WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Ok first off I went in there to get my eyelashes done and to get my nails done. THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE. THE NAIL TECH WAS RUDE, CUT MY FINGER AND MY ACRYLIC WAS THICK AND LUMPY !!! For my eyelashes Lady was USING SUPERFREAKINGLUE!!! On my individual lashes and second (besides it burning like hell DURING AND AFTER) she did a shoddy job left side was crooked and the right side was S P A C E D OUT !!! The paper towel got STUCK TO MY LOWER EYE AND SHE DIDNT BOTHER TO ASK IF I WAS OK.. I AM SO PISSED AND DISGUSTED WITH THAT PLACE I HOPE YOU ALL RUN OUT OF BUSINESS YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! You live and learn. I have a regular nail salon that I've gone to for over 20 years, but every once in awhile I'll try out a new place, out of convenience due to a very busy schedule. I don't consider myself overly picky when it comes to my manicures and pedicures, just expect professional and quality services. Thought it might be worth a try to go to this nail salon in Bowie that was between errands. Not a good idea. I'll never return. The tech clipped my skin when doing my manicure, and when I yelped in response, she said that I had scared her and that's why it happened. (No...cause and effect, you nipped me and as a result, I yelped). My gel manicure was sloppily done (as in-- gel polish covering my cuticles and skin). The tech left a big glob of clear dried gel overlay stuck to the side of my nail bed, and when I requested that it be removed, she took offense and removed only part of it. Eyebrow waxing was just as disappointing. She waxed OFF the edge of one of my eyebrows and then told me at the end that it was already shorter than the other one before she did it. I spent $50 on a gel pedicure and it was a very immature job for the price I paid. I asked for squared nails, they weren't squared and the polished smeared and came off the same night I got it done. Ones odd the nail techs wrote up our ticket, when I showed her my finished toes, she called my tech. He stated that my toes nails were like that when I came in. Ask for the Manger Tiffany, she had left. Toes were not properly file, polish was on the side and tech had a nasty attitude. They could not pay me to go back there. I would honestly give this place less than a zero if I could. Phil is not a good nail tech. Refused to show me a price list when there was a conflict in price from the last time I had been in the salon. Attempted to rush through fixing a broken nail and repeatedly dug into my nail bed regardless of my warning that my nails were natural and that he was hurting me. Never again will we return. On Jan 11th, 2 of my friends and I went in and received horrible customer service. I'm guessing the boss wasn't there this day so the workers really didn't care. My friend changed her mind on doing acrylics and the worker got mad after putting glue on two fingers. The lady working on my toes did not put effort in by cleaning around the nail where there was paint on my skin still so I asked her to clean it with the brush. She then dropped my new uggs to the ground and angrily cleaned it. We then asked to borrow their nail enamel dryer and they said it was finished but my friend spotted a full bottle on a brown shelf located in the front and asked to use it. The lady then rudely told us "not to go into their drawer next time" to get it when the drawer clearly needed a key. I do not recommend this place. They don't care about their customers. Read Less

Have been going to this salon..and to it's previous location for 14 years. Helen, the owner is an amazing technician and aims to please. The level of customer service and genuine willingness to please is beyond measure. I would recommend Helen and her team unconditionally! Read Less
