Don't go here. Place is filthy dirty! Nail technician Rossy doesn't care about her work. Old drink cups half filled, counter area dirty, gel fan looks like it has never been wiped off even her light was gross.  She talked on her cell phone while doing my nails. When I pointed out the hair that kept appearing on my nails she became irritated with me. I'm sure it came from the filthy fan and the fur clothing she was wearing without a smock. Very nice people but my nails did not come out how I wanted... sadly both my pinky nails are extremely crooked and I can't get them fixed for two weeks which bothers me even more. The more I look at them the more pissed off I get considering I can't even have them fixed since they would have to remove BRAND new acrylics on my pinky's which would destroy the nail. I already spent weeks without nails thinking I'd get a very pretty new set but sadly I am disappointed. No matter how nice the nail tech was this is not what I paid for. This is my permanent spot for my nails! I love the people, environment, and their work. I've never gotten SNS nails done before and got it done for the first time here. I wanted a French ombré done but the lady told me they don't have the necessary items to do it properly/well, so to choose a different color and that she'll order the items for me next time! I didn't think she really would, but my second time here (which was an entire month after my first appointment - those SNS nails really last so long), she had the items and remembered me also!! My mom wanted get her nails done for a special event. We were supposed to go see my nail tech who is AMAZING but unfortunately we ran late that day so we decided to try this place. Her nails looked terrible after a full set and polish. Her fingers are in pain because the nail tech cut her sides too far in. The shape and arc are awful. They're still tacky after the gel polish as well. She's gotta go back in to hopefully get them fixed. But doesn't have time to get them fixed before the event she originally got them for. It looks like she may even need to start all over because he cut the sides so narrowly.    Side note: my nail tech did a great job on my polish change. I came here for homecoming nails and I am not at all pleased. First of all acrylic nails should be glued to the full nail, the ones I was given were only glued to the edges of the nails. This is bad for 2 reasons: 1) they break more easily, and 2) they have a possibility of water getting under the space between the acrylic and the nail, which could create a fungus if water sits on the nail for too long. My lady seemed to have no idea what she was doing and had to have someone else had to come and do part of it because it was to difficult for her. Acrylic is even on the skin around my fingers which is not good at all. After all of this she asks me if I wanted gel and after saying no she proceeded to push it upon me to the point where I had to make it very clear that I did not want it. She even took out the gel dryer and the bottle opening it and taking my hand. Even without gel, it was $38 which is super expensive and with tip, was highly unaffordable for a high school student. I will never ever go here again. I was rushed to pick a color which I absolutely hate having done to me. I got a deluxe pedicure and acrylic manicure. My acrylic is so awful that he:1. Layered it too thick so it looks like my nail is engorged 2. Got it on my skin so I have more acrylic "adhesive" on my skin than on my nail3. Did such a bad job that it hasn't even been two weeks and they're on their last leg. I've gotten acrylic nails for the past 10 years and I've never seen so much unprofessionalism. Paid for the signature pedicure and could've been fine with the basic pedicure. Paying additional for someone to rub, not massage, lotion on wasn't worth it. One thing I despise is "coloring outside of the lines". I could polish myself if I want a pedicure where there's polish on my skin. And then, he brought me the receipt with wet gloved hands. If I could give negative stars I would. This is BY FAR the worst nail salon I've ever been too. You can see the pictures for yourself.I went here on Sunday May 21 after a birthday party looking to get my nails done for the week. I wanted a simple gel manicure. No design, no fancy colors, nothing but a similar clean look. I came in at 5:30, place closes at 6. The sign said it should take 30min. I talk to the guy who seems in charge and he told me to have a seat. It takes about 20min for me to get a person to do my nails, which was fine with me since I was a walk in. The same guy came up and turns out he's the one who's going to do my nails. 1st mistake: he soaks my fingers in lukewarm water for less than 3min. 2nd mistake: after barely soaking, he goes to cut my cuticles. He completely jacks me up. I don't think he's ever done this before. He cuts 3 of my fingers. I'm literally bleeding. He completely destroys my left ring fingers. You can see the pic, it kept bleeding throughout the whole appointment. I don't think it was hygienic because that mood changing #49 bottle definitely had my blood on it. 3rd mistake: he tried to play off him not knowing how to cut cuticles by saying my cuticles were tough. I literally had a manicure 2 weeks before so I know they only needed a light touch up. And I've been getting manicures for years without any issues and comments.4th mistake: he kept making rude comments throughout the whole appointment and trying to rush me.My biggest regret was that I didn't get up and leave right then and there. I love this salon and the employees so much, I've been every other week for the past year and a half! They take their time, extremely relaxing environment (you totally forget you are in the mall) and have a million color selections! The massages are fantastic and you truely get every minute you are paying for! Consistent service no matter who does your nails! Just know this place is so popular you may have a little wait on the weekends or near holidays! But even if there may ...be a wait, instead of having you sit and wait- they may ask you to come back in so many minutes which is respectful of your time! I seek connection with my nail artists, great nail talent, a clean sanitary atmosphere, and decent pricing - and this place EXCEEDS all of those expectations. I was treated very rudely during my visit last Saturday. I came in for gel polish - no manicure, no filing, just to get my nails painted. I was criticized for my choice (my nails were "crooked" - no they weren't), told what polish I should get (I ended up picking my usual color since I felt rushed), and then I was asked if I was pregnant. NOPE. Not at all. It still amazes me that someone could ask you that. I went through with my gel polish, still left a 20% tip, and half of my nails chipped within 3 days. Chris did an amazing job on my gel fill, and the receptionist was super nice as well. She handed me a pricing menu and color samples, put my name down, and had me taken care of in less than 5 mins. Chris paid close attention to detail and perfection without sacrificing time, and he was super nice. Tonight was my first visit here. I only chose this place because it was open until nine and it fit into my busy schedule this week. I'm so glad I did!  Rosie did an excellent job on my gel manicure. She was very meticulous and thorough with her work.  She took her time shaping and cleaning up around my nailbeds. The polish job was perfection and she didn't polish all the way to the cuticle. It drives me crazy when people do because the polish always peels or gets caught on stuff. I didn't feel rushed even though they were closing soon. The inside decor is very tasteful. I've been here a few times and enjoyed the service and the job that the nail techs have done. However, the reason why I have to give a two star review is because the last time I was there, I had a younger guy do my acrylics. I told him I wanted them square, well he made them square but they were razor sharp. He also told me he didn't suggest I get french tips because my natural nails weren't long enough. I've never been told that in the last 18 years of getting acrylic nails. My nails also started popping off before a week was up. I am very disappointed in the quality of service that I was given. Had a girls shopping day and decided on getting our nails done. I was being a pain (shocker), wasn't sure if i wanted to get my fill here or not but I went for it. Kenji did my nails and kept me entertained the whole time. He did an AMAZING job with the shape. He corrected what the last place did and was a perfectionist which I appreciated. I was there awhile but didn't even notice because we talked the whole time, felt like I knew him for years. I couldn't decide on a color. He painted different shades so I could decide and gave me some suggestions. He said he wasn't pleased with his paint job so he coated some of the nails again. I love them. Had time to kill in the mall, so thought I'd get a mani/pedi. Very dark inside, which is probably why people were asleep in their chairs. Service was OK- my tech didn't talk much, kept trying to up sell me and seemed annoyed when I stuck with a mid-level package. Only been 4 days and the mani is completely gone-peeled and chipped. I would go again. Nice price but left a little too much nail showing before my cuticle. My technician didn't talk to me at all and j wasn't able to sit with my friend who I came with. I had gel done and there were some scratchy pieces hanging over the edge so I had to get someone else to file that part down. Also they tried to use an already used file and buffer. I initially had a 5 star review,  but after about 10 days my pedicure and gel manicure both started to chip. I can usually get 2-3 weeks out of both.  I would still give them another try because the atmosphere was so nice.  The staff here are very professional and the atmosphere is soothing.  I came here for the first time for a gel mani and pedi. I am a regular customer of this establishment. The manager/owner knows me by name and is very kind when I come in. I'm very picky... so if he's working when I come in, he tells me who I should let do my nails that day as some techs are better than others. Overall, they are the best nail spa in the area that I have experienced so far (and I've tried many other nail spas). The prices are moderate leaning slightly on the higher end --- I assume because it's in the mall. The signature pedicure is my preference as I don't see much difference in the $40 pedi versus the $65 pedicures they offer. I have let them do my pedicures for the last 3 years or more and I don't see myself switching nail spas anytime soon. I'm not big on artificial nails (although i did let them do mine for my wedding day); so my rating is strictly based on manicures and pedicures on natural nails. The only negative is that when they are busy, you can sometimes get lost in the shuffle of them trying to figure out who is available to service you and waiting times can be a bit extensive. The bed way to negate that is to go during the work week and avoid typical Saturday rushes. Read Less
