My mother, brother, and I were looking for a place to get pedicures done before our cruise that was two days away. Normally, we go to the salon in the Nottingham Walmart and knock out some shopping too, but we had just left the mall and wanted to all be done at the same time. I walked in first to check out the pricing, I think it was $20 for a basic, an extra $5 for callus removal (which is what my brother and I got), my mama treated herself to a spa pedicure ($35ish?). There really wasn't much difference in my opinion, maybe a slightly longer massage and more hot towels for her. I had wanted to use my own polish but forgot to bring it, so I took forever to choose a color, even though the selection was pretty basic. The layer of dust on them told me it had been a while since they had last been used, so I should have just gone to Walmart like I planned. The actual pedicure was fine, can't complain too much, but nothing to rave about. My feet were smooth enough for me, though my brother's probably could have used more scrubbing. Too little, too late now. I didn't notice at the time, but the technician (little bro and I had the same tech) could have done a better job with polishing the edges of my toes. I was packing to come home and dropped a flip flop on my big toe, and a huge piece of polish chipped off. A flip flop! It's now a week later, and there's chipped polish all over the place. I didn't go swimming or take obscenely long showers or do anything crazy on the trip, so I don't think this should be the case. I'm just glad I didn't waste money on a manicure as well.I also had my eyebrows and lip waxed (one was $6, the other $8, can't remember which), but $14 for the both seems like a good deal to me. She did a good job, but I'm never in the area, so I wouldn't go back just for a waxing. Read Less
