Had an appointment with Hanna of which thus will be my third time there. The first time I went me and my daughter loved the place. Second time we went we set appointments me with Hanna and my daughter with Jade. My daughter loves Jade but Hanna acted like she didn't know about my appointment and sent me to Helen of whom took good care of me. This time I made another appointment with Hanna at 11 they told me 10 when I called and so I asked to change it to 11. Hanna was booked all day which I understand so I asked for Helen. The lady then tells me that's fine but Hanna has a $25 cancellation fee. What really what if there was an emergency. Anyway me nor my daughter will be returning to that shop. So what's more important losing 2 customers that tip $20 each time to their nail techs for just a fill in or your missed cancellation fee? Sorry to Jade and Helen but Hanna stop ripping people off. My mom and I went for pedicures. She was using a walker and moving very slowly, and they were very kind, playful, patient and gentle with her. We both loved our pedicures, the friendly service, and the fun "glam" ambiance. Read Less

Everyone was so friendly! Hannah did my nails and Lilly did my pedicure, both were awesome to me! A little pricy but I did get a full gel set, design, and normal polish pedicure with callus remover and ended up being $95 before tip. I'll deff be back though. Read Less

I made an appointment here to get a gel manicure for my upcoming vacation. I saw the pictures on Yelp and was excited to try something fun. I chose an ombré nail with a palm tree design on one finger on each hand. The palm tree looked great. The ombré did not turn out very well. I was slightly disappointed, but I realize an ombré nail may be difficult to achieve. Despite that the nail salon is gorgeous, clean, and the staff is so friendly. I also was only there for about 40 mins which was also nice. My nails lasted for a long time with no chipping! Obviously gel is not supposed to chip but this stuff really stayed on there. Charging for cut down on nails?? Every other place I've been to doesn't. I pay less for more at the place I usually go. And what nail tech doesn't know how to cut ingrown toenails ??? I've been looking for a new spot for my mani/pedi and I found it!  My daughter visited first.  She was really impressed by the actual spa atmosphere (quiet and relaxing), wide variety of nail colors, and service.  I couldn't agree more.  Tanya is THE BEST!  Mani/pedi is perfect.  I usually can't sleep during my pedi, I did today!  If you're looking for a really nice place for spa services, check them out.  You won't be disappointed! Helen did my manicure. She did ok however I told her not to file too much on my nails because I liked the length & I NEVER asked her to shape my nails all I asked for was a gel manicure with overlay. I got charged extra because she told the guy at the register that she shaped my nails round. Hannah did a nice design that I brought to her but instead of using a gel polish on the design she used a cheap one & the outline instantly looked faded. She claims designs are now $5/finger. I was here 3 weeks ago and designs we 2 fingers/$5. Nowhere in the salon are prices posted other than in the pamphlet . If prices go up there should be something stating that for all customers to see. It should not be a case by case situation. That's discrimination. Read Less

I visited Sleek for the first time after relocating to this area, and had an amazing experience!  I called the day before and had no trouble getting an appointment.    Hannah did a wonderful job on my nails and eyebrows, and I had a very relaxing pedicure.   I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new nail place! I really loved this place. I found it on Yelp and made an appointment on Yelp as well. Everyone was nice and even entertaining at times. I chose a design on Pinterest and Hannah nailed it! I have a bunch of other designs in mind so I'll definitely be returning. They have a ton of different colors to choose from... soooo many options which is great. Very clean and serene place as a spa should be. I would certainly recommend this place and in fact, I'll be returning in a few weeks so I can have a spa day with my little girls. My favorite place to get my nails done. I've been going here since I was a kid, since before it became Sleek nails to see Kim and Helen. Not many places have wonderful service all around, but they always have. Hannah and all her staff are all wonderful and have GREAT customer service. And they've done nothing but make this an even better nail salon than it was before. I literally look forward to going in and chatting with Tonya and Hannah. The only place in the area that I'll go. My gel pedicure lasted three months and didn't even chip! They definitely treat you like family when you come in. Anyone who says different is insane. Read Less

I loved this place, I really did. I messaged through Yelp and got a response right away. The salon was clean and nicely designed with tons of polish choices. The techs were kind. My nails looked great. But they're chipping and peeling already (gel) and my pedicure didn't last either, which is so unusual for me. I got a neon color on my toes with white underneath for a 'pop.' The white is showing along the edges. I chose this spot because it was near the mall but I'll probably stick closer to home. The gel lasts longer and the pedicures are indestructible. Read Less

I am new to the area and have been desperately trying to find a good nail salon. Let's just say I've finally found it. Hannah did a full acrylic set for me and I'm in love. My nail shapes are even (which I'm OCD about), and the acrylics are thin. Most places I go to the acrylics are thick and chunky. One, it looks gross like that, and two, it makes it difficult to function as a human being. I'm so happy I found this place. I can't wait to try a design by Hannah. She is truly an artist. Hannah came highly recommended to me so I decided to go to see her last night. For starters, the inside of this place is extremely clean and gorgeous. Everyone who works here is very friendly. They play country music which is a huge bonus for me :) I showed Hannah a few different winter nail designs that I liked. We eliminated it down to two and then narrowed it down to one. I have been getting my nails done for almost twenty years now and I have been to plenty of nail places. My nails are absolutely gorgeous and the designs look better than the picture does that I showed Hannah on Pinterest. I can't wait to get my fill in so that Hannah can do another design. I'm also very impressed that when I've asked other nail techs to do a specific "thin blue line" over top a black tip I've been told that they can't do it. Hannah told me that she'd have no problems doing it. I TOTALLY recommend this place, I LOVE it. The place feels very comfortable even though they are under construction. I've tried about all the places in Annapolis, over 7 of them. I'm a very picky customer, so it's hard for me to find a place to stick with. I leave this place happy all the time. I happily come every two weeks. Every person that I recommend this place to leaves satisfied. Ladies their is nothing better than having someone taking their time to make you happy! I've only been here once and the job was very well done. My nails look really good and my technician Tania was a sweetheart. I do however feel like the basic pedi was not worth $30. Other places charge less for the same service and similar products. The salon is under construction so it's not a very relaxing or inviting place. I'm sure it will be once the construction is done though. The floors aren't done, walls are new spackled drywall with some dirty water stains. One of the treatment room doors was open and I could see a rickety table with a beach towel laid over it which seemed really cheap. The walls were bare and it looked like a room you'd store cleaning equipment in, not a room to make people feel pampered. Definitely not a place i'd want to get waxed. They apparently have the construction being done at night but in my opinion they should shut down and work on the remodel and then do a new grand opening. I'm not 100% sure I'll be back before the construction is over. I want a place I'm gonna spend an hour and a half in to be calming and not a construction site. I shop at the giant next door so ill check periodically. The service and work was great though. Suggestion to new owners: close, have contractors work around the clock to not have your employees out for too long, pay the nail techs to even help clean or something and then reopen after the work is done. First impression was not the best which is important in the spa industry in order to wow new clients and retain your established ones. Read Less
