I do not recommend Ann she talks so much until she isn't paying attention and when you ask her to correct the problem she will say there is no problem she rushed through my pedi my nails are uneven, I have acryillic under my nails this was my first and last they over charge you the price list has a totally different price less of course. Was very disappointed with lunch I had a baked potato which was burned with tuna and salad I thought it came with 2 fillings as was charged for 2. We also had macaroni cheese which was very watery and not much flavour. Wouldn't rush back for anything to eat. Read Less

Sadly this mornings Swim was very stressful after a Male Sprayed lower wall tiles, around 11am in the Pool area.......Immediately the chemicals that were sprayed had an instant effect on majority of swimmers who had No option but to get out from what should have been a most relaxing swim and Leave as it led to coughing, wheezing & headaches!!! Not very Healthy I wld say as there were NO windows open to release fumes! 😡 Can I suggest it be done last thing at night or instal Pool Humidifiers?! On a Positive note, grateful to see you are dealing with the "problem" but Health issues from this spraying has to be a priority ! Read Less

Phoned in the morning to organise an afternoon tea for my aunt's birthday , helpful chap was't sure but very kindly rang me back and said they could do that for us. Every member of staff was helpful, friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax, no rush to finish . I had the worst experience Anna did my nails on a Sunday night... she rushed had to come back due to nail gel nail polish peeling.. she fixed all my red painted nails. I thought I was fine until 3 days later nail polish chipped again... fmnotva place for me.. will not waste money for the lack of business they have. Read Less

Can't thank the staff at Neuros enough for all their help in accommodating an Alice in Wonderland themed Afternoon Tea Hen Party for our gorgeous bride to be. Came in with my girlfriend to get full service (mani, pedi, brows) first they acted retarded by attempting to sit us apart clearly we are together! Seen this nail salon for a while, I was in a hurry & out shopping, decided to check it out. WHY??????? So the first thing was the lady arguing with a customer as I'm waiting for her to do my pedi! I know how customers can be, but u can't argue by yourself! every time the lady said anything this woman came back, crazy thing is all the lady  wanted was a certain color! Should've  left then! So my pedi was good I like the design but I didn't like how she just put callus remover on, then ask me, we'll tell me she is putting it on! I told her she should've asked first because I know it cost more & I don't need it (I'm in my reg salon every 2/3week) that was really shady to me! She continue to try & up sell! Asking once is no problem but don't make me feel pressured into getting "extra"! My lashes started ok until she applied glue on the upper part of my eye (I never had that done) causing my eyes to swell up & get really red! The lashes was basically hanging off, I went to wipe & whole lash came off(they was individual) she never apologized only stated I'm allergic, In which I get them done also every 2/3 weeks with No problem! Everyone know lashes hurt like hell to come off when u first get them, not these, they fell right off & my eyes 10hrs later is still red! All of this going on while she is trying to do my nails! The set itself was ok, the polished looked like a child did it, I had to go home and repaint! I will never go back nor recommend, sad part is that the other staff seem to be doing a good job!
