Terrible customer service. Stood at stand for 4 mins. Standing looking watching, technicians walking past walking in the back and still stand here and no one is payin me no mind as I write this review. 6mins now. There are two guest 3 techs.... Soooooo.. Im leaving.

I am having an issue with my time not being respected. I have booked appointments, arrive 30 mins to an hour early, and yet the technician still runs late. When I go to pay with my credit card, don't ask why I don't use my cash to tip you. Also just because you see me driving a SUV, assume that I am rich, well off, or have a lot of money. What I drive and what's in my wallet, is my business.

This was my first time visiting American Nails. I had a wonderful experience. Ms. Kim took real good care of me. I asked to have my nails soaked off while im having a pedicure. She also did a very good job on my over lay. Ms. Kim provided excellent service. The great part about my experience was that the same person that did my pedicure was the same person who did my nails.I truely appreciated that excellent service Ms Kim provided. I will return. If your looking for a good nailery with reasonable prices go and check them out. I live in bowie, md and i take the drive to receive good service.

I have been going there for a little over a year. It's a hit or miss with them. Over the past summer they changed managment and updated the salon which was awesome. When I get pedicure and eye brows done they are amazing! When I get my full set filled it's not always great. The owner who sits by the cash register is always on her phone. She was on the phone when she did my nails once and was horrible I DO NOT RECCOMEND HER. The other ladies are great!. The ladies are great at looking at the picture on pintrest and giving you the same design. Beside my issue with the new owner I love this place and there prices are reasonable.

This was my first time visiting American Nails. I had a wonderful experience. Ms. Kim took real good care of me. I asked to have my nails soaked off while im having a pedicure. When I get pedicure and eye brows done they are amazing! When I get my full set filled it's not always great. The owner who sits by the cash register is always on her phone.
