The color selection cannot be beat. Henry will often recommend or tell you about the newest colors they have or what is popular right now (I'm not ontop of all the nail fashion). I have often seen colors on other girls and, when I describe it to Henry, he'll find the match. On top of that, if I select a color, he'll find a match in a similar brand that is known to last long. Every time I have gone, the no chip has lasted upwards of 3 weeks! (Which I love because, once it chips, I pick at it and make it worse.) All of the nail technicians do an excellent job! I know Henry is hard to get in with but I have never been disappointed by any of the technicians. I also recommend making an appointment. They're prices are very reasonable for the area. My only 'down side' is that is does take longer than a normal manicure/pedicure because they are so meticulous. I'd recommend reserving at least 45 min for a manicure. Read Less

Rude customer service . I came in to get my nails done and the 2 women looked shocked that im even there im guessing because it was so early but your sign says open at 930 and I got there at 935 whats the problem? well if you dont feel like working go back home!! Ridiculous plus MY GEL NAILS ARE PEELING AND ITS ONLY BEEN ONE DAY SINCE IVE HAD THEM DONE PLUS MY GEL ON ONE FINGER WAS LUMPY LOOKING. What a horrible place to get ur nails and especially ur eye brows waxed!!! The last took half my eyebrow off and then accused me of not having any hair in the first place! I had eyebrows before I came to ur salon!!! They rush u in rush u out so a horrible rushed through job on ur nails and charge u whatever they feel like at the time. If i could give 0 stars I would. I got a full set and they looked like Walmart press on nails. They weren't even and I asked for coffin shape. 2 out of my 10 fingers looked like the shape I asked for. When they started to glue the nails on my nails started burning (never happened before ). I just took them off and they came off SO easily. I wouldn't recommend anybody go here. There also so loud and unprofessional like I'm trying to relax and all they are doing is screaming and vacuuming. Inside isn't spa like at all. It looks busted Read Less

Sketchy. My friends and I went here to get our nails done for prom and the experience was not all that to say the least. First of all, the woman doing my manicure made me pay before the job was done. Ummm...what? When has that ever been okay? Because I was paying with a gift certificate I payed anyways. Her tone of asking was demanding and kind of rude. Also, I was the only one out of my friends that was made to pay early. My nails ended up just looking like something I could have done and if that was what I wanted I would not have come. Secondly, my friends got acrylic nails and they were way too thick and sloppily done. A design was done on my friend's nails' that she did not ask for and was made to pay for it anyways. Walked in it was a very unprofessional environment. A girl that works there was lounging on the couch. One of the guys was walking around, dancing, singing very loudly. The girl that helped me was very pushy and when I didn't want to get the gel nails she got extremely nasty. The same girl lounging on the couch ended up taking care of my sister, the girl was very rough, and very rude. Did not say your welcome, thank you, nothing! I've been going to Henry for 15 years. For sure, he never disappoints. When it comes to any service, Henry and Angie are true artist's. I travel 45 miles, two to three times a month to get my nails done at V S. I tried to go to 10 other places, in an attempt to find a closer nail salon because I moved.  Every salon experience was horrible. I'd rather spend the money on fuel, and continue my relationship with V S nails. Plus, know my nails will last. I am a forever faithful customer to V S Nails. They do the best job!!!! Read Less

This place is no good. They kept complaining and getting upset that I would not do the more expensive stuff even after I explained that I cannot because of my job. They don't rub your hands at all and also become upset when you don't pay before you sit. They are just not very nice and don't really care. Read Less

On a whim I stopped by this salon for a mani and pedi. After stating the services I wanted they quickly whisked me to the back of the business for my pedi. Before I knew it my feet were in water and I was left to wait for my manicurist. This lul allowed me time to make a visual observation of my new surroundings. It was not pleasant.  First, you couldn't tell the employees from the customers.  No uniform coats, pins or matching tops. Second,  it was FILTHY! What had I gotten myself into? Too late, here was the manicurist.  So, I went with the program and had her complete the pedicure.  She did a nice job and was quite friendly so, it wasn't her fault this place was dirty. I asked to use the restroom between my pedi and mani.  That was a mistake,  ugh. A gas station has cleaner bathrooms for sure. Now I'm disgusted.  I decided I was going to call the health department on them but, since my toes were still wet I may as well finish with my mani. I reported to my station for the mani. The walls had cobwebs and dusty fixtures.  The carpet was littered with nail clipping.  Yuck. So, my manicurist got to work and finished me quickly.  No small talk which I was okay with since I wanted to get the heck out of there. We settled up and I was out the door.  So, the unexpected result of my horrific experience was the best nail job I have ever had. NO JOKE!  So, what's a girl to do?  Yep, I've been back.  No pedi,  only mani,  first thing in the am before the place is completely trashed.  I don't put myself in a position to use the restroom and when I look at the dust and cobwebs I tell myself that they're ready for Halloween. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews but, I take my spare time and money very seriously so here goes...Im back in my hometown visiting family. I nevvver have free time so while my Mom babysits and my husband naps, I decide to get my nails done. Yay me. I've never been to this salon before, but it was in close proximity to "home" and empty on a Tuesday afternoon so why not?I walk in and am seated right away with a very sweet gentleman who chatted me up while he prepped me for my full set of ballerina gel nails. ($5 extra for the shape)So he begins by adding the tips and the gel layer. Standard. Now instead of gently filing down the sides of my nails, he clips them with a nail clippers. Ballerina? No. Stiletto?  No. Weird no name, non-uniform shape?  YepNo way am I going to sit through a soak off and re-do. So we continue...He polishes my nails WITHOUT having me wash my hands first. (Very neat polish job BTW).  Overall, the  gel is too thick for my liking, not properly filed.  I received no massage, no pampering, Just $50 down the drain. Read Less

The absolute worse pedicure I've ever had in life!!!!!! This salon does not sterilize their tools!!! Let's start from the beginning. 1. Broken massage chairs2. They switched my chair and didn't clean the bowl out after the lady before me was done.  I had to get a translator to tell the technician I had to clean it. 3. He tried to start the pedicure with old tools that weren't sterilized.4. After getting clean tools he tried to use an old file and foot scrub which I had to get him to change for new ones. 5. No massage was given. This was by far the most unsanitary salon I've ever been to. Needless to say I didn't get the manicure I requested as well. Read Less
