It's not easy to put your trust any just any nail salon. I'm blown out of the water with the quality of the salon, quality of work, and kindness of the staff. And all at standard pricing. Wowwww!!! Skilled! Delmy, and the owner, Lynn, are my personal two favorites. They are both extremely skilled, pleasant to talk with, and professional. The whole staff is. Delmy is especially skilled with acrylic nail design: the most intricate, exquisite, and beautiful art work one could imagine. She creates and recreates the impossible. I’m always stunned, amazed, impressed, and always taken away by her work. Never disappointed even when I come in, with my mind not made up. I used to salon hop bc never felt perfectly satisfied with the end result or the customer service and so on. But this salon, in Canton, will cater to your specific needs and wants and more. It took me a long time to find a nail salon that I enjoyed coming to.  I have been going to Nail Care and Spa in Canton for over 6 years and I continue to come back because of the excellent service from Linh and the rest of her staff.  I have brought my family and friends there and they now go there as regulars.  If you are looking for a nail place in the Baltimore area you should definitely check out Nail Care and Spa. I was visiting my cousin from out of town and needed a last minute mani/pedi. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. They were professional and friendly.  They have an extensive collection of gel colors. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I am so upset about my experience yesterday at Nail Care & Spa. First, I made an appt for 1:45pm and they didn't take me until 2:05pm. Okay, not a big deal.What IS a HUGE freaking deal is how much they charged for a completely ratchet acrylic job.I will let my photos speak for themselves in regards to how truly AWFUL my nails look thanks to Nail Care & Spa. Keep in mind also that I paid $55 , not including tip... needless to say, this was the first time I have EVER not tipped a manicurist. My nails look so embarrassing that within the next two days I am going to have my nails redone by one of the two following places:Village Nails and Spa in Mt. Washington ($40 for the same acrylic service)or Hanh's Day Spa in Canton ($35 for the same acrylic service). WTF ! Nice staff BUT these folks will not be touching my nails anymore. The lady who did my Pedi faqd my toe nail up by getting "file down happy" I had to snatch it and correct her work. She did clean under my nails after I told her to. I paid $50 for a Pedi with Gel polish and its jacked up. I'm gonna stick to what I know and not get my nails done in Bmore and stay in DC(hood). Summary: The nail technicians and the manager of the store were extremely rude and dismissive with seemingly no knowledge about customer service. Avoid this establishment. There are many other wonderful nail salons in canton. Details: I showed up with my mother for a pedi. My mothers pedi was started immediately, they asked me to wait for the nail technician next in line. After 15 minutes (during which 5 free nail technicians were standing around talking/laughing/staring at me, and no one tried to tell me what was going on), one of the nail technicians came and started doing my pedi. Then halfway through (another nail technician had walked in with coffee who I assume was the one who was supposed to do my nails), he stopped doing my nails. And they left me waiting again for 10 minutes. At this point, I asked what was going on as this seemed extremely rude. They said that the technician next in line needed to finish my nails, however she was in the back drinking her coffee. I told them that this did not make sense and that I would not like anyone to finish my pedi. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said okay but simply ignored me (and began talking and laughing in the native tongue). Once my mother was done, I went to pay for the services, and asked to speak to the manager again. She had been sitting in front of me all along. She then began to apologize profusely. The dismissive way in which I was treated and the lack of caring for the customer, having someone wait 25 minutes when there are multiple nail technicians who could simply switch spots with the one who had stepped out of the store and she could have done the next customer, and the starting and stopping of services are all things which I have never experienced. I was hoping for a good experience especially with the location but was very wrong! It started with the tech cutting my toe until it was bleeding then overcharged me for filing my nails. I've been trying to find a nail tech I like for a longggggggg time. I went here on a Sunday for my first time. I never loved my nails as much as I do after I left here. My nail tech was Thy (T) she produced it to me. I got a manicure, fill, and cut down. My nails never looked so clean, even, and well painted in my life. It can be very misleading. The decor inside is excellent, so that you don't feel as though you're in a nail salon, more like someone's upscale living room. At first I let this fool me into thinking that I was getting great service. Big mistake. The manicures I received here lasted 3 days at best, probably less. As many other people have said, you feel rushed and as if you are some sort of burden. Even though....it's their job...? And finally, the reason I would never go back. The last time I was in there for a pedicure, the woman who was doing my toenails started pointing and laughing at my feet, calling other manicurists to come over and look at them. I'm a dancer, so I understand my feet aren't in the best condition, but that was above and beyond rude. In from out of town did a web search and found this place on yellowpages.com. WONDERFUL!! Had a mani/pedi and it was reasonably priced and Tammy did a fantastic job!! One of the best mani/pedis I have ever had!! This place is extremely clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend. I just walked in but you can make appointments also. It is in a gated strip mall but they give you a free parking coupon for two hours at the salon when you leave. Read Less
