I’ve been going to Q Nails for about 3 years and would recommend to everyone! Sam is my usual nail tech (and he’s amazing), but if he’s not in, I trust everyone in the salon to do just as good a job. I thought $15.00 for a manicure was high! There dryers are poor, hardly blow any air! I was there for a long time waiting for nails too dry! No drying spray! Totally unsatisfied! Will never go back!Read Less

I don't usually mind paying $60 for a mani pedi but it was a bit frustrating when they have a sign outside that said $35 mani pedi special but jumps to a $60 bill just for the addition of gel instead of just paint. I used to love this place for their great prices and fast service but after being there for like 2 hours and the $70 bill with tip included, I think I will have to find a new place. Read Less

I came here as a walk in.  Kelly and Sam did my nails.  Appearently, they have an all new staff.  They are very friendly and professional; did a great job!  The shop is clean and nicely decorated.  I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area.  I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Read Less

This place was awful. do not go here if you want pink and whites. the lady was rude. the gentleman doing my nails did a fast job and did not cut my cuticles and left many air bubbles upon walking out the door. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place... id rather have not even gotten my nails done. Now i am stuck with an ugly look. Read Less

Let me start by saying the ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait an hour for service and I was told 30 minutes. Granted I was a walk-in, but I felt like maybe they should have had 1 or 2 more nail techs on staff for a Friday evening. That being said, I will definitely be going back. Everybody was super nice, the shop was clean and there was soft music playing which gives it a really relaxing vibe. Kevin did my nails and he was fantastic. He took his time shaping my nails and I was super pleased with how they looked. I brought a picture of the design I wanted and showed him on my phone and he duplicated it perfectly. I just walked in with no appointment. There was no wait with extremely friendly staff. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they nailed it. They were really good and nice. They talked with me while i must wait my nails dry. Absolutely satisfied with the staff here. I've been to 3 other salons in this neighborhood and this by far is the best. I will be going back. My daughter and I went to get a mani-pedi last Saturday. We waited 10 minutes before anyone waited on us. My daughter accidentally dropped a nail polish bottle. The manager said, "that was ok, I will clean it up." When it was time to pay, my lady told me that she wanted her tip in cash and not my debit card and my daughter was charged $5 for a 1/2 full bottle of nail polish. A sign was on the wall written in ink stating that "if you break polish, you pay $5 dollar." Nail 1 lacked professionalism. I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend a friend. : ( Read Less

I wanted to like this place. The reviews were good. The price is good. But it was a rough experience. I went in for their basic $35 mani/pedi around 11am on a Wednesday morning. It was pretty quiet, so I was in the massage chair without a wait. The people were friendly enough, but the lady who took care of me seemed a little annoyed when she had to take gel polish off my toes. The massage chair was pretty uncomfortable and squeaked incessantly. It shook so hard that my drink went flying into the floor! The pedi itself was pretty standard: cuticles, calluses, exfoliate, massage, polish. They do the hot towel which is nice too. The manicure was also pretty standard: soak, cuticles, file, massage, polish. Nothing special, but it's the basic package. The important thing to read here, if you take nothing else away from the review, is the unsanitary conditions I saw. The lady used a file on my toes, then filed another woman's fingers with the same file 10 minutes later. The manicure bowls were hardly rinsed before they were reused. And I'm pretty sure there was a basket of those flimsy foam flip flops they give you by the (broken) dryer to be reused. The lady rushed me out before I could finish drying my nails, and they were messed up by the time I left the parking lot. I didn't bother going back in to get them fixed. Disclaimer: the nail techs here are  pretty good.The downside is that I did not get to enjoy the pedicure because another customer came in while I was getting my pedicure and the tech left me with my feet soaking to repair her nail. Yes , unfortunately it's one of those nail spas you try to avoid because they will forget you in a second if they feel they can get your money and someone else's. I came in at 1:30 with an appointment. I had a 4:00 appointment at massage envy in the same shopping center. Sounds like plenty of time right? Well, not if your pedicure tech leaves in the water twice, once for 30 minutes and one for 45 minutes (in wax) to tend to a whiny customer with a broken nail who then goes on to get a full set right in front of your face with the tech completely ignoring you. I was so stressed out. I was running out of time. The tech working on the customer next to me kept saying " you get ultimate pedicure, you need to relax." Well, who relaxes after being abandoned by their tech for a cumulative 1:15 when I made an appointment?! This experience put a bad taste in my mouth and made me late for my massage.Find a better nail salon. Read Less
