Do not waste your time or money! If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is horrible. I went in for a SNS nail service. The guy who did my nails did not know what he was doing. After telling him multiple times that there was a problem with the SNS application on my nails, he continued to add multiple coats trying to fix the problem. That only made it worse. When I had to tell him to remove the SNS and do my nails again, he got an attitude. Finally one of the other nail techs offered to try and fix my nails and kept apologizing. Horrible experience. I went to this shop to get my wife a manicure. The nail tech was rude, curt, and dismissive. She did not follow my wife's instructions. Loved this place until yesterday when the technician did an absolutely horrible job on my daughters feet (I have photos) and the manager expected me to pay for it and trust that she will redo it in the future. I would have been okay if she offered that at first but her initial offer was to redo it at no charge. Then she called back (she was not in the store & she had the young receptionist coordinate with me) to change the offer to want me to pay in full and she never relented. Instead of paying with my card I pulled cash out of their own ATM machine left $40 on the desk and with sadness left the establishment, never to return. I recently visited this establishment Wednesday September 27 2017 at 3:30 pm. There was only one client in the shop. I read some of these reviews and feel like we all had the same lady. I also wish I read them before going. I went in for a pedicure and a fill in. My nails were only a week and a half old and this lady destroyed them. She rushed me to pick a polish for my pedicure and I should've known then. The whole time I looked for a polish all 45 seconds she kept coming from the pedicure area repeating "you have a color, pick a color". The whole service from pedicure to fill in was $65 and took her 45 min. Then she asked if I was only going to leave the $65. Yep. Not only did she rush me through picking a color she messed up my Kauffin shape and told me it's because my nails are short. That's not why they're uneven. That's you. My nails have been kauffined stillettoed squared short and long and I've never had a shittier job. She didn't cut them after the fill she waited to shape until the end. She ignored me when I said I wanted them chrome and told me they didn't do chrome. But clearly I saw them on the front desk then she acted like she didn't understand me and replied "oh no look good nails short". When I questioned the shape politely mind you cause I didn't want her to cut me she told me I was "crazy nails look good".  5 days later my nails look like their months old with a ton of acrylic and gel polish caked near the cuticle. Ones lifting. I hate them so much I want to soak them off and not let anyone redo them at all. I was so mad I wasted my money because to get them fixed would cost me. I was in a family wedding this weekend and all these girls had killer nails but me and normally someone's always asking about my nails. During my pedicure she pulled so hard with the cuticle trimmer she cut the top of my big toe. As as I left she was right outside on her phone smoking cigarettes. I guess she did such a poor job because I interrupted her break. Idk. But what I do know is DON'T GO THERE.  Cause birds of a feather if ones awful with piss poor manners ethics and service. Worst service I have ever received at a nail place. I wish I checked the review before going. I was so desperate to get my nails done immediately. The people are so dirty and dismissive. They do y listen to anything you tell then they just do whatever they want. They filed my nails the wrong shape and when I tried to explain to them they were like we know we know. I hate this place. I agree with the majority of the comments but I do go for a Pedicure with Susan. She is great and takes her time and gives a wonderful Pedi experience. Now downside. That is the ONLY service I will get from this place. I went to another salon and had my nail tech at another location but she kept overbooking my appointments with others and I just can't handle that especially when it takes me forever to coordinate so I can go to the salon. So for right now i'm doing my own mani's and eyebrows. Might stay like that for a while because I can't find anyone to get my eyebrows done right. Read Less

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. I sat and waited for a nail repair for 15 minutes only for them to allow another person that came in after me to go ahead and get her nail fixed. The "eyebrow" guy is so full of himself. He didnt follow instuctions to wax my brows. He thinned my brow too much. This is the same request I give when anyone waxes my brows. But noooo he felt he knew better and did what he wanted. When i called the manager to explain, the brow guy admitted he didnt follow direction and claimed I "set him up". I had to tell him to stop yelling. I wish i didnt agree to a discounted payment It will take a month before my brows grow back. Read Less

I have to say, I'm extremely disappointed in this salon. I gave it a shot on two different occasions. My first visit with Leina was very nice, $38 for an acrylic full set. I decided to revisit Leina on Tuesday for a fill since I was pleased with her work before. TERRIBLE DECISION! Not only did my middle finger break THE VERY NEXT DAY, Leina also refused to repair it upon my arrival to the shop yesterday. She had Tim fix it which was fine, however I would've appreciated her at least coming out to speak to me. This morning as I was walking into work, my index nail broke! This is literally 2 DAYS AFTER getting a fill in! I would NEVER suggest this salon to ANYONE! The products are crappy OBVIOUSLY, and the professionalism is lacking MAJORLY! Read Less

Never again.I walked in because I was in the neighborhood shopping.  I've never been more mad after getting my nails done.  I got chrome gel nails.  Instead of just saying "hey, only one person in our salon knows how to do these, can you wait for her" they had someone who had. I fucking clue what she was doing work on my nails.Not only did she do a shit job with my manicure (my cuticles have never looked so dry and raggedy post-manicure), she had huge pools of gel at the tips of two of my nails, and proceeded as if there were two huge lumps on my index and middle finger.  The guy that works there saw it was messed up and stepped in to fix it but he did a half-ass job filing down the lumps to smaller mounds and still putting the chrome powder on.  They finish up and there are clumps of polish under my nails.  I had to get a metal file out my purse and start pulling the dried up nail polish out because they acted like they were too blind to see it.Finally, another woman came with an electric drill to fix the two lumpy nails and clean up the polish all over my skin.  She was doing a great job... until she put the wrong color chrome powder on the two re-done nails.  At that point, I gave up.  I had already been there damn near two hours for a simple ass gel manicure.  So I have Miss-matched nails and the underside of my nail is still dirty as if I never got them done today. Please don't waste you time going to this salon. The reviews are absolutely accurate and I should have heeded them. I go in for a mani-pedi because I was short on time and wanted a place close to home. I was so disappointed with the results that I removed the nail polish as soon as I got home. I should have known it would be awful when the nail polish available for selection was limited and what was there was so old that it should have been throw out last year. Terrible just like the other comments said. I'm done with giving this place chances. My pedicure consisted of me soaking forever and then putting polish on. A little oil added to my legs. No hot towel, no leg massage. Just terrible. I get my nails done consistently so I'm expecting certain things to occur....like washing my hands after my nails are filed and buffed but the technician told me no you do that at the end (makes no sense). Also she/he attempted to massage my hands at the end of the pedicure with no lotion. Just my dry ass hands. Oh and how could I forget my tech getting up in the middle of my pedicure to go eat while someone took over and she/he returned. I was hesitant to go here because of the mixed reviews, but I definitely WILL NOT be going back! How is it that both my nails AND feet look WORSE than when I went in?!I went first thing in the morning. It just wasn't a good experience. Yikes! I guess I got lucky because my nails look amazing, they are exactly what I asked for! I can't recall my nail tech's name but she is the thinnest lady in there with longer burgundy hair so I suggest you look for her if you go there. The staff seems real comfortable with their clients and looks like they have a lot of regulars. Had to deduct a star because I genuinely despise when others talk in another language right in front of you. And this has nothing to do with insecurity but everything to do with manners. This was my first and last visit. The technician cut several of the cuticles during my pedi to the point where I spent the next week checking for infection. She did the same to my nails when I had an acrylic overlay put on. Nail color was nice but more training on curticle cutting is definitely needed here. I am diabetic and can't take anymore chances on this shop. Read Less
