and I tip well. She then tried to be nice when noticing my annoyance. Went and had my nails done at pinkys nail spa , they are so rough and they cut my cuticles really bad to where I was bleeding and then put alcohol on while I was bleeding . They don't follow the price sheet they have and very rude about tip on the card why does it have to be cash if I don't have it . I will never go back again Read Less
