I don't get over to this side of town a lot so when I can I used to love coming here. Today my manicure was rushed, I was cut twice and the gel was put on sloppy. When I asked for a specific color I was told by the technician (I was at table 12) I was told then don't have it. When I asked the owner she when I was leaving said "yes we have it". She said it was my responsibility to ask her and not the technicians if they have a specific color. I will never come here again. And I'm sure the gel will peel off in a day the way he put it in and then filed my nails afterwards. Read Less

Ive been here before but today I was very disappointed with the eye brow lady. I've been trying to grow my eyebrows thick for about 2 months and I specifically asked her to not wax my eyebrows too thin and she completely disregarded what I said and she was watching something on her phone while doing my eyebrows. She was very unprofessional. My fill in wasn't the best either. I am very disappointed and would NOT RECOMMEND anyone there ever again! Read Less

I came to this shop because my normal lady was booked.. Big mistake!!! Bad customer service,  you can tell staff works off commission. I was getting my gel polish removed and regular polish. The guy (station12) didn't wrap my nail because he said I wasn't getting my toes done. He left me there with my hands in acetone and took someone else. Long story short, I finally was waited on and in less than 2 hours my polish chipped. They use cheap top coat. Never going here again. I'll wait for my normal lady at a different location. Read Less

I've been here several times. This salon has become my regular spot. I like how fast they are and the quality of the services for such a low cost. There's probably some place better out there but for now I will continue to return here. Another aspect that I like is that it doesn't matter who I go to, the quality is the same across the board. Everyone is fast and skilled. Only thing I don't like is the techs can get a little snooty when you ask them to fix a nail or change something you don't like. I feel as though if I'm paying you for this and tipping you then it needs to be perfect. But all in all it's a great spot. Read Less

This place is cheap and fast, but if you want quality nails save your money and go somewhere else. The products are cheap and nail care is not the primary focus. I'm sure there are plenty of better nails salons out there that offer the same services, just better quality. Read Less

Was just asked to leave b/c I had my two babies with me. Mind you they were in a stroller. One was sleep. The other drinking her milk. And usually I don't bring my children but this was the only time I had to do this. I've never experience anything like this an will never come to this place again. There was even two more people with babies and strollers. An I know a lot of people who think you shouldn't being ur kids to certain places but unless ur establishment says no children and you have other children there why would you ask someone to leave.  I'm sure my $20 bucks don't mean much but I hope you don't treat the next customer like this!!! As much as I LOOOOOVE getting eyelash extensions, I have to be brutally honest about this place.  The lady that does the eyelash extension is the most unhygienic technician you could ever encounter.  She is really fast and pretty good at what she does.  The only problem is she goes from client to client without cleaning her hands or tweezers.  A lot of clients tear during the eyelash application.  Some of the women don't look very well kept.  I like the  technician and its hard for me to be brutally honest but she has to realize what she is doing.  These unsanitary practices will ultimately jeopardize public health and safety.  She occasionally sneezes and don't cover hear mouth.  She eats then goes right back to eyelashes and waxing.  How hard is it to extend this courtesy to clients.  She makes a lot of money with non stop customers.  She has a known reputation but people go to her because she will get you in and out in a timely manner.  Pleeeeeeaaaase get the message out.  We really not trying to be mean but can you start cleaning your hands and instruments between clients.  I'm embarrassed to say, I actually got a little eye irritation a while back and it was shortly after the service.  I stopped going for awhile but I quickly realized she is among the few people that will get you I and out.  Another plus is her lashes fall off naturally unlike these other nail salons where the are on sooo securely that you either loose density of or the techs snatch the loose ones off during retouches.  In conclusion, this eyelash technician is often not the friendliest if you come back in a day or two with a retouch request.  She makes innuendos about how one has slept wildly that might have contributed to the problem.  I would definitely rate higher if she was practices good sanitizing and customer service. I come here to get my eyebrows waxed. I rarely get a pedicure but when I have it's been a pleasant enough experience. It's a regular strip mall nail salon. Its not by any stretch of the imagination a high end spa but it's actually clean. I've walked out of nail salons without being serviced because there was no way I would take my shoes off in the filth. This is not one of those places. Read Less

Every time I go to get my nails done, I have a wonderful experience. The people are familiar and they treat your nails, feet and eyebrows with care. I never have a bad time when I am there. The technicians actually have conversations with you and they make you feel comfortable! I got my eyebrows done somewhere else and my skin broke out in less than 2 days. At All Nails, they use hand sanitizer before they do your eyebrows, they also use cotton to smooth over the wispy hairs and they clean them up very nicely!!! I only go to All Nails for all my "beauty" needs!! Read Less
