Tonight was my first night going and I can honestly say I have FOUND my new nail salon😍From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited (which was a QUICK 5 minutes!). She asked me exactly how I wanted my nails done, and if there was something wrong with them to let her know and she would fix them. At the end of our session she told me that if I had any issues to come back and see her and she would fix them for me! I’m so excited that I found a place that truly cares. Best experience at a nail salon by far. I finally found my go to nail salon! They are extremely friendly, professional and most importantly CLEAN! Everything is opened in front of you and new and the salon is well kept and clean. They offer you delicious Vietnamese coffee, water or tea while you're getting pampered. They take their time and give you an amazing and relaxing experience. My shellac manicure lasted 3 weeks and was done flawlessly, same goes for my pedicure! I was referred to this salon for my lash extension and I've been to many salons and I have to say this is the best 1. She wash my lashes & 2. Educate me on how to clean them. The previous salons did none of that but they didn't do bad job applying the lashes. The salon is really clean and it smells clean. The room is comfy and Rosie is good at what she do. I can't complain but do bring cash for tip since you cannot tip on a credit card machine. I will be going back. Read Less

This place is perfect (love the decor, feels like home). Been to many salons in the past, but this is by far my favorite! All the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Had the worst service here. The lady who did my nails was constantly on the phone and not paying attention, as a result of this she sliced my finger open with the nail file. There was so much blood that she finally put her phone down, put a liquid on it that burned my wound and looked at me. I was so upset but just tried to smile and hope there would be no more mistakes. Then before finishing she asks me to pay for my gel manicure (full set) and charged me $45. I will not be going here ever again and hope more people stop paying their hard earned money for poor service.I paid $45 for a mediocre full set and a sliced finger. Read Less

Well, it's my neighborhood nail shop. I've been coming here since September '12. Before I moved to the area, I found out about L A nails after admiring a waitress's awesome design on her nails. I have not regretted a visit.  I normally try to get my nails done during the week, as Fridays and Saturdays can get very busy. They have a great selection of polishes (both regular and gel). This past Thursday, I decided to get gel nails (Gelish, $20 without the manicure, $30 with). I was a bit concerned when the nail technician did not use a bonder or base coat. During pedicure, manicurist asked me if I wanted a salt scrub. Said I didn't really like salt rubbed on my legs, so she said she'd rub it on my feet and would rub ""mask"" stuff on my legs instead. I asked how much & she said $3. I said ok, as long as she could do a deep massage. She said, ""Ok, spa pedicure!"" and started slathering the stuff on. NEVER massaged at all, so I asked if she could put some pressure in it, and she said ""No"", I was like ""Ummm, why, does it hurt your hands or something?"" and she said yes. So much for a relaxing pedicure! I sat there fuming that she had charged me extra for something I didn't even want! Well, then when it was time to pay, she said what she did was actually TEN dollars more expensive!! I said NO WAY am I paying ten dollars for you slathering lotion on my legs! Had to talk to the manager who was even MORE rude saying the lady did NOT say what I know she said and that she did ""ALL THAT"" and needed to be paid $10 extra. I said sorry I'm not paying it, and she said I had to pay at least $5 extra. I was going to give a $5 tip anyway, but I was tired of arguing so I said ""You can charge me $5 extra, but she's getting no tip!"" That's the first time I haven't tipped in my LIFE.
