I always have a wonderful experience with Llana. She takes her time with pedicures and she does very professional work. She is great. She also is very creative with the designs on the big toenail.

I'm giving a 2-star review based on my experience with Wang at Luxury Nails & Spa in Dearborn, MI. Wang, the nail technician is rude, unprofessional and very unpleasant to be around. I came in 7/17/18 for my monthly pedicure and when he asked me what type of pedicure I wanted and I said "regular" the appointment went downhill from there. When I pointed out several issues with his work (bubbles, several nails not painted fully, nails poorly done) he had the audacity to begin p...ulling on my leg, slapping my foot and ankle, and saying stuff under his breathe that I didn't understand. Based on this treatment I stopped the manager, Yenee (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) and told her the issue. She saw how terrible he did my toes and she took over. They look amazing now! I'm writing this review because I couldn't believe how this man treated me and acted. Literally stormed around the nail shop, talking loudly and complaining. That behavior is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. If you can't do nails properly then you shouldn't do them. Simple. If someone is getting a basic service versus a higher costing service you should still do your best work. It's a shame because I've gone to this salon faithful since I've moved to Dearborn and never had an issue. I requested from Yenee the owner Kenny's information but she was unable (unwilling) to provide. Final verdict. Avoid Wang at all cost. See More

I have been visiting this salon for many years and the owners, Helen and Henry, and staff have always been amazing. They are friendly and accommodating. They are really great about helping all customers, even when they are very busy. Over the years, I have brought many friends with me, and they have always been well taken care of. I normally go for a mani/pedi, either with regular color or shellac/gel color. There are a great many colors to choose from. Two thumbs up for this salon!

Most racist nail salon ever been in. Harsh service, nasty attitude. Not only that, one of the employees purposely cut skin and trying to cover my thump so I don’t find out resulting the blood to not stop for a solid hour. The worst part is they had a couple drops of crazy glue on the cut without asking for any permission so I don’t go to the hospital and file a complaint. Besides they still wanted to charge me half of what they’ve started.

My daughter's Nails chipped in one day which all she did was go sleep and also they charge me 10 more to them over and to get a base coat for something that's supposed to be done the first time. NOT RECOMMENDED. (in my Kevin hart voice) I got my pedicure by Toby he did Awesome. It was 35 choice.

The worst service ever. They cut my nails down way to short, they did the whole pedicure In 5 minutes. They asked me what package I want, I picked the regular for $25, they told me $35 at the end and no one knew any English. They are theives, dirty theives. Save your money for better service. They only want the money. Management didn't care about my concerns at all.

Pretty salon, very comfortable and sociable nail techs. They do a good job on my acrylic overlay and shellac colors. My nails last 3 weeks after a fillin. Great job, comfortable and friendly.

I have been going to this nail salon for many, many years and have seen it change management more than once. I have ALWAYS had incredible service! Helen, her family, and staff are attentive, extremely friendly, and very good at all of the services offered. I usually come with friends and they have never been disappointed. I won't go anywhere else! The salon is clean, nicely decorated, and always has a great selection of polish. The prices are very reasonable and the services are always top notch. I will continue to visit faithfully! Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail.
