I am a very lucky person who doesn't have to venture out to Scrub Nail Boutique to get my nails done. Rather, they travel over to my company's site with their equipment and set up a makeshift travel nail salon.I usually get the Timeless Mani, which costs $22 and takes about 45 minutes maximum. They take care of my cuticles, trim and shape my nails, moisturize my hands with lotion and paint my nails. They do a great job and don't take too long. It's a great way to break up a random work day! They also take credit card- you can even tip on the card.No complaints here! Read Less

I took my daughter here for her birthday where we both had pedi services. I was extremely disappointed. My polish was thick and smeared almost immediately. For the money we paid, it was an incredible waste. Communication with this service prior to and after our appointment was sketchy at best. Not very clean and messy especially in the back of the salon across from the pedicure stations.  The nail color selection was limited.  I was able to find it with the help of other reviewers and waze. Parking is difficult in this area. Read Less

This was the BEST pedicure I have ever had!  Jasmine was wonderful and the service was excellent.  That pedicure lasted a really long time and I was actually sad when I had to remove the polish -- haha!  She did a really great job!  I'm definitely going back.  The place had a nice atmosphere as well.  The website is easy to use and you can book multiple sessions at once.  The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the place seemed messy back where the pedicure chairs are and on the front desk.  The entrance is hard to find, I actually walked right past it, but that just adds to people's description of it being a hidden jewel. Very cute and comfortable environment. Snuggled in between a few shops, so can be easily missed. May not be your ideal place if you have a huge party- no more than six. Don't be fooled by the exterior, it's just the Baltimore row house feel but once inside you forget you're in the middle of the city. the place is dirty. i dont know how has no one noticed the filth on the floors and all around. The manicure and pedicure was basic at best but the tools left me with swelling and a mild infection in two of my toes. i would not recommend this place. Read Less

I had Ciera for a made-to-order pedi and it was great. Massage was so relaxing and Ciera was really nice. Atmosphere of the place was fun and unique, I really enjoyed it.Only complaint I had was that it's a little hard to find as it is on the 2nd floor above a restaurant and the sign is a little small. I absolutely love this place!!!...Cierra did an awesome job on my pedi plus the interior is very chic with a boutique spa versus drive thru feel...I highly recommend making appointments well in advance as they seem to book up pretty fast for popular times.They price comparable to a real salon/spa experience...For my visit i was hoping they would have wine, which I was told they usually do but there shipment was not here yet or had not come...but I was offered water out of a real glass and every one was warm, professional and friendly. Great overall experience! Clean, attentive and friendly. So why the 4 stars?1. I booked an appointment but unfortunately she was running behind and by behind I mean 15-20 minutes late - which I understand happens, but a little warning when I checked in would have be appreciated so that I could adjust my parking meter.2. I paid $16 extra for a gel manicure and it started lifting/chipping at day 6. I'm used to a gel manicure not budging for 2-3 weeks.3.  Polish selection is below average in my opinion. Read Less

Booked a manicure with Toni. I wasn't greeted warmly and the ambiance was nice, but not luxurious. The manicure was good, but not great. It's day three and one nail has already chipped. Once the manicure was done I was left to dry alone at a table - I felt so awkward.Polish was opi, nothing natural about it.Also, I wasn't asked to pay before polish, leaving a dangerous situation getting out money.All in all, convenient location, but not Baltimore's best. Booked a 3pm appointment online. On time. Zero greeting, not even, "be with you a minute, pick a colour, someone will be with you in a minute . Not cool. Wait until 3:15, and excuse myself. I get, literally, one manicure a year, because of my job, and don't appreciate being made to wait with hardly a glance or any consideration for my time. I am in the business of pleasing customers to pay me and my employees ,and always try to be considerate of their time & $ . A valuable lesson for sure. I like this place a lot! I get my hair done in the area and my stylist suggested giving this place a go,I'm glad she did.They were extremely accommodating, I called to make the appointment five minutes before walking in.The place is a bit hard to find but once in there I hit relaxation zone. SNB is inviting,calming,and a short escape from the real world.Unfortunately I don't remember the name of who completed my services but it started with a "K". K and I chatted from the start to end, often with nail salons there's that dreaded awkward silence...not here.as K described ...it really was a "nail therapy session". RUDE PEOPLE!! BAD SERVICE!!No nail dryer!!!!First of all the store is impossible to find. The door is under the awning of a different restaurant and it's not where it says it is on google maps. We were late to our appointment by like 10 minutes because it was so hard to find and the woman at the front desk gave us so much attitude. They were so rude when we walked in. They were angry that we weren't on time but the shop was completely empty so it shouldn't have even mattered. When they started doing our nails it was okay. They did a good job on my nails but my friend got gel and one of her nails wasn't painted completely and chipped as soon as we left. The woman finished painted my nails and she told me that they could dry once I left because there was no place in the store to dry your nails. HOW CAN A NAIL SALON NOT HAVE A PLACE TO DRY YOUR NAILS?!!??!!?! When we tried to pay the woman didn't know how to work the machine. It took her like 25 minutes to ring both of us up.I don't know how so many people had good experiences here. Where do I begin when it comes to my love for the lovely ladies at Scrub Nail Boutique! Ladies we all know when it comes to our mani and pedi this means a time out of our busy schedules to enjoy being a pampered. I was looking for a place where I could go and not have to worry about waiting a hour to be serviced, or receiving bad customer service. When you arrive you are greeted by lovely Asia( ( I hope I spelled it right) she offers you some sort of  beverage while you prepare for your service ( I usually go for the wine lol). Jasmine the owner has done an excellent job with decorating the place. And my favorite manicurist is my lovely amazingly talents Antoinette!! She is awesome and most of all puts up with me and my quirky eccentric taste. I love her because she isn't just concerned just about how great my nails look but most importantly the health of my nails!! Wow, such an amazing nook hidden away above the rambunctious Greene Turtle bar down in Fells Point. I'm glad there was a Yelp deal so I could experience this place for cheap!I signed up for au naturale mani, and ended up getting a color anyway (I wasn't sure if this was included)! The atmosphere is warm and cozy and entirely free of the nail polish scent. That's pretty amazing to me. I could see the pedi area in a separate room and the chairs did look nice. We were offered a range of coffee and tea as soon as we came in. I drink my coffee black, and is their coffee delicious! Good choice, good choice. There was a very comfy waiting couch, and lots of magazines to look through, although looking at their collection of polish colors was just as entertaining.I made my schedule with Jasmine, and she is awesome. Of course, this being my first manicure ever, everything was pretty awesome to just watch.My only critique is that cuticle care is not included in the standard or touch-up mani, where I have heard that many other places do include cuticle care as standard. She did a pretty good job and I'm glad I paid a bit extra for the service. This place is amazing!  I booked appointments for my girlfriend and I to have pedi's here once she arrived into town.  Neither one of us knew what to expect since this was a first for both of us.  Upon arrival, I was a little curious because the outside did not appear to be your 'average' nail salon.  Once I rang the bell to be let into the door, I was still very curious.  All I saw were steps that led to another level of the building.  My first thought was "oh boy...what did I get us into this time"! LOLIt was NOTHING like I envisioned minutes before.  This boutique is just that...a boutique.  It is decorated so chic and it was very welcoming.  The ladies invited us in, offering us something to drink.  Just before arriving here, we had breakfast in the area, so we were OK with not having anything to drink.  We went on to pick out polishes and then the magic happened. They took us back to the best pedi chairs I have EVER sat in!  They were cute, different, and very comfortable.  The ladies did our feet to perfection.  Everything was clean (yes, they actually use the disposable callus remover pads)!  They took their time and really took care of all ten toes (and two legs).  HAHAHA  I could have sat there all day.  And the beauty is we probably could have.  Once our toes were polished and fab, they didn't try to rush us to pay and move out, instead, they left us back in the pedi chairs to chat.  After about 20 minutes, we asked if we were dry.  Understanding that while the top of our toes were dry to touch, the inner layers still needed some time.  The ladies put out feet in some bags of oil and sent us on our way.  This was great.  If we did not have plans, we surely would've just remained seated in the comfy chairs until we were fully dry.  We loved this place soooo much.  I will be back very soon.  While they do not have 2000 nail polishes to pick from, they do have a good selection.  As great as this pedi was, they could have painted be clear and I still would be just as satisfied.  It is also worth mentioning they offer a monthly membership for a great cost and benefit.  If it was not so far from me, I would have signed up no doubt!!! I have been to Scrub twice (both times for a manicure). The first time I went, I used a livingsocial coupon. It was awesome. They gave me a hot stone massage on my forearms. My second visit I received a basic manicure but in my opinion it was better than your ordinary manicure. I got to pick out an oil fragrance that was used to massage my hands. I chose spiced plum. I told the manicurist that I was having a problem with dry cuticles and she made sure to pay extra special attention to them. I am going on day five and my nails still look as good as new. I am usually barely able to keep my polish up for more than 2/3 days. The salon has membership deals starting as low as $75/month. As soon as I get some extra money, I definitely plan to join!
