I would love to give this salon a good rating, as my pedicure was great, but I had an incident happen where the nail tech spilled oil on my Ugg boot and the salon is doing NOTHING about it. I have taken my boots to two different shoe repair shops around town and have been told there is no way the stains will come out. I expect the salon to reimburse me for my boots, as they are ruined and unable to be repaired or treated by a shoe cleaning service. Read Less

I just started coming to this salon. Oh. My. Goodness. I will not go anywhere else! From the gorgeous clean decor to the friendly staff.... my nails and eyebrows look amazing! Diana and Ken are the owners and they were both there working, helping their staff, and interacting with their clients. They have a wonderful business and I am happy that they are my new go-to Salon! Horrible experience, i asked for an acrylic work with basic pink color and instead ahe gave me this disgusting attitude, curse at me and refused to clean it up and force me to pay if not she would cut my nail out i was furious. NEVER AGAIN Read Less

Recently moved down here from the Toledo area, so sadly I had to leave my old nail salon. After trying a couple other salons that I wasn’t particularly impressed with, I finally found Deluxe and I am so happy I did! The place is very clean and modern, everyone was very nice, prices are reasonable and I was very pleased with the job Katy did on my manicure and her desire to please. never left a review in my life. went here to get a fill for acrylic nails, didn’t look bad at all. till a few days later i woke up with a swollen hand. i had went to the doctors and they said i had cellulitis. (a skin infection underneath layers of skin) they had said it was 9/10 likely from getting my nails done and them not using clean tools. i will never go here again. worst pain ever. Read Less

THE ONLY NAIL SALON I WILL GO TO!!!! It's beautiful inside. The techs actually listen and work hard to get exactly what YOU want done. The customer experience is always top of the line at any price point. Did I mention the interior is GORGEOUS?! Very RELAXING and also fun. Everyone is exceptionally kind. The owners are incredible and an inspiration to young business owners everywhere. I would wait weeks for an appointment but you never have to, they ALWAYS find a way to fit you in! I have never left a review in my life but this experience was so negative I want to share so maybe other people don't have to experience it. First, if you're looking for a nice/relaxing/upscale place this is deff not it. Their are dirty boxes stacked everywhere, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months, their are holes in the wall and the ceiling leaked. Despite this, I decided to stay BC in general I'm laid back and thought maybe the pedicure would be good. This was the worst pedi I have had in ten years. It lasted all of 11 minutes, no lotion was used, no top clear coat applied, nothing that is standard anywhere else. Read Less
