Coming from NY and having the same nail tech of over 10 years it was hard for me to find a shop and tech in MD. Not bad for my first visit.  Of course they tried the upcharged spa pedicure, however, I got the regular so I'm good!  It must have been one of the owners, she was really cordial until I didn't want all of the extras and then she mouthed off to her colleague a few words.  It's okay, just make my $30 pedicure worth me returning.  It's a clean, newly remodeled salon.  The massage chairs are in excellent working order.  The foot and hot towel massage was nice and they would have earned 5 stars, however, I noticed that the customer next to me got a basic as well and her pedicure service was slightly better.  For a Friday, it wasn't overly crowded and I was seen at my scheduled time!  I think I'll visit again, however, would choose someone else. I enjoyed getting my nails done at this salon. I went in for a regular manicure, wasn't offered any additional services. This was nice for me today because I just didn't have the time. They did a great job with my French manicure, which is hard to come by in the area. Unfortunately, I'm hard on my nails so the polish only lasted about three days, but that's to be expected with regular polish. It served the purpose of looking great for a business dinner I had that night. And it fit great in my schedule.Definitely going to be back in a pinch, but wasn't extremely relaxing. I have had my nails done all over the states and Top Nails is my absolute favorite. My nails always look perfect and I'm complimented on them multiple times a week. Staff: fantastic-sweet-funny-and genuinely care about you and what you want- every single time. Gel manicures last for weeks, and the pedi massage chairs are heaven. I am so upset with the manicure that I got done here - please do not go!  I work close by and thought I'd give them a try.  The man who did my nails did not speak or look at me once.  He did such a crap job on my nails that I was actually getting mad while I was getting my nails done!  He just seemed like he didn't know how to do nails, dropping the nail polish, not cutting my cuticles right - not even buffing my nail enough!  For $40 I am so upset with the quality of this job that it actually infuriates me.I actually had to go to another nail shop to get my friggen nails fixed!Urghhh - alright enough.  Just a warning, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ive never had such a great pedicure! The place is newly remodeled with massage chairs, my technician was extremely thorough, they used THREE kinds of exfoliant on my feet, massaged for several minutes, and then did a fantastic job on my difficult toenails.
