I do not get my nails done very often because i do hair and its hard to braid with nails but i decided to treat myself. I went to this shop to just get a regular full set. Last time i got my nails done (at a different shop) they cut my fingers all up and i was in pain for days. This shop did not cut my fingers up than god it was a painless experience. BUT it has only been about a wee and a half and one of my nails broke all the way down to my natural nail and i didnt even feel it when it happened which is how i know they weren't done very well. In addition to that 3 of my other nails have cracks in them and if i dont soak them i will definitely get bacteria growing within the cracks. My thumb is the worst its halfway crack down to the middle of my natural nail. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HORRIBLE JOB!!

Ive gone here twice to have service. The first time I had just just a regular gel manicure. The second time I had a fill in and pedicure. The regular gel manicure didn't last a week and the gel turned yellow. The second time the service was horrible. The lady that did my pedicure was great. The staff seems miserable. The host that works usually has a personality like a brick wall. Not friendly and very blah. The same goes with most of the staff. The last manicure was a fill in and gel polish. My nails are short and very thick (I asked them not to make my nails thick as I don't like that). My nails aren't straight (the filing is crooked) and when I said something he scoffed with an attitude). My aunt had a pedicure and the older lady that did that kept digging her tool into my aunts nail. My cousin sat down to have her nails done first. They told her after 5 min to get up and go to pedicure chair. Then sat her back down. They started doing half of her nails and then the guy stopped walked away and they had her get a pedicure. To me this is unprofessional. And they are high prices for their lack of good service. I'm sorry but I won't be going back.

I will never go back. I went in for a regular manicure and a pedicure. I'm not sure what the woman's name was that did both of them but she did a very poor job. I have smeared nail polish on some of my nails. Almost every nail has spots that are missing polish. None of the nails were filed. I said something to her and she just tried to smooth the polish around on the nail. In addition to that she cut me twice trying to buff my nails and my toes. You may always be able to get an appointment but it is definitely not worth it.

I've had several OK experiences here in the past but the last time I was there will definitely be my last visit. I'm always very polite and give a good tip yet I feel my business is not valued at all....
I've had several OK experiences here in the past but the last time I was there will definitely be my last visit. I'm always very polite and give a good tip yet I feel my business is not valued at all. Last time I decided to get regular polish instead of gel with my fill-in as the gel costs almost twice as much and I don't feel it's worth it. I was given a hard time about why I didn't want to get the gel and then my manicure was completely rushed and horrible quality. The man who was doing my manicure got a phone call and just got up and left without saying anything and eventually somebody else came over and put some clear polish on top and said I was done. When I got out to my car I noticed my nails look smudged and awful but I decided to go home and fix them myself instead of going back in there and dealing with the rude employees.

My family and I have been going here for a few years now and I can say that yesterday was my last visit. I received the worst pedicure of my life. I paid extra for a spa pedicure and it only lasted for about twenty minutes. Also, the lady did a terrible job painting my toes--so much so that I am getting them repainted. When I asked for a design, she told me she didn't know how to do any. The pictures they post of nails are only done by one or two people there. Used to be my go-to place, now I will find somewhere else.

After 9+ years of getting my nails done I've never been to a salon I've been completely satisfied with until today! Michelle did the best job ever and was so polite. I have very sensitive nail beds & she was very gentile while using the drill. She also took her time and made sure I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. If I could give more stars I would I will def be coming back here again!

Very disatisfied with our expierence. Scheduled 3 pedicures, 3 days in advance, for 10am - requested side-by-side. When we arrived, not one technician was available. In the end, we waited 30 minutes to begin our services, only 2 of the 3 of us received services. Very poor customer service and very unapologetic. Will not return.

My daughter and I went for a ManiPedi and loved it here. Very clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the fact that they did the manicure first, then the pedicure. Nails can fully dry while you're getting your pedicure, unlike other nail salons where they do your manicure last and you're left leaving the place with semi dry nails. This will definitely be our regular spot for our nails.

My first and last visit to this salon. I was treated rudely by the owner who took offense when I asked to correct a nail I accidentally smudge. She was rude and so accusatory to the point that I told her I'd rather not argue...she wanted to preach about how I smudged the nail and how their top coat doesnt protect against that. Her tone was so obnoxious that I could not believe she was the owner. There are more details to this encounter but id prefer to save my keystrokes. ..Lord knows there are larger issues in this world but I thought id take time to express my experience. I will never spend my money in that salon again. That goodness she has competitors will eventually run circles around her business.

I have never been so irritated... I have been going to envision for a little over a year and loved Tracy. Tracy has recently moved and I believe the company was sold. It is the worst!!! I was told I could not be seen unless I have an appointment and I use to walk in all the time due to my work schedual i am not able to commit to a certain time, I have not been treated the way I should be as a loyal client. I will be finding somewhere else to go and will NEVER return to Envision Nails for anything!!

Envision Nails is awesome! Tracey and Cathy are so nice and friendly! Every time I go in I wind up laughing so much! They do a great job with the full sets and fill-ins!!! I have had pedicures there also and they are totally relaxing! Friends that I work with recommend Envision to me and I am so glad I finally visited them!

I do not get my nails done very often because i do hair and its hard to braid with nails but i decided to treat myself. I went to this shop to just get a regular full set. Last time i got my nails done (at a different shop) they cut my fingers all up and i was in pain for days. This shop did not cut my fingers up than god it was a painless experience. BUT it has only been about a wee and a half and one of my nails broke all the way down to my natural nail and i didnt even feel it when it happened which is how i know they weren't done very well. In addition to that 3 of my other nails have cracks in them and if i dont soak them i will definitely get bacteria growing within the cracks. After 9+ years of getting my nails done I've never been to a salon I've been completely satisfied with until today! Michelle did the best job ever and was so polite. I have very sensitive nail beds & she was very gentile while using the drill. She also took her time and made sure I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. If I could give more stars I would I will def be coming back here again!

Very disatisfied with our expierence. Scheduled 3 pedicures, 3 days in advance, for 10am - requested side-by-side. When we arrived, not one technician was available. In the end, we waited 30 minutes to begin our services, only 2 of the 3 of us received services. Very poor customer service and very unapologetic. Will not return.

My daughter and I went for a ManiPedi and loved it here. Very clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the fact that they did the manicure first, then the pedicure. Nails can fully dry while you're getting your pedicure, unlike other nail salons where they do your manicure last and you're left leaving the place with semi dry nails. I have never been so irritated... I have been going to envision for a little over a year and loved Tracy. Tracy has recently moved and I believe the company was sold. It is the worst!!! Envision Nails is awesome! Tracey and Cathy are so nice and friendly! Every time I go in I wind up laughing so much! They do a great job with the full sets and fill-ins!!! I have had pedicures there also and they are totally relaxing! Friends that I work with recommend Envision to me and I am so glad I finally visited them!
