Let this be a lesson to me to go elsewhere other than my regular place. I just needed a fill in (acrylic). It’s been a month and I was just so busy after work and on weekends that I didn’t have time to stop by my regular place to get my nails done. This salon is near where I work so I figured this would be a real life saver. I just needed a fill in. I made an appointment, stopped by and was seated within a few minutes of arriving. The salon is tiny. There is maybe max six people working there, and it was stuffy. It’s very dated but to get your nails done you don’t need the most luxurious finishes on the wall, so fine. Then the woman who did my nails hurried. I mean ZOOM! As a result, my cuticles died. After a month and good care my cuticles were on point. Healthy, supple, push them back and the nail bed is primed and ready for a fill in, this woman erased my cuticles from existence with the nail dremel. Not intentionally, more like “I don’t have time to worry about them.” Ouch by the way, ouch. Then when she took off the layer of the gel polish that I had on, she used the dremel too and it was so hot that it hurt. Fine, that didn’t last long. Then she shaped my nails (badly, I went home and spent some quality time with a nail file) and did the fill in. Again, sloppy work, I wound up with dry acrylic on my skin that I had to peel off. Then she “shaped” the new addition and again, badly. I now have a flat nail, with a small lump/hill near the cuticles but since she didn’t take the acrylic all the way up to the skin, there’s a sever slope/drop off with textured run off from the gel top coat. It looks moderately OK when your nails are naked but if you put nail polish on, every imperfection is revealed. Also, she managed to run the dremel over my skin while shaping my nails so I have pieces of dry skin lifting and causing hang nails. Two fingers were cut so bad I had to put on Neosporin and bandaits for a couple of days. I hate the way the nail polish looks on my hands but I don’t want to go to my regular salon to have it fixed because I need to give my fingers time to heal. Maybe she was having an off day, maybe there was an appointment behind mine, what ever it was, I am NOT coming back here.

This is the most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been too! Lee did my nails on Saturday 3/24 and it is now 6 days later and this POOR nail job is falling apart nail by nail. The very same day I got my nails done one broke off and Lee tried to suggest that it was my doing however he did fix it. The very next day another nail broke off in the same exact way the first did and instead of offering to fix it Lee just added glue and sent me away. Now it is the 30th and I’m missing two nails. I spent $65 in this nail salon and I’m disgusted with the service. Im annoyed at the lack of professional and I would not recommend ANYONE that I know to come here. To make it worse, I left Lee a tip and he doesn’t even have the decency to fix my nails that he terribly did in the first place.

There's a gentleman who works here and always does a FLAWLESS job on my nails, files them just right and makes a perfect shape every time. He double checks his work and I'm always really pleased with his work. Nail Trix will hook you up quickly and for a very good price!

Went right in without an appointment and was in a chair for a pedi in about 2 minutes. The pedicure wasn't bad at all,..... it's just I've had better. He did a fabulous job with applying the polish though. The price is a little more expensive than an average nail shop and I'm not sure why because it was the same as an other nail place. I'd only use this location for emergencies if I can't make it to my normal spot in white marsh.

Horrible experience, literally walked out in the middle of my manicure. I'm new to the area so I asked what they charge for full set and pedicure. the manager gave me one price for nails and one for pedicure. They are very high on their pricing but I decided to give them a try. The manager would not listen to me when I told her the length I wanted, she cut the tips too short and told it "It's fine!" when I told her they were too short. She then told me she would charge me more if I wanted them longer, I told her she did not disclose that there were different price, her response, "You didn't ask."She continued to bark at me until I got up to leave and continue yelling at me as I walked out of the shop. I have never experienced this kind of rude, unprofessional behavior at a nail salon. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I saw a male technician, who was friendly but had horrible skills. A full set with gel with 50 bucks and so far from worth it, its been one day and I am embarrassed of my nails. They are thick, uneven, the polish is blotchy and the shape is horrible. Definitely save your time and money and head up to another location.

I have been going for about seven months here and it has been worth it. I get a full set and it cost around 30 with the tip included and another 10 for eyebrows. I only trust a few people with my eyebrows but the waxing here is quick, private, and accurate. They also strive for perfection, it usually takes and 45 minutes to a hour for my filling and it is beautiful after.

I was told to go to Debbie at nail trix by a friend; I do not regret that choice. She's so wonderful. I've been to many nail salons in my life, but I've never had a technician actually make me feel like we're friends. She takes her time to get to know you and she makes you feel extremely comfortable. She prefers appointments so that she's not rushed and can give you the desired time you need. She's an extremely sweet person.The salon is clean and the staff is friendly also.

I started going here because they were close to work. I regret that decision. They are very rude to their customers. When they are busy, they don't try and schedule you an appointment or see when u can come back. They just say " we busy, you need to come back." After going for several months and considering myself a regular, I had a broken nail. The nail literally broken in half after no hard labor. When I went to get it fixed, they told me I would have to wait 30 minutes and that I would be charged. In over 20 years of having my nails done, I have never been charged for a repair in a salon that I was a regular client. I decided to leave and go to a place close to home. As he was doing my nails, there were several that were lifting and one cracked after only a week. They do poor quality work and don't care about their customers.

It amazes me how this place is still in business with such a terrible level of quality.

I have been coming to Nail Trix for 5 years and have referred all of my friends and co-workers. They do a fantastic job, are wonderful to spend time with, and are accommodating to special requests. I have been to many spas (many of which charged more!) and by far this place is the best! Debbie, Emily, Rose, and Kenny are the most professional and caring people! Ps. I took my four year old grandaughter in to them and they treated her like a princess...she gave them all hugs when we left!

Let this be a lesson to me to go elsewhere other than my regular place. I just needed a fill in (acrylic). It’s been a month and I was just so busy after work and on weekends that I didn’t have time to stop by my regular place to get my nails done. This salon is near where I work so I figured this would be a real life saver. I just needed a fill in. I made an appointment, stopped by and was seated within a few minutes of arriving. The salon is tiny. There is maybe max six people working there, and it was stuffy. It’s very dated but to get your nails done you don’t need the most luxurious finishes on the wall, so fine. Wasn't the worst place in the world....but I wouldn't come again. Maybe I'm spoiled at my place, but I came here during lunch at work and I'm def not impressed. My nails are streaky...they kept trying to upsell me the whole time. And I gave a picture of a design and it's not anything like it. Go at your own risk...they were nice though

I have been to this place for 3 years and everyone here is so nice, friendly, and professional. The place is VERY clean and convenient for me. I never have any problem with their work but if I do, they always fix or redo them for me. I will def give 5 stars and tell others to try here!!!!!

I have been coming to Nail Trix for 5 years and have referred all of my friends and co-workers. They do a fantastic job, are wonderful to spend time with, and are accommodating to special requests. I have been to many spas (many of which charged more!) and by far this place is the best! Debbie, Emily, Rose, and Kenny are the most professional and caring people! Ps. I took my four year old grandaughter in to them and they treated her like a princess...she gave them all hugs when we left!
