I could cry, after going to Jenny for months since moving back, her being the first person who ever did my eyebrows at 16. I went in Friday evening for a cleaning. I was waiting, fine with waiting since I didn't have an appointment. Yet, when another girl came in she was told to take me back. I trust Jenny and thier employees. At least, I thought I could. I explained that one eyebrow is used to shape the other because of lack of growth. I couldn't remember which one, but she said she would figure it out. When she showed me, I could cry. Not only do they provide their services whether it be eyebrow threading, pedicures, manicures, massages, hair or skin care but they also give you tips on how to keep up with it on your own! I have been going there several times to do my eyebrows with the thread, I love it! They are very nice people and they do a great job with the eyebrows! I did my nails two weeks ago. I felt like the tech did not know what she was doing. I did not like how she glued the nails with the fake ones. She did the dip powder but it didnt last at least two weeks. I went there for a pedicure with my 3 children in tow. Not only did I get one of the best pedicures I've ever had.... they were so beyond good to my 2 girls. They got their toes & nails painted complete with a flower design! They were just so nice & I cannot say enough good things! Read Less

I was in desperate need of a good place to have my eyebrows done since my previous girl moved away. I tried several places in Rockville (Cindy's Nails, Mirage Nails, Brow Art) and all of them were butchers. I read the reviews for Jennifer and I thought I'd give this place a try in preparation for my trip to Mexico.  With my mother in law tow, we headed down to Beltsville on a Sunday morning. I figured we'd pamper ourselves and get the works. When we arrived, we were semi greeted by a receptionist who asked if we had an appointment.As we did not and they indicated on the signage that walk-ins were welcome, I didn't think this would be a problem. Wrong! They offered to do my nails but not the feet and my mother in-laws feet but not the nails. My eyebrows and maybe my mother in laws brows. It was crazy. Doesn't seem like they have a good handle on the timing of their services offered and a comfort with their ability to provide continual support. In the end, they ended up doing both of our hands, feet and eyebrows but it took a lot of patience and coaxing. While everything turned out okay, I don't think it was really worth the anxiety particularly if you have an event. Read Less

I went to the salon for a pedicure and possibly a manicure because I wanted a paraffin treatment. The whole process was very strange and not what I'm typically used to when getting a pedicure. Nonetheless, it was going ok until she let the water out of the basin and left my other foot just sitting out. The whole point of the warm water is to soften the skin to make it easier to clip down. My foot sat out for at least 10 minutes while she finished working on my other foot. I got up to pick a color and noticed most of the paints were no-named brands and the colors had started to separate from the bottle which means they don't use them often. As she painting, paint is going all over my skin. She did clean them up with a brush however when she finished it looked like a kindergartener painted my toes. Lastly, it took almost an entire 60 minutes for subpar results. I barely received a foot/ leg massage and my toes looked horrible. I would NOT recommend this place for pedicures. Read Less

I am so sad to rate this place a 1. This is my second visit here and I was so excited to come back because I has an awesome experience then. Don't get me wrong, the staff there is super sweet and Jennifer is amazing. However, the lack of attention to details was the deal breaker today. When I had arrived, I had to wait about fifteen minutes for someone to get to me. However, it wasn't too big of an issue. For my pedicure, the lady had a tough time filing my nails down and would not cut then like I asked her to. At first, Jennifer told her to keep them long but I asked her again that I would like them short. She forgot to put the accent color on so when she did it looked like a huge blob of nail polish on my toe. However, the worst was the gel manicure. Jennifer had prepped my hands and did not both to ask me about how I would like them shaped. She did a quick and lackluster job at my cuticles which look the same. I was SOOOO disappointed!!!!!!! The tools were just dumped in this liquid and I was wary of how sanitary the tools were. When going to eat my hands, the lady told me to brush my nails with a heavily used brush which I did not like. The third lady who finished my manicure did not clean up the gel from underneath my nails so my skin is currently stuck to the polish. The polish also hung over my nails so I had to get a filer at home and do it myself. I love the people but I will not be coming back and that makes me so sad. Read Less

Make sure you call for an appointment, because there was no one there!!! To do anything but take appointments. I wonder where the nail tech are at. I know they in another salon. I need my nails done. Came here on a whim bc I needed side burn threading (I know ouch...part of a laser treatment) but anywho. Came in at 4:55pm. Was asked if I had an appointment which I didn't and your info says walk ins are welcomed and according to the petite lady working I had to be seen by Jennifer. As I was waiting one of Jennifer's appointments came in and a walk in but the walk in was turned away?! Wait what?! I'm not even going to get into that bc if that would've been me.....smh I was seen by Jennifer. I felt extremely rushed. And it was more painful then I am used to. She kept asking questions as in to why I am getting my side burns threaded when I had already explained why. To me she came off as if she was irritated that she was doing it for me. Then to make it worse she stopped midway to say my hair went into her eyes. You know that noise you make when you eat something spicy that breathing noise well she was making a lot of that. When she was done I got off the bed and checked to see it was done right bc the amount of pain I was going through I thought I would see something bad. I was getting myself together when she had already walked out the room. I guess she noticed and came back asking if I needed anything. Umm no just getting my self together before heading outside but you rushed out for whatever reason. We head over to the register and mind you it was my first time and she knew that yet standing there as if I knew how much I was paying. Point of my story. I'm never setting foot there again. I thought it would be good but no It's true what they say you just can't go try new places. Next time I'll take the extra time off from work to head over to where I'm used too. Btw the room where I was taken into was completely nasty. I honestly wish I had taken pictures. There were wax strips with hair on the floor near the trash can. The waxing table looked nasty. 1 star for the $10 threading. Regret leaving a tip. Read Less

I love this place! Jenny is the eyebrow threading perfectionist and she also trains her staff to be just as flawless. Everyone there is very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they do wonderful mani and pedi work as well. Shirley and Sweetie both are perfectionists and definitely take pride in their nail work. I highly recommend this place to you all. To be honest though, if you're looking for a place with a top-notch relaxing pedicure, this is not the place. However, they will leave your feet soft and your nails beautiful and long-lasting. If you are looking for a place to create personal relationships, be remembered and called by name, and not be considered another number, then this place is definitely for you! This is a totally different nail shop/salon. I called and got scheduled for an appt within 15 mins of calling. I was set up with a very nice young lady with glasses. I was going to get a reg mani but changed my mind to get gel. The reg mani was priced at 15$ and the gel was 28$.. Not bad compared to other places. I was about to actually get a mani in Langley park/Hyattsville but I'm so happy I decided not to!!  The nail tech was nice and we had good convo the whole time. I initially picked a mood changing color but it started peeling from the edge of my nail so she quickly suggested we pick a diff color. I picked this greyish blue color that was a non mood changing gel. She applied two coats and then asked if I wanted another coat. I did want another coat and I'm glad she asked me before I asked her. The end result was nice shiny and clean. I will come back because it's perfectly located in between home and work. So I can pop in before work or after work. And she mentioned facials including extractions that take about 1 hour and 15 mins for 85$! Sounds pretty good to me. Read Less

Jenny and her staff were wonderful. They accommodated my bridal party reservation of 11 people with grace and awesome customer service. Our nails looked perfect for the big day!! Jenny went absolutely above and beyond what was expected with so many thoughtful things that made our time there so very memorable. If you're looking for just a manicure, or hosting a bridal party of manicures/pedicures, this is the place to go!! I wish i lived closer... I would make this my regular. I visited this spot based on a recommendation from my best friend who has been coming here for years. I was terrified to get my eyebrows threaded but every time I looked at her pristine and beautifully shaped eyebrows, I gained a bit more courage until I finally decided to do it! I saw Jenny and she made me feel relaxed and explained every step to me. She spoke to me to get my mind off of it and to keep my calm. I really appreciated the time and care that she put into making my first threading experience a great one. When I got up from the table and she handed me a mirror, I almost cried at how beautiful my eyebrows looked! I am extremely grateful for Jenny and her threading skills. It pains me to write this review, because I used to be such a big fan. I came here for years to get my threading and Brazilians done...now I'm going elsewhere. Pooja could always be counted on to fit me in for a quick appointment and the results were flawless. Jenny also did a phenomenal job.However, the interior of this place isn't the only thing that's changed. The customer service has gone completely downhill. My last visit was particularly upsetting since I've paid $28 for years (on a service that I prefer to not mention), and ended up paying more...for it to be done improperly. I understand that I was going to Pooja and she's no longer there, but it doesn't change the fact that I've been coming here for years. I refer people on a constant basis, especially through my job since the patients usually live in the area. I should be able to keep the same price that I'm accustomed to paying for a facial threading service. Not $7 more.  I also called last minute, at the end of the day. Yes, I understand how annoying that can be, but a customer is a customer and if you don't like last-minute appointments then put a nice big sign on your door. This way, people can take their money and business elsewhere. There's plenty of salons that offer the same services and would gladly take an appointment last minute, especially for threading. It's not a wax. It's threading. So little comments during a service stating that you weren't aware of my appointment are very rude. Extremely rude. I did not show up and expect service, I called beforehand and was told THAT IT WAS OK TO COME IN. I am a customer. Who is paying you money. Who is going to tip you. Don't be rude to me. So...long story short, I'd rather wait for my girl Rani in DC or visit Kamna instead of enduring passive-aggressive behavior for sub-standard service. Read Less
