This place is ok. It was my first time there and I needed my nails done bad. I got an acrylic fill in and a pedicure. I was cut several times by the guy doing my nails but he used alcohol to fix the burning sensation (completely helped). They don't do nail designs (major bummer) And in the 2nd pic you can see they did not seal the middle finger nail properly (which went unnoticed till the next morning). Been going there on and off for 2 to 3 years and never had a problem. They have new employees there and now the service is terrible, they are rude and disrespectful. Went today to get a fill in and pedicure. Everything was fine until I sat in the chair for my pedicure. Pedicure was almost complete so I told the lady she didn't clean under my toe nails and she stated "You complain too much wait until I'm finished then you complain. You just want something for free". However I had already paid for my nails and toes prior to. When I asked her name she replied Victoria Secret. They have no licenses displayed in the salon of any of the employees. Below Par Workmanship . This is my third time going there in the past 6 weeks. The first time excellent. The last two times, very poor workmanship. Today, the person who worked on my nails was trying to rush to finish me in order to start another customer...There is nail polish  all over my toes from a sloppy job. I even noticed the remains of polish left behind from the before. Unfortunately, I did not notice these things before I left because the tech hit me with a hidden charge--$5 to removing my gel polish. What kind of mess is that⁉ I told her that the other two times I've come, I was not charged that fee. She could even justify the fee from the price menu. Oh well, there went her tip!! Never again. Not sure how this place has good reviews other than the fact that the prices are great. Walked in with 10 perfect almond shaped nails which were filed to be short, round and basic. WHY totally change my shape?!? Then I noticed that my nails and toes where 2 different colors. The lady tells me that sometimes the gel and the regular "Perfect match" colors look different. okay, I get that but one is clearly red and the other purple. Also they just don't look good at all. I have been coming here for years and I am always satisfied with my nails. Tan does my nails and he does an amazing job. And the costumer service is great. I also think the prices are better than most places. I will continue to get my nails done here. I would rate this place 10 stars if I can.Read Less

Waited for almost an hour for a pedicure and the shop wasn't even crowded. Finally got up and left. The staff didn't seem interested in actually helping any of the clients waiting. Give your money to a better establishment. Read Less

This place has horrible service, one lady told me the designer will be here Thursday so i came on Thursday n the second lady had no clue what im talking about said they dont have a designer and then the original lady goes no we do shes just not here today and then she realized i came in before and she goes oh you came in yea we have a designer i font know why shes not here but just take our card and call us before coming.  Personally i think they didnt wana tell me they dont have one so instead they lied and i wasted my time. I went here for years growing up to get my eyebrows waxed. It's gotta be the cheapest in town.. $5!! But of course,  you get what you pay for. I finally threw in the towel a few months ago & i've been meaning to write a review since. I went there at 8:45 for an eyebrow wax one night (cmon, that takes 3 min) & the sign said they close at 9... There was one employee there, finishing a woman.s nails & she said they were closed. Did I mention I went here for years!? I know the woman recognized me, i'd seen her there countless times. I said "even just for eyebrows" she repeated, "we closed" so I rolled my eyes & left. I havent given them a second glance. They havent raised their prices ever, & they do remodel every few years so it's prob not the worst place in the world... if you're on a budget & looking for a bare-bones wax & you dont mind an indefinite wait, give it a try..
