I went in on Sunday for the first time ever and got my nails done they were way too long way too thick and odly shaped I was just all around unhappy with them I kept telling the woman what I wanted fixed and she just kind of kept brushing it off and there was def a language barrier as well I realized she wasn’t going to get them how I wanted and I gave up and said I’ll just deal with it....the more I looked at them the more I hated them and realized I can’t walk around with them looking like that my coworkers kept telling me they looked like the catch me outside girls nails and they really did (that is funny but if you know who she is you know that’s bad) regardless of the quality of my nails that is NOT my reason for my negative review I was absolutely disgusted and honestly shocked at how the owner Tracy handled the situation I called in Monday morning and said I was unhappy can I come in at a certain time to have them fixed and can some one different fix them I also said I don’t want to get the girl in trouble I just want my nails fixed they said no problem..... I come in and Tracy asked me what I did not like I showed her and told her she tried to blame it on my nail and then blamed it on the color of the dip powder (how ridiculous just admit fault) she also tried to have the same woman from the day before fix them when I specifacly requested someone else when I called earlier in the day and they agreed to that so that was vary awkward as well but the worst part about it was she was extremely rude and condasending to me about it I was vary polite I just wanted my nails fixed and she made me feel extremely uncomfaterble and unwelcome again I was not mad about the poor quality of the nails the first time that can be fixed and the girl who fixed them did a great job but I will never return to this salon simply due to how I was treated by the owner Tracy she was extremely unprofessional and I would expect a lot more out of a business owner

This salon has the most relaxing atmosphere around. Instead of televisions all over the walls you relax in your spa/pedicure chair listening to music that calms and soothes. Easy listening/classical music plays while you are there. There is no stress and the techs here know their stuff. I left with a wonderful pedicure and exceptional nail treatment. I have finally found the nail salon in Harford County that I love....nine or so attempts before this one. I highly recommend Herbal Nail Care & Spa to everyone.

I had high hopes for this nail spa. I heard they give great pedicures with a good massage. The gentleman who was doing my pedicure gave the fastest and worst massage I’ve ever had. I watched as two ladies next to me looked like they got much more attention and length to their massage- which most people know is a key element to a relaxing pedicure. Perhaps I did not get one of their better employees. Extremely disappointing.

This place saved my nails! After two pretty bad manicures from other places in Bel Air, I came to Herbal Nail Spa pretty desperate. Tracy killed it. She made my nails look the best they have in a long time and was patient with the (many) requests I made. They took me without an appointment, and I got a new set. Their prices and their service is way above the rest.

So happy I found him! He actually listens to his customer. A rare find with all the pushy nail salons. Ask for Lee, you won't be disappointed!!!

Giving two stars bc my two best friends love it there and have had great experiences which makes me hesitant to write a negative review. I called ahead on a Saturday bc my friends told me it's gotten busier and there is always a wait now, the man on the phone said I don't need an appointment just to come in and they could take me immediately bc they weren't busy. I rush to get there in 5 mins and sat for 40 mins in the pedi chair I was directed to without anyone acknowledging me until I got up and walked out. They chased me out and said they could take me now...I appreciated it but no thanks. I went to the place across the street (Nail Concept) and had one of the best pedicures I have ever had, plus they took me immediately! This seems like sort of a cautionary tail for small businesses with a lot of local competition. I will likely not give them another shot and am now a regular customer at Nail Concept.

I have had acrylic nails for over 6 years and have NEVER had such an awful job done. The woman who gave me a pedicure and a fill (Angel) was terrible. I asked her not to cut down my toenails but just to file them, but 5 minutes later she begins clipping them. Then I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. I wanted the same shape and color. However, I left with shorter nails than I've ever had, all at different lengths, square shaped instead of the rounded ovals I wanted and a completely different color than asked for. $98 later and I was out the door. I have never been so disappointed with the way my nails came out. Save yourself the money and the headache and find a different place.

Yesterday was only my third time at herbal, but I am definitely a customer for life now! Michael did my nails using the new powder dip and they turned out beautiful! He was really gentle and didn't cut or burn me even once. He also checked each nail multiple times to make sure they were nice and even, as well as the shape that I asked for. I also got a pedicure that was great as well. Thank you!

Dirty! I was hoping to like this place but was very disappointed. Did not see them clean the instruments or anything. The tech had me soak my nails in water but I was getting a gel manicure which is supposed to be done without water. They tried to talk me out of the color I wanted multiple times. Ended up getting a French manicure and had to have her go over them a few times because the line was too thick. Also, Very expensive for the service and treatment I received! Giving them 2 stars instead of one because my nails looked pretty good when I left but I cannot over look how unsanitary it was.

Tracy was my nail technician and I am IN LOVE with my nails! I hadn't gotten my nails done in years due to several bad experiences at other nail boutiques, but after a friend suggested Herbal Nails, I decided to give them a try. The area is clean, well decorated, and all of the employees were welcoming and friendly.Tracy is a doll and was incredibly awesome to work with. She did exactly what I wanted and my nails look better than they ever have before!! Prices were fair and much lower than other locations in the area. I am so happy with with my nails that I cant wait to go again!

The technician Lynn (sp?) is a gem. She took her time with her work and didn't rush my pedicure at all. I opted for their Herbal Cocoa pedicure and loved every bit of it! The pedicure stations are meticulously clean. They take special care by adding a disposable plastic cover inside the basin. The tools are sterilized for and sealed for each client. The smell of toxic fumes are also absent. The spa music is an added bonus.

My mother, my daughter's ( 10 and 5) and myself went for vacation mani and pedis. I was the only one that got the gel. As much as I wanted to like this place ( my technician was very friendly) I just can't recommend it. Worst gel I've ever gotten, was on my cuticles and just looked sloppy. In fact my gel on my toes lasted only 2 weeks!! The other manicures and pedicures lasted about 2 days. My mother doesn't abuse her hands or her feet and 2 days? So I hope some changes come in the near future as I would like to see businesses succeed, but I'll be going back to my old salon.

Best nail place ever! The ladies and one gentleman here are just dynamite! It's a small family that owns this shop and they put their heart and soul in it. I've been looking all my life to find someone like Traci to do my nails. She takes her time and does what is requested. Appointments are easy to get with her too. She does a wonderful job on my nails and treats them like they're hers. She loves what she does too. The pedicures here are heaven on earth. I always get the fancy schmancy one (only because I'm on my feet all day). It is so relaxing and my feet stay nice for awhile. Th atmosphere is also desirable. There's calming music when I enter, everything is clean, and there are smiles. The chairs are all comfortable too. The prices are reasonable as well. They're competitive with other salons in the area.

The ladies were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I did think the salon had a strong nail polish remover smell when I walked in. It took me a little while to get used to that.

I needed to get my nails done desperately. I noticed the salon as I was leaving festival and decided to stop in. The salon is very relaxing. It's spacious and smells wonderful. The relaxing spa music was wonderful. I got a nice set of gel nails for 30 . It's been about s week and they still look nice. It wasn't very crowded and the technicians were friendly. I don't really enjoy chatty technicians so I was happy that the young lady I had didn't seem to want to talk much . I can see myself becoming a regular here .

I called ahead on a Saturday bc my friends told me it's gotten busier and there is always a wait now, the man on the phone said I don't need an appointment just to come in and they could take me immediately bc they weren't busy. I rush to get there in 5 mins and sat for 40 mins in the pedi chair I was directed to without anyone acknowledging me until I got up and walked out. They chased me out and said they could take me now...I appreciated it but no thanks. I went to the place across the street (Nail Concept) and had one of the best pedicures I have ever had, plus they took me immediately! This seems like sort of a cautionary tail for small businesses with a lot of local competition. I will likely not give them another shot and am now a regular customer at Nail Concept.

I have had acrylic nails for over 6 years and have NEVER had such an awful job done. The woman who gave me a pedicure and a fill (Angel) was terrible. I asked her not to cut down my toenails but just to file them, but 5 minutes later she begins clipping them. Then I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. I wanted the same shape and color. However, I left with shorter nails than I've ever had, all at different lengths, square shaped instead of the rounded ovals I wanted and a completely different color than asked for. $98 later and I was out the door. I have never been so disappointed with the way my nails came out. Save yourself the money and the headache and find a different place.

Yesterday was only my third time at herbal, but I am definitely a customer for life now! Michael did my nails using the new powder dip and they turned out beautiful! He was really gentle and didn't cut or burn me even once. He also checked each nail multiple times to make sure they were nice and even, as well as the shape that I asked for. I also got a pedicure that was great as well. Thank you!

Dirty! I was hoping to like this place but was very disappointed. Did not see them clean the instruments or anything. The tech had me soak my nails in water but I was getting a gel manicure which is supposed to be done without water. They tried to talk me out of the color I wanted multiple times. Ended up getting a French manicure and had to have her go over them a few times because the line was too thick. Also, Very expensive for the service and treatment I received! Giving them 2 stars instead of one because my nails looked pretty good when I left but I cannot over look how unsanitary it was.

I hadn't gotten my nails done in years due to several bad experiences at other nail boutiques, but after a friend suggested Herbal Nails, I decided to give them a try. The area is clean, well decorated, and all of the employees were welcoming and friendly.Tracy is a doll and was incredibly awesome to work with. She did exactly what I wanted and my nails look better than they ever have before!! Prices were fair and much lower than other locations in the area. I am so happy with with my nails that I cant wait to go again!

Meaning, my acrylics last 4 weeks between fills without chipping, falling off, or breaking. Her fills are sturdy and she does a great job at making fake nails look natural.

The technician Lynn (sp?) is a gem. She took her time with her work and didn't rush my pedicure at all. I opted for their Herbal Cocoa pedicure and loved every bit of it! The pedicure stations are meticulously clean. They take special care by adding a disposable plastic cover inside the basin. The tools are sterilized for and sealed for each client. The smell of toxic fumes are also absent. The spa music is an added bonus.

My mother, my daughter's ( 10 and 5) and myself went for vacation mani and pedis. I was the only one that got the gel. As much as I wanted to like this place ( my technician was very friendly) I just can't recommend it. Worst gel I've ever gotten, was on my cuticles and just looked sloppy. In fact my gel on my toes lasted only 2 weeks!! The other manicures and pedicures lasted about 2 days. My mother doesn't abuse her hands or her feet and 2 days? So I hope some changes come in the near future as I would like to see businesses succeed, but I'll be going back to my old salon.

Best nail place ever! The ladies and one gentleman here are just dynamite! It's a small family that owns this shop and they put their heart and soul in it. I've been looking all my life to find someone like Traci to do my nails. She takes her time and does what is requested. Appointments are easy to get with her too. She does a wonderful job on my nails and treats them like they're hers. She loves what she does too. The pedicures here are heaven on earth. I always get the fancy schmancy one (only because I'm on my feet all day). It is so relaxing and my feet stay nice for awhile. Th atmosphere is also desirable. There's calming music when I enter, everything is clean, and there are smiles. The chairs are all comfortable too. The prices are reasonable as well. They're competitive with other salons in the area.

First time I was ever at this nail salon. I did have to wait a long time to be seated, the nail salon was very busy. I got a mani/pedi and I'm satisfied with both. The ladies were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I did think the salon had a strong nail polish remover smell when I walked in. It took me a little while to get used to that.

I needed to get my nails done desperately. I noticed the salon as I was leaving festival and decided to stop in. The salon is very relaxing. It's spacious and smells wonderful. The relaxing spa music was wonderful. I got a nice set of gel nails for 30 . It's been about s week and they still look nice. It wasn't very crowded and the technicians were friendly. I don't really enjoy chatty technicians so I was happy that the young lady I had didn't seem to want to talk much . I can see myself becoming a regular here .
