I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for over a year now to Melissa and I have never been happier! Melissa is amazing at what she does! Not only does she take her time and make sure the nails are done to her liking but he is able to go above and beyond with designs! I always seem to have a challenge for her and she never seems to back out. I had her do a very detailed nails for NHRA drag racing for my favorite funny car driver and when I went to the race he actually took a picture of me covering my eyes with my nails and put them on his facebook! While the salon is beautiful inside, the actual services provided are terrible. I got a gel manicure on a Friday afternoon. By Tuesday, almost every nail had chipped, some completely off. I called and they said to come back in, they would redo it for no charge. That was kind of them. I decided to switch brands of polish in case it was maybe a lower quality gel polish that I had the first time. Here I am, 6 days later, and two of my nails have chips in them. I have had gel manicures that lasted 2+ weeks, so this is very disappointing. There's no chance that I will come back. Read Less

I've been going their since I was 16 years old. I'm now in my mid 40's now. They are always professional and prompt. Always showing courtesy and concern for your Mano/pedi/waxing needs. Lisa and Dave are the owners. And they just moved into a bigger, newly remodeled and all new equipment. A must see!!!!!!! Call and schedule an appointment with Lisa or Dave. Best place to get your nails done! They recently moved and redesigned the salon and it is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone who works there is super sweet and professional. I usually go to Amy but I've been with Dawn and Michelle and I've never seen a reason to complain. When I break a nail, they fix it for FREE. They also have a ton of gel colors. Went here on a Saturday and it was PACKED. But I didn't have to wait long before being seated for a full set acrylic. My manicurist went above and beyond to find the exact shade gel color I showed her from some Pinterest photos I had brought in. In the end when compared to what I wanted, the colors of the glitter and base polish were off. But I appreciated the effort. From there it went downhill because I guess she had a regular customer come in who requested her services. So she began rushing thru my service. Then I was passed on to TWO different people to finish my nails because she wanted to wait on the other lady. The result - the acrylic overlay on my nails is way too thick, bumpy, and uneven because she didn't take the time to file/buff them before passing me off. I posted a picture with my review as reference, but it was hard to capture with my cell phone. When I run my fingers across the surface you can literally feel the dips on top. Luckily there's a Sally's right next door...I bought a nail file to even out the shape of my nails because they all looked different. The design I wanted didn't exactly look like the pic I showed, but the (third) girl who painted it was sweet and we had a nice chat about wedding plans (she's getting married too). She also explained that the Pinterest pic I showed her was actually a foil decal...so I understand why it didn't end up looking exactly like what I wanted. Been getting my nails done since I was in high school and this shop is not on my list of places to go back to. But I give one star for the cleanliness of the salon. I LOVE it here! I will never go anywhere else. The quality of their products are amazing and last so long. Every time I get a Acrylic full set fill with Gel Shellac. I have never been disappointed. After I got my nails done (10th time) my nails hurt sooo bad and all the other times they never hurt as bad as these people did mine. Also they rushed through my nail design and now it's screwed up also I picked out a color and the color is clear it was suppose to be more of a solid color but it isn't. The products suck. Also my nails stung for a couple of hours after I got them done and that has never happened also the side of my nail bled a bit (shouldn't happen) also they kept switching people which kind of annoyed me also this took for ever. It takes over a hour just to get regular nails done. The place I usually go only took 30 mins to do my entire set. Also they didn't rush. I'm not coming back here ;/ also very expensive. ;) I'll just keep going to the place I usually go. Read Less

Been going here for a few years now & it's my favorite.  I like that I am never rushed & everyone is so nice.  They have a ton of great gel colors to choose from. It gets busy in late afternoons & especially fri-sat. They are closed on sun.  The only thing I don't like: they keep their gloves on while massaging your legs & feet during your pedicure & it feels cold & rubbery. Read Less

Loved this place at the beginning. The nail technicians are talented but the products suck! I received a liquid gel manicure and pedicure on a Monday (paid almost 60 dollars) and by Fri my nail color started to darken then on Sun my toe polish was chipping. Came bk on that Tues bc they are closed on Sun and that Mon they were closed for the lunar New Year. Came bk on Tues to get the darkened chipped polish changed and 4 chipped toes repainted and was charged $20 by the owner! It messed up before a week! She offered $5 off so basically I paid $75 for a gel mani and pedi. Will NOT be returning 😕 Read Less
